Dan was excellent. Really took the time to get the finished product for us. Hoovered up and left everything tidy. Couldn't persuade him to mop the floor!!

Although Sharps do not remove the old wardrobes they were able to give me the name of “a man who does”. He was very helpful and removed all the old wardrobes. Fitting of the new ones was a week earlier than expected. The fitter, Jonathan Aldous, was very pleasant , hard working, and helpful when it came to pulling furniture back .

The company is very communicative during order process but as soon as you pay you will hear NOTHING from them. Once the wardrobe we ordered was finally ready for delivery we received an email to organise a fitter. This was rearranged once before materials were delivered, fine.

Once materials were delivered (taking up an entire room in my house) the installation was supposed to happen 3 days later.
The fitter has rearranged and cancelled on 10 separate days now spanning almost a month. Excuses range from sickness, needing to return van to depot, family issues, too late to come over now etc.

The company has repeatedly failed to get back in touch with me regarding the complaint and I am stuck with materials clogging up my house and no sign of when we will, if ever, get the wardrobe built.

The product was not cheap and now we are left feeling scammed by the company without a clear sign of how we can move forward as they do not reply and have zero customer service support available.

Eventually a customer service manage from Sharps has been in touch and has been rude, dismissive and unwilling to resolve our issues.

Couldn’t fault the service from the designer right through to the fitting. Lee Crocker built the wardrobes and I have to say he worked his socks off each day he was in the house. Very tidy and so efficient. Great service

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with . When they are after your Custom they answer they answer the phone very quickly but once they’ve got you you are kept hanging on the line constantly saying thanks for your call but all our people are busy ,I phoned at 12.22 and it is now 1.28 and I e still not had a reply. The wardrobes look great but what they never made clear is there is no backs so they just fit them no matter what state the wall t hey are attached to they just go ahead wit it. Having always had backing before I hadn’t realised the state of my wall .had they stressed they don’t fit backing I had time to get someone in to make the wall good .instead now I have to do a difficult job of trying to make good of the back by working round the inner inner construction and at extra cost. My to recommendations to sharps is to make it very clear by stressing before we fit make sure your back wall is goood. I certainly would never entertain useing them for anything as they have wanted to take any responsibility for anything.

Very happy with our new wardrobes, great quality. Mike Morris our installer was fabulous, amazing craftsmanship and left the room tidy and clean.

I had the most fabulous customer service from Sharps from my first meeting with Elisa back in January. The surveyor, Trevor was equally helpful and endlessly patient. The delivery drivers Luke and Brandon were efficient and very professional.
The fitter for my home office, Matthew Brown, 5287,was amazing. He was so efficient, extremely tidy and could not have been more helpful. His work was exceptional, the furniture is perfect with attention paid to every detail. Matthew worked very long hours and tidied up wonderfully every day. I could not be happier with my furniture. Many thanks to all concerned, especially Matthew.

The fitter who constructed my bookshelves ( Laura Gilmour), was excellent. The work is perfect and she left the room absolutely spotless after finishing.
She was also very friendly and explained everything to me as she went along and consulted with me throughout the process to make sure the finished result was exactly as I wanted it to be

Our fitter, Ruben Sologioc was brilliant. He showed up on time, worked exceptionally hard and left the room cleaner and tidier at the end of each day than it was on the day he arrived. He was polite and courteous and built the units to a really high standard. Highly recommended.

This was a really straight forward process from start to finish. The Design Consultant was extremely helpful in suggesting ideas aligned to our priorities. Our fitter Danny was fantastic; extremely clean and tidy, great finish and really accommodating as we work from home. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Sharps was Five Star from start to finish. The designer’s suggestions were extremely helpful. The surveyor’s advice also assisted us in getting the wardrobes that best suited our needs.
All aspects were carried out on time and Sharps personnel were polite and friendly. A special mention for John Beck, who spent a week in our home fitting the wardrobes. He did a superb job and nothing was too much trouble even incorporated minor modifications. He left each room clean and tidy and packed up the waste at the end of each day. The finished product was even better than we expected.

From the start of the process of choosing our Sharps furniture to fitting has been seamless. The fitter Manuel Da Silva has done an amazing job of fitting the unit, he was polite and professional throughout I would highly recommend him 💯

The fitter, Justin Wood arrived on time and was extremely skilled, helpful and polite at all times. He did a fantastic job and left everywhere spotlessly clean.

Nigel Dryland was our fitter. He was prompt, polite, and very happy to explain any issues and help us make the right decisions while it all came together. Very happy with his work! Our dream walk in is perfect!

Robert installed a fitted wardrobe on behalf of Sharps. He has done a super job and the finished article looks lovely. He was calm, organised and worked hard throughout. He kept me informed of progress and timescales. It was a pleasure to have him in the house

Lovely furniture, looks fab. Kiefer.S did such a great job, was very tidy and considerate and coped with the sloping floor in our old house really well.
