The order not was incorrect when emailed over.
I rang several times over several days , left a message , emailed twice .. no one would answer or reply.
The wood came incorrect surprise surprise…

Delivery outside of given window. All bar one of the pieces were incorrect. Support unresponsive. Delays in delivery and resolution meant I had to find alternative solution. When contact was finally made, refused to refund. 100% waste of money.

Wood sheets reached out to resolve the matter and provided a refund. Still not a good experience but I am no longer out-of-pocket.

I required some additional black mdf shelves for a bathroom unit cut to specific dimensions. Order process was easy. Items arrived in a timely fashion. Quality, finish and sizing was on point. Very pleased would use again.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. They don't answer any emails, and I've now had to resort to cancellation and a chargeback request. Can't believe I didn't check the reviews earlier. Under no circumstances should you consider this company.

Great quality product, cut exactly to size requested. Finished really well and packaging was great, protected the sheets excellently.
Price very competitive compared to other sites.
Would recommend and will use again.
Only negative, standard delivery was slow.

Ive ordered 3 wooden planks on 6th of September 2026, they havent even sent me a conformation email so i dont have any order number. How irresponsible a business can be woodsheets.com is the prime example of it.
It feels like they are scammers.

My collection date was 8th to 10th of September 2026 amd today is 12th.

Highly recommended. The quality, size and packaging was spot on. I will defiantly be ordering from them again.

Much easier to get Woodsheets to cut plywood boards rather than buy massive sheets and waste loads. I wanted shelves that weren’t quite the same size and the standard supposed by DIY stores and I wanted thicker wood for strength. This was the perfect solution!

Wish I'd seen the reviews here first. I ordered a selection of custom-sized gloss MDF panels and paid for their expedited service. The order eventually arrived, well outside of the estimated delivery date, with both incorrectly cut parts and damaged parts.

Requested replacements took almost a month to arrive, after a lot of chasing, and were also a mixture of wrongly cut and damaged. A refund for these then took another 2 weeks to be issued.

Definitely will not be using them again!

This is the second time I’ve used Woodsheets and both times I have received excellent service.
The MDF panelling strips were exactly what I ordered, packed securely and delivered within the specified period.
Communication was very good - Natasha advised me when my order was being despatched, which allowed me to make arrangements for receipt.
From my experience I would recommend Woodsheets for your panelling requirements.

They were very happy to take my money, but the moment I received broken goods, they suddenly became impossible to contact. Phone calls? Ignored. Messages? Ignored. Attempts to get help? Completely ignored.

Apparently, customer service ends the moment they have your money.

I have been left with broken goods, money out of pocket, and absolutely no response whatsoever. It is genuinely shocking how a company can treat paying customers with such complete disregard.

The most impressive thing about this company is their ability to disappear when there is a problem. If ignoring customers were a business model, they would be doing an outstanding job.

I did not expect perfection — I simply expected to receive goods that weren't broken and for the company to have the basic decency to respond when something went wrong.

Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed a second order after the first went really well. The ordering process was easy, the tracking was great, and the parts arrived cut cleanly to exact size and well packaged. The second order: Perfect delivery tracking - the app gives you a 2h time slot which really helps. One of the pieces was a shade under width (~1mm) but worked fine for my project. Overall I was extremely pleased. A good point for me was that I could select the width I needed (other sites had a 50mm minimum).

My advice is to steer clear of this company and that I wish I had read the reviews before hand!

The order is now a week late based on the latest time it would be delivered. I also have someone who was specifically booked for putting up these shelves this week.

I finally managed to get through to someone at Woodsheets a few days after calling a number of times throughout the day and was told an 'urgent' note was added and that it would arrive in a couple of days. A few days later and still not a word. I have tried calling and emailing again and contacting 'Chris'. Finally got a very poor reply via Whatsapp to say it will be a few more days before they can send it out.

Extremely disappointed and wondering if we will even receive them. Complete waste of time chasing this up and money spent on someone working on putting up our non-existent shelves!

Plywood cut exactly to size and very well packaged for delivery.

Ordered a sheet of 15mm Birch plywood. Very good plywood which arrived in good time and great value
