If I could I would give them -1 stars. Absolutely shocking company with the worst service ever, extremely racist avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed out of all the money they can get

Recently used WISH who I can't praise enough for the service we got at Bodrum airport.

Excellent customer service, particularly from Ahmet Yaslak who quite frankly deserves a medal!! Our flight was cancelled on the scheduled pick up day and then the flight we booked for next day was delayed. He was absolutely fantastic. Via Whatsapp, he put our minds at rest, letting us know that our hire car would not be cancelled and that he would be around at whatever time we arrived. True to his word we collected the car without any hassle at all. My husband also got a lift back to departures after dropping the car back off from another gentleman from Wish which was totally unexpected. What a service. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Ahmet.

Low price,low deposit,very nice Office staff. This year they give us brand new car with only 7km on clock.

In April24, we rented a car from Dalaman airport within the terminal, picking up after midnight, they were open. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Brand new car, clean and they gave us some cat and dog treat, nice touch.
Excellent online booking on their website in English, with very inexpensive excess reduction.
Paid a small deposit for fines, tolls etc, which was refunded in a week.
Good communication before the trip as well.
No problems on drop off.
We will use Wish wherever we can, one of the best car hire experiences we have had.

Das war sehr schlecht Erfahrung, unhöflich, Respekt loss. Und mehr dazu besser nicht Auto mieten von die Firma.

They don't even deserve a single star. If you are renting a car from outside Turkey, definitely stay away from this company. They do not refund the security deposit once you leave Turkey.

Zu reservieren. Die haben meine Geld nicht zurück erstattet , 210€.
Habe eine Kreditkarte vorgelegt und die haben es nicht akzeptiert und mir das Geld , was ich voraus gezahlt habe nicht zurück gegeben. Ich habe immer noch große Probleme. Finger weg von dieser abzocke Firma.

Rented the car with empty tank of gas, asked why, they said that’s their policy, made it to gas station to fill it OK since I rented the car for a week so I made it full but didn’t use it all the way and returned it half tank of gas worth 1,500 TL, lot of money to be given away for their slick way tricking you. I knew it when I first rented it but what can I can they were smart and I was stupid. What a way to rub people of their hard earned money.
Be aware of this
I will never rent another car from Wish car rental company
Go with big brands like Avis, Hertz etc

À fuir nous nous sommes fait escroquer wish car istanbul aeroport.
On m a prelevé le depot de garantie alors que j ai pri l assurance tout risque au comptoir et celle d internet en plus plus de 200 euros d assurance en tout .l agent m a dit que c etait juste une empreinte et qu au retour tout serait ok . Resultats j ai payé l assurance tout risque 200e en tout pour 7 jours ajoute a cela
70 euros de depot de garantie
Et 40 euros de frais en plus pour les peages ce qui est normal
J ai rendu la voiture absolument aucun defaut dessus je l ai meme faite laver .
L agent me dit que c est normal et que le depot serait remboursé dans les 10 jours
Cela fait presque 20 jours
Aucun service client personnes pour repondre
Si vous etes en visite la bas n y allez surtout pas .

Rented me a broken car

Typical car company...
We were promised a Renault Clio or SIMILAR. Ofc, it was the SIMILAR.

The car was simply chocking uphill, in a situation where the area we were driving (coastal Turkye).

We called the company, asking for a replacement. Needless to say, they could not make it because ''insert.generic.reason.here''.
The hilarious thing is: in their contract, they specify that if the car breaks down, and they(wishcarrental.tr) can't pick it up, it's you (the renter) that needs to deliver the car...
INFURIATINGLY RIDICULOUS.
Luckily, we managed to drive again.

When we deliver it, we discover the car to have been previously to the mechanic (my guess: manufacturing issue, the care was under 10k km)

(word of advice: ALWAYS film the car when you receive it in/out, and when you deliver it)

Simply thieves.
When I left the car to Izmir airport, after checking the car with me the guy said everything was ok.
After I left, they took money from my credit card without saying a word and when I contacted them they told me they found a damage they misteriously hadn't see earlier.

Ich habe Wochen im Voraus einen Fiat Doblo für 15 Tage zu einem guten Preis gebucht. Am Flughafen Bodrum hieß es am Schalter von Wish, das sowohl meine Barclay Visa Kreditkarte als auch meine andere Kreditkarte nicht funktionieren. Ich habe offen den Mitarbeiter gebeten, die Karte noch einmal zu probieren, da genügend Deckung vorhanden war. Auch beim zweiten Versuch hat es angeblich nicht geklappt. Völlig entnervt habe ich am Schalter nebenan von Carplus einen Ford Courier zu einem deutlich höheren Preis gebucht, mit meiner Barclays Visa Kreditkarte war also alles in Ordnung. Da die Firma Wish auch kein Bargeld wollte liegt die Vermutung nah, das sie den reservierten Fiat Doblo einfach teurer jemand anderes vermieten wollten oder haben. Das ist mir bei der Firma Wish schon 2 mal passiert. Sowohl im Flughafen Istanbul Aiirport als auch am Flughafen Bodrum/Milas. Es scheint ein Muster dahinter zu stecken. Wish Car rental werde ich in Zukunft meiden. Kunden werden mit günstigen Preisen gelockt, und am Ende ist die Enttäuschung groß und du befindest dich in einer Notlage.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the car rental experience I had through your platform during my recent trip to Istanbul.

During the booking process, I had selected a Ford Ecosport or similar vehicle in the SFAV/SUV2 category. However, upon arriving at the rental counter at Istanbul airport, I was offered a Renault Megane instead, which was not in the category I had initially chosen. As a result, this led to some inconvenience and discomfort during my travels.

To add to my frustration, the receptionist at the rental counter was incredibly impolite and disrespectful. Not only did they try to convince me that the Dacia Duster with manual transmission, which I was forced to accept due to the lack of luggage space in the Renault Megane, was an upgrade from the Ford Ecosport with automatic transmission, but they also told me they were doing me a favor by not charging extra for the 'upgrade'.

Such false information and the receptionist's attempt to manipulate the situation by making me believe that I was receiving an upgrade were completely unacceptable. It further diminished my trust in your company's credibility and customer service.

I understand that sometimes car availability may be subject to change, but it would have been appreciated to receive a vehicle closer to my initial selection or to be informed in advance about the unavailability of the chosen category.

In addition to the disappointment of not getting the originally booked vehicle, the attitude and behavior of the receptionist left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience with WishCarRental.com.

As a result of these multiple grievances, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend WishCarRental.com to anyone for their car rental needs. The discrepancies between the booking and the provided vehicle, along with the inconvenience of having to switch to a different model, combined with the receptionist's behavior, significantly impacted the enjoyment of my trip.

I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. Improving customer service and ensuring transparency and honesty in all interactions with clients are essential for a reputable car rental service.

Upon arrive the airport till end of the renting, I have taken amazing services by them. I will always choose wish car rental when I every visiting to Turkey

Be very careful renting from these. Both my son and daughter booked a five seater doblo for a two week family holiday. Because they had a lot of suitcases we met them at İzmir airport and two of our grandchildren and two cases went in our car. It took 11/2hrs to get the cars both of which were ford tourneo. The vehicles were supplied with no fuel which isn’t a problem as there is a garage at the airport. They arrived late Friday night and we arrived at our holiday home around 1.30am. On the Sunday we decided to go out for lunch and my son and daughter discovered that their vehicles only had seatbelts for 4 passengers. They both contacted Wish who were to say the least unhelpful. My son who is a police officer pointed out that every passenger needs a seatbelt by law in Turkey and they were in breach of contract. After a number of tries to get them to resolve the problem over the next 5 days they gave up. We ended up having to travel everywhere with them which hadn’t been the plan for the holiday. On returning to the UK my son contacted his credit card company who were very good and refunded the whole amount. My daughter contacted Wish to make some sort of arrangement with them to be told that she was an “opportunist” and they would have her blacklisted with all the Carhire companies in Turkey. Not even an apology. She will now also be contacting her credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Car is new and clean. Staff are respectful and concerned. I am advising.

Real Turkish hospitable is in there... Fresh office square... Also professional team-work... Good prices with incredible service.. I hope that the company will come my country.....
