I rented a car from Wish Rent Car (wishcarrental.com) , they said they would return the deposit within one month. After 40 days it is not returned yet !!! It is SWINDLE indeed … they do not respond to your phone politely and just playing with words …. DO NOT trust them at all and DO NOT rent any car from such cheap company ...

Wish Rent Car'dan (wishcarrental.com) bir araba kiraladım, depozitoyu bir ay içinde iade edeceklerini söylediler. 40 gün sonra hala iade edilmedi!!! Gerçekten DOLANDIRICILIK... Telefonunuza kibarca cevap vermiyorlar ve sadece kelimelerle oynuyorlar... Onlara kesinlikle güvenmeyin ve bu kadar ucuz bir şirketten araba KİRALAMAYIN...

Didn’t get my desposit back from augustus, it’a november now :(( bad company!!!! Also they don’t reply to my messages

Basically this company will scam you in ways you will never imagine. STAY AWAY

They still haven't returned the deposit for the car I returned 1.5 months ago. Despite my repeated contacts and inquiries, they don't respond and just stall you. I recommend that you rent a car knowing these things.

Her şeyden önce lütfen kullanmayın bu şirketi! Size ait olmayan trafik park parasını siz söylediğiniz halde kartınızdan çekiyorlar !! Bunun adi bildigin hırsızlık. Kulllandiginiz araci kuş pisletmis diye yıkama bedeli altında 493 lira altında bir bedeli alınıyor bunun neye ait olduğu belli degil. Sadece sizden para calmak icin açılmış bir şirket.

Fuyez c’est des voleurs , j’ai louer une voiture à Izmir cet été, au retour du véhicule à l’aéroport d’Izmir , l’agent de wishcar a vérifier si tout allait bien avec le véhicule , tout allait bien , véhicule intacte , propre avec le plein fait , j’ai tout de suite reçu le sms qui dit que l’entreprise allait me rendre la caution de 400€ prélevée sur mon compte , et ce dans les deux semaines max , un mois plus tard toujours rien reçu , j’envoie un mail de réclamation , on me dit que mon remboursement était en chemin , depuis trois mois toujours rien , et on ne répond pas à mes mails .
Faites attention cette entreprise est une grosse arnaque .

do not rent from wish car, cleaning costs charged upon return and do not refund the deposit. every time they say it will be arranged within 3 days, have been waiting a month.

Choose another rental service, preferably some European/International one.
On the one hand, there is a good fleet of cars - almost new cars in good condition.
On the other hand, the rental and payment conditions are very opaque: for example, they did not return the deposit (over $300) to my card - they only promised to look into the matter, but never resolved the issue.
Also they did not send me a detailed breakdown of trips on toll roads - but they did not forget to charge $100 for toll roads from my card.
As a result, an attractive price at the beginning of the rental turns into a very unattractive final cost.

Be carefull with this company. They didnt turn back the deposit after 2 month (272€) . We are still waiting. Probably go for legal advice.

Bunch off scamers. Be careful to book whit this company they will charge you for something they think they can get away. Always take care to take photos of all and you will be surprised what they will try to get out off you. All I'm saying just be careful to book whit this company.

This company is a total scam!
We were charged for petrol 20 times more than we were supposed to pay! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go even closer to this company!

We rented an automatic car on 12 September 2024, for 3 days in Trabzon Airport. We were given a Dacia Duster SUV. We took the car at 23:30 and went to the hotel in Yomra. Which is 10 minutes away.
Next morning we wanted to visit Trabzon and went to Ataturk Kosk. We realised that our car was very strange, there was an issue with the accelerator.
We reported it to the company and we were told that it was normal for Dacia, all of them have got the same problem. Although they accept the fault they couldn’t guarantee to change the car immediately due a to a shortage of automatic car in the company. We were told to come back whenever suit us and they will do their best to give us an other automatic car.
We insisted on changing the car and headed to Airport. In the way going to the Airport we only stopped for a breakfast. When we were back to the Airport we didn’t know that we will be able to change the car so we didn’t consider filling up the petrol tank.
We were offered an automatic Citroen and we accepted the car. They did the paperwork immediately and just before giving us the key we were told that we had to pay for the petrol that we used for Dacia. We said ok let’s fill it up at the petrol station just 2 minutes away. We were said “you can’t!” , we already changed the paper work, insurance matter you can’t drive the car. In that case because of very little journey and people looked friendly we said ok you fill it up and we can pay for it. We are Turkish / British so we didn’t think about those people would scam us.
Just before we took the Citroen, the guy showed me a screenshot saying that this picture was sent by a person who took the Dacia to the petrol station. Picture was showing 798 TL ! That figure didn’t mean anything to me since I live in London for 35 years. We took the Citroen and returned it back to the Airport without any damage and full tank. We were not asked for the petrol difference for the Dacia!
I had a phone call just after we passed the security point and the person on the phone asked me to authorise the payment for the petrol difference 1000 TL (22 pounds). I still didn’t realised the large amount of the figure and authorised the payment, at that moment my husband was sitting next to me and he stoped me talking to the person and made a point to say how come we can pay that amount of money, we did a journey from Trabzon, Rize, Artvin and came back to Trabzon again and we paid for petrol in total 1100 TL. The journey with Dacia was less than 2 hours, it is not correct figure that they charged us. The person on the phone was hearing this conversation and told us to make a complaint to the head office in Istanbul.
Afterwards we calculated exact figure of the km that we made and found out how many litres that we could spend. We found out that 2 litres max we spent with Dacia and they charged us for 40 litres petrol. That means we have paid 20 times more than we were supposed to.
I called the company and complained and raised the issue next day to their head office in Istanbul.
They came back with a result after 4 days in written saying that we were charged what we were supposed to.
I immediately call the company and try to understand which sort of judgment they have done.
The person in the phone was very annoying and repeating himself rather than answering my questions.
He was rude and very unprofessional person. This company also known as Dilek oto Rental. I wonder why they have changed their name.
I would never rent a car from them again. They are making money out of you unlawfully!

Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung. Probleme mit der Kaution, Kaution wurde circa nach einem Monat zurückerstattet, und auch nicht komplett wegen dem Wechselkurs. Nach der Kaution musste ich ständig nachfragen und ich wurde ständig hingehalten. Betrüger

Till you get to the counter, additional costs are added to the rental price and forced upon you! Very crooked way they deal with costumers and they charge a huge deposit which is more than three times that charged by other car rental companies in Turkey. My experience in renting a car from this company is extremely poor. They also tell you after you’ve returned the car that the deposit will be returned after 30 days (if you are lucky). A bunch of thieves.

Absolute pain to get my deposit back, had get in contact 4 times, took 5 weeks, no apologies or reason, also the final kicker didn't return the full amount. -$20
Such a shame as the actual staff at the airport were lovely.

Ich habe am 17.9.2024 mal wieder ein Fahrzeug bei Wishcarrental.com gebucht. Dies war nicht meine erste Buchung. Was sehr schlecht ist, Kautionen werden tatsächlich abgebucht und erst meist nach 4 Wochen zurückerstattet. Das die Lira an Wert verliert und das auf meine Tasche geht, scheint hier keinen zu interessieren. Am Schalter wird einem etwas von 10-14 Tagen erzählt. Was micht jetzt aber wirklich sehr verärgert hat ist die Tatsachen das mir 500 Lira (ca 14€) für eine Fahrzeugwäsche abgebucht worden sind. Zur Erklärung, das Fahrzeug war innen sowie aussen sauber. Ich bin 130 km von zu Hause zum Airport gefahren um 00:00 Uhr gestartet, angekommen am Flughfafen wurden mir die Fliegen an der Stossstange zum Verhängnis. Sorry, wo soll ich morgends um 1:30 die fliegen von der Stossstange entfernen lassen. Absolute Abzocke !!! Diskussionen unnütz, was eine Frechheit. Ich miete seit mehr als 3 Jahren bei Wish, im Jahr mehrmals. Das ist nun hiermit vorbei. Abziehen könnt ihr andere. Schön aufpassen Leute!!!

We had booked a car from Bodrum.
We made this booking at the Wish car rental shop in Bodrum airport when we arrived at midnight. We did not receive an email notification of our booking with booking reference details. However a month later we noticed a transaction made on our credit card for £89.29. Wish did not email us prior to taking this money to inform us of why they will be deducting this money. When we contacted Wish via email they said this was for washing the car - £89.29 for washing the car !! Firstly, they did not email us any photos or video to inform us of why they need to charge us this large amount and they didn’t notify us that the £89.29 will be deducted.
We requested proof to justify this £89.29 car wash and also requested a refund multiple times, but Wish refuse to send us proof or refund us our money. This in its own is dodge and we will never use them again because we have no idea if they’ll take money off our credit card unjustifiably - we feel that Wish has stollen this money from us, taken it without letting us know or providing proof.
We have hired cars in many countries and we’ve never come across an additional cost to wash the car, this is always included in the rental fees, but secondly £89.29 to WASH a car is absolutely ridiculous. No where in the expensive city of London or New York or even Australia being an expensive country have we paid for a car wash at £89.29. Very unhappy customers !

Die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich jemals mit einer Mietwagen Firma gemacht habe!

Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und respektlos!
Die Kaution wird unterschlagen. Ich warte bis heute noch auf meine Kaution.
Außerdem werden absurde Reinigungsgebühren extra berechnet falls man den Wagen nicht selbst reinigen lässt. Einfach nur lächerlich.

Spart euch Nerven und mietet niemals bei Wish car !!

Blijf weg bij deze firma. Het zijn oplichters van de eerste rang. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken is de waarborgsom niet teruggestort. Zonder toestemming schrijven ze bedragen af van jouw credit card. En als je om een inhoudelijke reactie vraagt, wordt je gewoon genegeerd. Dus mensen, als je een auto in Turkije, Sabiha Gökçen Airport wilt huren, blijf absoluut weg bij Wish Car Rental!
