Winchester White Anmeldelser

Niamh and Winchester White have been helpful and hope for the best experiences for both the landlords and the tenants.

We have recently been going through the change of tenancy process at our property, and Megan has made this, at times stressful, process so much easier. Her professionalism and experience is clear in her excellent communication and how she has expertly guided us through the whole process. Megan is always quick to respond and has been such a pleasure to deal with. We feel very lucky to have Winchester White as our agency.

Great experience with Niamh as our property manager - always super quick to jump onto any issues that pop up and solves everything in a timely fashion.

I am so grateful to meet a highly efficient and helpful agent, Sarah. I am impressed how the viewing, offer, negotiation, and all paper works to complete within 2 weeks (in Dec, the festive season). Her professional knowledge and advice to tenants do help me to stay out of unnecessary process and stress in the competitive rental market in London. Cannot thank her enough for the service and help along the journey.

Thank you, Sarah, for your assistance in finding a great property. The entire process was smooth, and your service was consistently professional and dependable. I would gladly recommend your company’s services to others.

Ed was professional in his services and helped us find a great home. His team has been supportive and has helped us get the best deal. I highly recommend!

Amazing service, Edward Elliott was very prompt in answering any concerns I had and made the process really easy.

I highly recommend Winchester White.
I have let my property in Wandsworth through them and everything from day 1 has been straightforward. The team (Louis, Azhaar & co) have been extremely responsive, flexible, knowledgeable and professional.
Thanks to the team!

My partner and I have had a brilliant experience with Winchester White. Niamh Smythe is our contact, who always helps us promptly and deals with any issues that may arise. Thank you Niamh!

I had the best experience with this lettings agency amidst the typically stressful and intense London lease market. They were reliable, understanding, and never pushy, which made the entire process so much easier. Ed, my contact person, was absolutely fantastic—professional, approachable, and always ready to assist. I genuinely felt supported and valued throughout.

We were looking for a short term rental and Filipa couldn’t have been more helpful. She listened to what we wanted and came up with sensible options, that met the brief. She was honest and never pushy and always gave me a quick call to run things by me if a possible property came up. Filipa was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would definitely go back to Winchester White again.

We are very pleased with all the help we got, specially from Alessandro, couldn't ask for a better property agent!! He presented always best properties and understood straight away what we were looking for. He is highly recommended.

Sarah is an absolute legend!! We weren’t lucky with the first flat we’ve seen, but Sarah helped us find another flat that is way better and more suitable for our living arrangement. Really fast response, very professional and clear communication throughout! Thanks so much Sarah for making it easier for us!

We had a really great experience with Winchester White. Niamh, Azhaar and Louis helped us organise our new rental and the whole process was seamless. They went above and beyond to answer queries at all hours of the day. Our move was not easy, but they made the entire process stress free. Very grateful to the team!

Very happy about our agent Sarah and her team. Everyone communicated clearly with us. Assisted us through the hole process. Made it all hassle free. Thank you.

Super happy with our agent Sarah and her team’s super efficient processes in place. We went from seeing a property to receiving signed contract within a span of 7 days. Great service and lovely team. We highly recommend this team. Thank you all.

We found and rented a flat through Winchester White. Azhaar was our letting agent. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us through the process of securing the flat. We highly recommend Winchester White and Azhaar if you are looking for a flat in London.

We went with Winchester White due to a personal recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed. Communication is key and Az was incredibly responsive, clear and proactive throughout the process and found us the perfect tenants.

I put two of my properties with WW South Kensington branch. One in long let and one in short let. In both instances, service is perfect. From the initial meeting, to finding good tenants and maintenance.

WW allowed me to be hands-off in a way I would not have expected. The team I interacted with, Ieva, Alessandro and Craig, are always responsive, proactive and efficient at adressing any issue or conern.

Highly recommended

Filipa has been amazing and extremely helpful from the very first moment! It is more than obvious that she loves her job and her efficiency, proactiveness as well as exceptional organisational skills made our property search a very smooth and pleasant experience.
