I really like the online process. It’s slick and fast.
One thing that needs to be changed is the auto note received after completing my request. This told me I would hear from M2L in 3 working days. That never happened so I called in, taking staff away from valuable processing time. I was told that it would be 15 days.
The following day I was a bit annoyed to receive an email asking me to call in and confirm my request. Surely that could have been done in the previous call?
The very next day I received an email to say it was being processed so everything moved very fast after that.

I would certainly recommend More 2 Life to anyone , particularly older people with their own homes needing a bit of extra cash from time to time. Thank you to all the Staff.

My first time with equity release so a bit concerned about the process but it was excellent from start to finish and was done within one month. Everything was explained fully and in great detail, time was given me to go over details I questioned. All the staff were friendly, helpful and well informed, they kept me updated with everything and when I could expect the money being deposited into my bank. I felt no stress and was even informed of things I didn't know I was able to claim. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are trying to port our lifetime mortgage but More to Life’s Moving Home Team is so tardy in replying to our requests for information about how our Application is proceeding that both the purchaser of our property and the vendor of our intended purchase are becoming increasingly frustrated. This is making us fearful that we will lose both the sale and purchase. Does More to Life realise how very upsetting this is? Do they prevaricate delberately ? We have found it well nigh impossible to make contact with the Moving Home team and get the information we need.
call back because you don’t call back you do not do peep your customers even the courtesy of a callback you are rude and ignorant. I need to speak. somebody somebody who will take my complaint seriously I would like to call back from Carole Hancock I don’t want to speak to somebody like you who has got no authority. I want to speak to somebody who can deal with with the problem and clearly you can’t. All you can do is read me an email which I received a week ago right but you could get onto the people who gave you the update and ask why the update is so tardy, but he won’t phone back so she’s useless. The hell of this telephone conversation conversation has been useless. No, I want to speak to somebody on the moving HOME team but they go back. Sheila said she’d call me back but she didn’t. Well there’s no point you apologising she needs to apologise she needs to get on the phone and tell me why she promised to call back and she didn’t. I have no faith in your promise promise to get somebody to call back because you have already broken that faith but not calling back what you could give me the courtesy of phoning back as a saying I’m sorry I haven’t got an update rather than just do nothing no you passed my information

Have had our lifetime mortgage for a few years now and it has always been straight forward to draw down funds without issues. A little confusion this time as when I phoned the message stated it was easier and quicker to apply on line, so that is what we did. Waited a few days and got an email to say we had to verbally agree to the draw down. Spoke to a very helpful gentleman who didn't seem to know about the phone message but took my details and could see my application. We then received paperwork through the post but then completed and signed online. All went through ok as usual, so I think next time I shall skip the online application and continue on the phone as everyone I speak to is always very helpful.

Would have no qualms recommending this company for equity release. All staff have been helpful and Diane Perrin confirmed the day after postal signature returned when funds are to be released.

I took out a Life Mortgage with more2life a couple of years ago and have found it excellent.
I recently applied for a drawdown and got a reply within a few days. I have been kept informed throughout the process by Tracy Curzon who was very helpful.
I have also spoken to customer services a couple of times and both representatives were friendly, polite and professional so overall I would recommend this company highly.
