Had a delivery from Wicks yesterday. Service was first call. The two men who delivered the items were very polite and helpful. Could not do more from me.

Can only speak as I find. Had a fence panel delivered yesterday which was warped and out of shape. Customer services answered phone immediately and the local store contacted me within 2 hours to arrange a replacement.
Fantastic customer service, really impressive.

Really disappointed with this shed ... it’s of the poorest quality wood .... flimsy and cheap even though was not cheap ... 6x3 but size is incorrect and wider than 3 feet ...wicks replies have been patronising and no responsibility taken keep saying will send my feedback back to the manufacturer... I want a refund this was an internet purchase and the quality is rubbish .. door it warping incorrect sizing and flimsy
Barking Wicks
Went into Barking Wicks. I see staff members on their phones or talking to each other. Everytime I approach them for help they say that they are dealing with a customer. They did this with other customers near me and they go back on their phone (Facebook)
Awful service, even the security guard said he can't help me with anything.
Went in to Basingstoke Wicks on Friday…
Went in to Basingstoke Wicks on Friday evening as we had taken delivery of our bathroom and there seemed to be parts missing when cross referenced with the invoice.
Met Reece in the Bathroom department and he was very helpful. Checked all the codes (it seems components have different serial numbers to the built unit serial numbers)
He rang the suppliers for the outstanding items and rang us back an hour later with delivery dates for the following week.
I had read reviews here the night before re customer services and the rates were one and two stars so was expecting the worst but was very pleased to have a very different experience.
Reece was a great advert for Wicks in store support.

PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR HAVE A KITCHEN INSTALED BY WICKS, THEY DISTROYED MY £19,500 KITHCEN, IT TOOK THEM 5 MONTHS TO TRY AND PUT IT RIGHT, THERE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING, I HAD SO MANY DAMAGED UNITS AND A £700 FRANKI DOUBLE SINK WITH DENTS IN THE BOTTOM WICK WOULD NOT REPLACE IT, NO HOB FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOTHING IS CORRECT WE ARE TOTALY DEVISTATED

Can someone from this rubbish company please get in contact with me despite 23 emails after you sent us damaged goods since the 25th February it is still not resolved even when someone answered my last complaint on here and said you would look into it nothing and now had an email saying this

We ordered (and paid in full) a garden pergola, delivered within 11 working days, as an Easter project. Ordered 21st March. Its now 16th April! We have emailed customer service (you can’t phone them), who just say ‘we will find out where your item is from our supplier!’ We feel so fed up. No replacement offered no compensation!!
Bought a Wicks brand electric sander…
Bought a Wicks brand electric sander last year as a replacement for a Bosch, which lasted me 20+ years.
Did not expect it to be as good as the Bosch, as it costs about half the price, BUT, did have an expectation that it should perform for more than the 2 or 3 hours total use it actually lasted before burning out. TOTAL RUBBISH, back to Screwfix for me, for a BOSH / Makita. BUY CHEAP, BUY TWICE.

My delivery was due on Monday the 1st march and after 8 phone calls and emails I get a text last night at 7.30pm telling me will be with me between 10am and 4pm no way to reply no asking me if I will be home and now at 4.30 they turn up Do Not order delivery customer service is a joke I am so mad 10days and half an hour late and not once has customer service rang me back and no offer of compensation avoid at all cost

Bought some timber from wicks but didn't have it all in one store but got the rest from another store all delivered same day at time stated. Cannot fault them
Very poor service
My issue is I put an order in which was delivered on time , the Joiner arrived to do the job, couldn’t do the work as the surrounding wood for the frame was so badly twist and warped he stated 4 of the 5 dried kiln c16 timber are not fit for purpose and only fit for firewood. I’ve tried ringing several times and stayed on the line for 15mins plus with out any reply I have also filled the on line forms out without any reply
This is very poor service from Wicks, wouldn’t use them again.

I recently ordered some paint from wicks with agreed delivery for the 1st March and everything went just as expected there was no drama and the delivery men were very nice and kept to social distances rules
Superb Beautiful Kitchens
I’ve recently had a new kitchen bought and fully fitted by Wicks Bedford. From the moment I entered the store I found the staff welcoming, extremely informative and very knowledgeable, especially Sean who understood exactly what I wanted and designed the most beautiful kitchen for me. At the time Wicks had a few discounts available and Sean made sure we got the very best deal. I can honestly say Sean was there every step of the way, dealing with the fitters, changing things for me when I had new ideas, answering all emails promptly and sorting out all my queries. I also had a new utility room fitted and after changing my mind a month or so later needed more kitchen cupboards - Sean again came up trumps, sorted everything out and gave me an amazing deal. I’d highly recommend Wicks Bedford - for kitchens and all round diy.
What a unreliable and ignorant company
What a unreliable and ignorant company. With the present situation I try not to enter shops the fore make order on line. This company has taught me otherwise. I made a order for over £300. I made a deliver for a Monday, about 8 days before that date. On the said Monday I received part of my order with a message to say the other part would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday). I told my customer I could not start on Monday and would have to be Tuesday. On Tuesday I received another message to say the rest of my order would be delivered on Wednesday. Again I informed the customer that I could not star on Tuesday and it would have to be Wednesday. After waiting all day the rest of my order was not delivered. Again I informed the customer I could not start on Wednesday. The next day (Thursday) I sent a message to Wicks explaining to them about the issue. They told me someone would ring me within 5 hours. I never got that call. I then again explained to the customer of the problem only to be told to cancel the work, I can hardly blame them. I sent another message to Wicks on Friday telling them I have still not received the rest of my order and they have lost me over £300 worth of work on the Thursday, no reply. I sent another message telling them I would return the order for a full refund, again no reply. I have now got in touch with the trading standards explaining that Wicks have taken my money and not delivered my full order and are now ignoring my messages. I asked them what rights I have of returning the order and claiming compensation. They informed me that although with the present situation they are a few weeks behind and would deal with my case asap. So thanks to Wicks I have a part of order and no work to do with it. The company is not only unreliable but ignorant. In future I will be using B&Q at least they say I can do it.

Paid over £8000 for bathroom from Wicks, shower floor drain dropped one end causing tiles to come loose complained to Wicks they didn’t want to no said I had to claim off installers liability insurance one of installers emigrated to Canary isles his mate now lives in Australia I am a pensioner I can’t afford to have it fixed wicks should come and put it right !!
Ordered five different types of items
Ordered five different types of items. Delivered three. no bill, driver justified that due to items missing. Promised next day delivery for missing items. No delivery. After 5 days I called, a bored lady said no stress will solve the problem same day. Zero communication. Called back next day, same lady same thing. Left it for another 3 days. Called back, bored gentleman does the same even though I informed that I am recording the call and will address to regulator. Refused to transfer to manager.
