WARNING do not buy a Wicks Kitchen, I paid Wicks £19,500 I ended up with Kitchen that took six Months to be finished, had no hob to cook on for three months everything was fitted wrongly out of line, the fitters who were said to be there best were total cowboys, could not fit the Neff dryer space to small could not open intricated washing Machen door all work surfaces totally out of line when it came to have my Black granite worksurfaces ten plate made by Sheridan was told they could not do it, they fitters threw away in skip many items that I paid for and had to make up there own bass units, the management in customer care head office treated me with total contempt IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO GET A WARRENTY FORGET ABOUT IT they do not want to Know, my kitchen I am left with is a total disaster I am heart broken, by the way when the fitter came they trid to alter my design and said the design team at Wicks did not know what they were talking about ,PLEASE,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WICKS

We ordered a radiator cover in October 2020 Cost £120. Due to Covid our builder could not fit it for some time. It remained fully wrapped until he came in December. When opened it was cracked. There started the nightmare dealing with wicks. People who don’t get back etc. Then they told us as we had gone past the 30 days they would do nothing. Head office agreed with this Devi on. Disgusting service two pensioners have wasted £120 pounds. I will never deal with wicks again. Was shocked to see the number of dissatisfaction is expressed on this website
Terrible experience
Ordered my kitchen from Wicks sittingbourne all was going great until it came to it being installed. The doors was not put on straight and work top measured up wrongly so as to the workmen thinking they can trim down a granite worktop in my kitchen was not having any of that. So after faulty doors and worktops customer service absolutely disgusting. Not even the managers wanting to help. Having to go back and forth from the store as never returning calls. Now four years in having to get in touch as half the kitchen doors have changed colour from gloss white to off white. Taken a further five months to get anywhere with getting this sorted and still ongoing now. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Kitchen installation from the Muswell Hill branch of Wicks
I recently had a kitchen installed by Wicks. The design consultant, Peter Brueckner, at the Muswell Hill branch went through the options carefully and provided excellent customer service throughout. The fitters, led by Hunar and Jacek were always on time and worked extremely hard to get the work completed quickly and to a very high standard. Jacek thinks things through and adapted things for me to meet my needs. The kitchen looks great and i really could not recommend them high enough. The overall experience end to end was excellent.
Poor service at Wicks Hall Green to…
I visited Wicks Hall Green today to change/claim refund on a sander I had purchased 5 days ago but which stopped working. Upon approaching counter the Wicks employee stated' what you've messed it up already, what have you been doing with it'.
Now out of context this may seem humorous, indeed, if one was speaking to relative it might seem humorous but this was neither. The manner in which it was said was in utter disgust and I had never met the lady in my life.
I did make it clear to the lady that I had used the sander to 'sand' wood. To top it all, I was given the item by another young lady with no smile or acknowledgement of my presence. Come on Wicks invest your money in customer care training, this standard of service belongs in the worst of retailer. Not happy at all.
Not fulfilling orders.
3rd time of ordering goods online just to receive a call to state even though they are online there is no stock. Also sick of doing a stock check online, only to go to into the local store and there be no stock.
Great way to treat TradePro Members. Off to Screwfix and Travis Perkins.

will never use them again, twice now I have ordered the same thing, paid for it and received a e mail to say it was ready for pick up however when I arrive at the store they don't even have it in stock. Utterly useless

I purchased 3 Inca Toilet Pans with Cisterns with Seats 18 months ago. The 2 round metal discs on each seat, made of tin (not chrome as we were led to believe) that cover the bolts holding the seat which are visible every time the lid is lifted started to go rusty. I took them back within the one year guarantee period and the assistant was not helpful and said nothing could be done. The discs have got worse and I keep trying to clean them, I went back again7 taking the discs with me. The helpful assistant has been trying to get replacements for me, even suggesting giving me three new complete seats. After 6 weeks I am told there is nothing that can be done. Each toilet cistern and seat cost £255. These have been discontinued and I cannot find a replacement.
Wickes have a bad attitude (not the assistant who helped) but the department. Be careful and double check what you are buying from them. I will never shop there again
My new kitchen
Recently had a new kitchen from Wicks at Cannock, very happy with everything, Donna who came out to measure and advise also to help us was very professional. When we went into the store to finalise everything she was great. Went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. The team of installers headed by Mark were great, punctual, polite, tidy, all fitted within 6 days. I would definitely recommend.

Had a guy come out to see my kitchen and measure up...Was in flat for exactly 5 mins..did not ask me what I was hoping to get and achieve.He asked what is your budget and pretty much told me to choose that that's in your budget...100% could tell he was not interested in a smaller kitchen.. Will defo not be heading to the store as planned...Poor poor service..

Bought my kitchen from wicks Liverpool Mark planned it for us in February and we loved it then covid came 😢but we had to wait till October before it was installed by David and his team but omg well worth the wait they where fast efficient nothing was too much trouble for them they turned my broken down kitchen into a kitchen I’m proud of also making my life easier I would recommend wicks and David’s team to everyone thank you so much for all your hard work

Bought a new kitchen from the Macclesfield branch of Wicks. Very pleased with the result. Special praise to Shaun the head of kitchen design at the branch and the after sales staff.
Awful Online Service
Online Order in Sept, only partially delivered, multiple calls to customer services - "we'll escalated to the store / get them to deliver / get them to call" and nothing. Called in to the store - "oh, call customer services". A disgrace - triggering refund via paypal. Avoid these clowns unless you are in the store and have the item in your hands.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Wicks,Winchester Road,Southampton.Our planner Jason Healey was brilliant from start to Finnish and his suggestions and advice resulted in a kitchen of our dreams.The Wicks fitter Ben was also top class,very professional and skilled,and a pleasure to have in our home.We have been delighted with all our aftercare service from the team at Wicks and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement project.

Poor service.
I ordered some sharp sand. Waited in the worng que because it wasn't labelled so I had to wait twice as long. When I got to the front the guy pointed at the door and said "its over there and walked off" lol. It wasn't "there" so i just walked out. I work in vehicle software management, I'm not stupid. They really need staff training.
A disaster start to finish
A disaster start to finish. ( Glasgow branch)They sold me tiles, then we were called and told the tiles, which were paid for, were not available.
We were able to check with Wicks other branches. We found that more than enough tiles WERE available at their Carlisle store. Around that point we got a call from a helpful lady in the Wicks Edinburgh Branch, she was apologetic over the issue. We told her we had fond them at their Carlisle
Store. Asked us to leave it with her. A day or so after we got a call from the Glasgow store, saying they could not supply them. We told them about the Carlisle store. No vans to pick them up apparently. Due to the virus they were not allowed to anyway. Ok we requested a refund. We got tiles elsewhere. Edinburgh lady called and said she had them in stock. We told her about the Glasgow call. A shambles but the Glasgow store was to blame. They were unhelpful and shambolic. The manager was to call us several times but did not. It also cost us a lot more as we could not find the same tile anywhere else and the only one suitable was double the price. Tip folks, only buy what they have in stock, but make sure you actually see them before purchase. This is a bad revue but certainly warranted.
Virtual design new bathroom .
New bathroom is awesome.
We had this designed virtually with Cheryl ( our design consultant) who took us through the step by step process via google meet. This is a very easy process as we didn’t have to go to the store. If we wanted to see anything she would walk round the store for us and show us a product via our tablets. This is a brilliant way of getting a design done with no rush or interruptions in the comfort of your own home.
The quality of the work done by the fitters is excellent. Amazing detailed work. Well done wicks.
