NEVER ORDER ONLINE
NEVER ORDER ONLINE. They never refund until weeks or months later. I cancelled an order before delivery date and had to chase up about the refund. They didn’t refund me the full price but the current discounted price regardless of me paying full price and cancelling before delivery.
Poor Delivery and Customer Service
I ordered a Keter bike storage shed at the beginning of December. You could chose a delivery date so I chose a Friday a week later because I would be home. It didn’t turn up and I got a message to say it would be delivered on the Monday. There was no option to change this and I had to take time off work. When it arrived it was damaged. I tried phoning, emailing and never got a response until I received a “rate us” email where I rated the service as poor. I was then contacted by someone who was actually very helpful and they contacted the supplier who offered a replacement part but it was out of stock. In the end we assembled the bike shed (26/12/2022) because we needed it and found the broken bit didn’t really affect the item. I told both customer service at Wicks and the supplier who informed me they had a replacement part if I required it but I couldn’t be bothered to dismantle the shed to insert the broken part so we notified Wicks and the supplier. Didn’t hear anymore.

And the saga continues ….. had an email response due to the first Trustpilot review below …… we gave them the information required (3rd time of doing so) and …… you guess it ….nothing. We are told Customer Service can not even contact their own Installation Managers to get them to correct the appalling workmanship…..

Spent £25k on a kitchen in March, started work in July and still not completed ..... Showroom Design Manager visited home to see the poor workmanship and unfinished areas, but has no authority to help nor can the Showroom Manager ( honest this is what they said ...happy to take the money though)!!!, Now pushed on the Customer Service team who acknowledge the issues from the reports and photos - but don't have any authority to do anything - Apparently its the Installation Mangers responsibility to sort out issues - no one else's .... but the Installation Manager doesn't respond to any emails or contact ..... No one at Wicks will take any responsibility or ownership, no one rings back or gives us updates, everyone says there are issues to sort and promises they will do what they can - but we never get a call back and we simply have to start again with whoever answers the phone when we call every week !! .... Awful experience, Awful communication, Awful company .... £25K on a dream kitchen which is now a nightmare !!

Where do I start, the service in store in Maidstone is horrendous and the complaints team is even worse! I raised a complaint on the 1st October following a dreadful store experience and to this date I still haven’t had a response to my complaint despite an email on 2nd October from Mihai advising me my complaint had been passed to the correct department.
I purchased some kitchen cupboards and a wine rack in the Maidstone branch. When I placed the order, I was told I would be contacted with a delivery date. Firstly, I received no phone call. The delivery turned up unannounced, so I contacted a kitchen fitter to come and fit the cupboards on Saturday 24th September (I have since found out that we should have been offered this service at the time of order). When he started unpacking the boxes, we found one item was missing from delivery. I returned to Maidstone on the same day to enquire about obtaining the item from store but was told it wasn’t possible. The man we spoke with Alan apologised and advised they’d call us with an update, 4 days later the missing item from our order was delivered but we still didn’t receive a call. I contacted the kitchen fitter to come back, so this has now cost me twice, only to then find that the catch fastenings were missing from the wine rack frame, so again, I took another trip to the Maidstone store, spoke with a lady in the kitchen department who was unhelpful, rude and didn’t want to help us as we couldn’t speak to the man who we originally spoke with regarding the missing item. I was told the catch can’t be purchased from the store and that I have to contact customer service. I phoned customer service who told me I had to fill in a form online, which I did and also an online complaint form. Having not heard, we went back to store on 10th October and saw another man who took our order details and said he’d call the next day after 9am as he would need to speak to customer services. To date, I still haven’t heard from anyone. What a joke!

anybody wanting to use wicks DONT 20 grand for a kitchen salesman measures units wrong size have to change unit tell him what we want he dosent put on drawing so fitter wont do what we wanted went to store to complain manager not interested so arrogant once they have your signature they dont give a dame cause they will get their money customer services what a joke no replies when you leave a message 5 grand work top delayed spoke to manager tried to blame fitter then work top company after many phone calls by myself found out it was wicks that put the wrong date sent sales man back out to check our complaints he just shrugged his shoulders and said what do you want me to do ahd walked out. absolutly appauling service please if you are thinking of having a kitchen stay well away from these guys and go to a decent company

Do not order goods from Wicks for delivery
I ordered a vanity unit with basin for delivery along with 11sq meters of tiles, they did arrive the basin on the vanity unit was damaged and the tiles were the wrong ones. After a lot of hassle they sent another vanity unit, but no tiles, after another phone call they sent the right tiles in damaged boxes and different shade numbers (even though I had asked for them to be checked). I have had a bathroom fitter stood around waiting for goods to arrive. Wicks do not want to know about my problems. Do not use this company. On the plus side the delivery driver from City Sprint was very helpful.

I ordered the wrong item!! so reordered the correct one, asking for the wrong item to be collected when the other item delivered (Oh NO that can't be done) have to pay £7 to return an item ????
I have now sent 12 emails regarding this and still no collection date. I will NEVER use or recommend this company again. Think on Wicks a BAD word goes way further than good, what with social media and news papers ... I expect this sorted by Tuesday 20th Sep 2022 or I shall start billing you for all my time.....

We had our en suite fitted in December 2021. To a good standard.
However, the shower doesn't have temperature control so you can't use it! It's scolding hot or freezing cold. We have complained and complained and still (August 2022) have a shower that we can't use.
Wicks don't care about listening to our complaints and have ignored us like all the other customers that don't get heard. Oh, but they care about taking their payment! Even though we have a faulty product. But who cares, they're a big company so what's the point.
Will never use them again. Don't waste your time and money with this awful company.
