Disgraceful company fleeced my mother of 70 years out of her money from a kitchen that was fitted by one of there assured fitters and was called out numerous times to fix faults e.g bowed quartz worktops, incorrectly fitted flooring on a floor which is not level and accused my mother of cutting the panels which is bizzar, poor finishing on painting etc. Unacceptable for a kitchen that cost nearly 30k. I called Wickes as my mother was unwell and her husband was in hospital and after chasing around with phone calls due to the data protection act they never called back even though they said they would. This is 2 years on now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THERE SUB STANDARD KITCHENS AT ALL COSTS. I had a family member buy a kitchen from Howdens and fitted for 16k and the quality and finish was far superior. I'm a tradesman myself & I have never witnessed such poor service from both Wickes & the assured fitter. I kept photos dating back from the beginning right through to the different times.so if anyone wants to contact me I'll be happy to forward the poor workmanship. I'll be uploading on my Facebook business page to name and shame this company.

James at Wicks Caerphilly. What an absolute star. We visited Wicks in Caerphilly a few weeks ago to look at kitchens. I fell in love with one of their kitchens but kept an open mind as we had arranged to see others. We had a budget in mind and on 1st sitting down with James, the price was way over. We visited other companies who came in on and over budget but they kept pushing for us to sign on the dotted line!!! James was so relax, no pushy sales jargon and he said he would do his best to come in on the budget we had. After a couple of adjustments James managed it. I was over the moon, I could afford the kitchen of my dreams, so thank you James, we really appreciated you help in this.

Order was placed on the 8th June 2023. Meant to be next day delivery. We have had a nightmare experience from the start and would not recommend to anyone. Today the 23rd June 2023 we sit with a damaged unit still waiting to be collected and 2 items from our order (which they have sent out twice now) still missing and never been received. Customer services are useless, not sympathetic at all and couldnt give any updates. They dont seem interested or willing to help. We have contacted them via the web chat, phone, forms and email and no further forward. Even raised a complaint and no communication has been made. So frustrating and disappointing as now we sit without our money and missing 2 items and 1 damaged unit that we can do nothing with.

I had a kitchen installed ,i said how i wanted it,i have had a few minor issues with it from slow closing doors not closing completly and having to be pushed shut.the laminate that was laid, was not laid properly so every time you walk the joins move up and down.I paid for draws and a hidden draw to go under my hob ,when it was being installed the draw kept hitting part of the hob underneath ,it was taken out said it was not safe to put it there and to bin the draw .so at the time i was not quite sure of my rights and kept getting told once you have bought hhe kitchen cant change it.i should of been given a alternative instead of 2 draws and a hidden draw a two draw a a cutlery draw would of fit but no so what i have is no draw.i have had kitchens from wicks before which i cant fault but i was let down on this one . This time it was about how quick i can get it installed ,in the past i had fitters i really took pride in there job and worked hard but didnt cut corners. My kitchen is still the same but not worth what we paid I still have my issues and would like them sorted.but sadly i have come to the conclusion no one is listening and i will have to sort it myself .I will be looking else where in future.

Just had fitted a lovely lichen by wicks Hall Green. The fitter (Abdul) was amazing
I was informed what was happening at every stage . To be honest we did have a couple of teething problems, but they were quickly resolved by the fitter and wicks customer service. Fantastic job thanks to Abdul. He worked so hard , very professional and extremely polite.

A lovely lady from Wicks came to design our kitchen, week later we went to the showroom Dunstable to discuss further materials and for about an hour, was told then she would sent me a quote within the next few days, weeks later not heard anything so we went down to the showroom and was told she would send me a quote via email, weeks later heard nothing, I then emailed Wicks customer service regarding the issue to this date I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Wicks, what a waste of my time, just appalling!!

Heard very negative things about my new local branch (canning town) but, apart from looking a bit battered (expected as the store is more for trade than the public) everything was fine. Even returned an item and the staff were swift, pleasant and I had no issue with returning to buy more, after my initial experience.
First time kitchen renovation
First time kitchen renovation, we choose Wicks Pontefract where we had Steve (Kitchen Design Team) measure up, given there was a wall to take down he took precise measurements and designed my actual dream kitchen. The real life experience of walking into my kitchen every morning is amazing. I am so happy we went with Wicks, from the modern worktop to every soft close hinge we are thrilled with all efforts that contributed, thank you Steve, thank you Wicks 👏 😊

Their customer support team failed to…
Their customer support team failed to deal with two emails from me reporting a leaking shower unit fitted by their contractor. I logged a complaint with them after they agreed they hadn't dealt with my emails over a three week period.
NOT WORTH THE BUSINESS
They don't even deserve 1 star, but i have no option.
24 Jan i Purchased radiators at Lichfield Store that were advertised on the website and stated that it included the air vents.
Delivery around 4 days later, but wrong ones and no air vents.
Contacted customer service who said they would contact their supplier to come and chance them.
Here we are a month on and several calls later including to manager at head office and nothing even though i was told iwould reveive a call back each time i called (6 times}. I called Head Office today and FINALLY got call back telling me there is nothing they can do and no refund.
I am fuming........ WILL NEVER USE WICKS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING..... FALSE ADVERTISING.... NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. PLEASE BE WARNED!!

Purchased a supply only kitchen at Wicks Winsford branch, the process was relaxed, friendly and very professional. Wicks delivered the kitchen on time as agreed with nothing missing and the after sales customer service was amazing.

Kitchen fitter came today to finish installation. New oven replaced and ok. Door for boiler cupboard damaged yet again so not fitted. MAJOR PROBLEM however as cooker hood doesn't fit. The cooker hood is 90cm wide but the space between the units is 88cm wide. The cooker hood was the main feature of the kitchen and now can't be fitted. I'm devastated tbh.
We either completely remove the whole kitchen and start again or choose a new cooker hood, which is not the one we wanted.
