Ben at Folkestone Branch has delivered outstanding customer service to our local school. He signposted us to the Wickes Community Programme as we were in need of support with a project. Ben was instrumental in guiding us through the process and helping us to secure the flooring that we needed to be able to complete our project. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient and the flooring was delivered ahead of schedule. The impact on the school and children is invaluable and we cannot be more grateful to Ben and the team at Wickes Folkestone for their support.

Dawn, who works at the Harlow branch has the most fantastic customer service! On paying for our goods, she displayed such helpfulness and her bubbly personality kept us entertained to the point where we did not want to leave the store! An absolute credit to your company!!!

Absolutely shocking sales technique and kitchen design by Jayde. This was our first experience buying a kitchen and naively listened to the kitchen designer Jaydes recommendations. She said wickes doors only fit the units which we knew not to be true and tried to convince me to get a worktop profile I wasn’t keen on as the one I wanted (that wickes doesn’t do) is hard to clean.

Furthermore, the actual kitchen design, the cooker hood cupboard provided does not fit the extractor fan and the plinths are 2.6m not the 2.8 needed. On closer inspection you can even see the gap on the 3D design model. Absotlely shocking would never recommend wickes to anyone and really regret our decision.

Went into your Exeter store to purchase some wall tiles but the style had been discontinued but with the help of Sophie, Mandy & Victoria tiles were located in sufficient numbers at your Bridgewater & W-S-Mare stores which were ready for collection when I drove up to collect later that day. Many thanks ladies for great customer service .

Yet another faultless delivery from Wickes. Ordered some wooden sleepers on Sunday evening and they were delivered by 9am Monday morning, less than 12 hours later! The driver could not have been more helpful and very polite.

We are pleased to say that we had a really positive experience with Wickes throughout our bathroom renovation.

Katie, our bathroom designer, was fantastic from start to finish. She was always available, approachable and ready to help with any questions we had. She really took the time to understand our vision and offered practical, honest advice on the best products to achieve the look we wanted while staying within our budget.

Jas SC Property MD, who fitted our bathroom through Wickes, was equally helpful and supportive throughout the process. He and his team worked hard to bring our vision to life, offering advice and doing everything he could to achieve the finish we were hoping for. They also left our house clean, which really meant a lot to me.

Bathroom renovations can be stressful, but having Katie and Jas on hand made the whole experience much easier. We're really grateful to them both for their patience, guidance and support, and would happily recommend them.

I have just been to Wicks Gypsey Lane and was helped by Arzoo who gone great service and went the extra mile to help me load my car with heavy bags of grit. Charming young lady.

Tried to order £500 worth of building supplies online. All listed as in stock when added to basket for delivery. Go to checkout then cannot select delivery day as now it states all items out of stock. Called the help line. Told that store that delivers to my area was out of stock. What a waste of time and effort. Have bought from another company and expect delivery tomorrow. Hope a shareholder reads this and fires the current management as they are not running the company well.

Wickes is my go to shop for supplies with one of the reason being the friendly and helpful staff there. A special shout out to Enah who is efficient, polite and friendly and makes sure I don’t forget anything.

We spoke to Dawid Owczarek, a kitchen designer at Wickes Waterlooville, who drew up plans for our new resigned kitchen. Dawid was extremely thorough, offering suggestions and helping us to make changes that would work, He organised the installation team, Chris and Callum and also Scott the electrician. There was full communication between us and the team at all times. They all worked to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and cannot thank them all enough. I had the pleasure of being helped by the Lauren today at Dartford wickes; I was needing some drills and screws etc for a personal diy project and found that she is so helpful in helping me find what I needed and more.
The customer service satisfaction was up to standard.

Wickes refuse to accept liability for a botched repair to the toilet which they authorised under the 2 year bathroom installation warranty. The toilet is leaking again three years later. Now, using an endoscope (camera) we can see that the leaking seal was patched over with resin. At the time we assumed the repair had been done properly. They have dismissed our claim on the grounds that it is out of warranty. Very convenient for Wickes. No doubt many installation faults manifest themselves years later after the incompetent sub contractors have long gone. Next time I will get a locally recommended tradesman rather than a company which relies on sub-contractors. Wickes should take responsibility for shoddy repairs.

We went for a design appointment with anna, she was excellent. She was able to design our perfect kitchen and give really useful recommendations, the whole process was really smooth and we cant thank her enough for time and help during the whole process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Fateha Is an Absolute Credit to the Company!

I visited the store today to pick up a few odds and sods for a home DIY project I’m currently working on. As is often the case with these projects, I had a list of bits and pieces I needed, but I was struggling to locate certain items around the store.

Thankfully, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful member of staff named Fateha, and I genuinely cannot praise her highly enough!

From the moment she began helping me, her friendliness, professionalism, patience and willingness to go the extra mile were nothing short of exceptional. She didn't simply point me in the right direction and leave me to it; she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I received the help I needed.

What impressed me most was her attitude. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another person walking through the doors. Her kindness, enthusiasm and dedication to providing outstanding customer service were truly refreshing.

In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, Fateha is a shining example of how it should be done.

I was genuinely astonished by the level of service I received, so much so that I felt compelled to take time out of my day to write this review. I don't often feel the need to leave reviews about individual members of staff, but on this occasion, I simply couldn't let such an exceptional experience go unrecognised.

To the management team: please ensure Fateha receives the recognition she thoroughly deserves. Employees like her are an absolute asset to any business, and her approach to customer service is something that should be celebrated and encouraged.

Fateha, if you happen to read this, thank you once again for your kindness, patience and exceptional assistance today. You made what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into an incredibly positive experience.
