Awful, just totally awful service
I ordered five internal doors from Wickes on 26 October and paid for a fixed delivery date of Friday 30 October. There was no free or standard delivery option at checkout. Three doors arrived without any problem, but the two glazed doors did not come on Friday, and nobody could tell me where they were.
On Saturday morning I received an email saying a return had been accepted. I hadn't returned anything. The photo was a black screen with a signature that wasn't mine, and the notice appears to relate to another customer's order. I was told on Saturday that they don't deliver at weekends, which I wasn't told at checkout. My carpenter came out to fit the doors, they weren't there, and I was charged £60 for the visit.
I waited in on Friday and again on Monday, and no delivery came. I've now been told three times that the case was escalated to the courier, and I still have no delivery date or named contact. I'm still waiting for the two doors, which I need to match the others.

Great service provided by Louise at the store. After checking stock levels she took us to find where the stock actually was. She then appeared in the tile section to show us ssmples of brick effect tile. When we went to pay she appeared therd too. Fantastic service

We met with Deb at the Stafford Store…
We met with Deb at the Stafford Store and she was great! Started with a cuppa and biscuits which is always the best way to start. Had a kitchen designed and installed in 2018 and we wanted to complete an awkward corner. Deb managed to find our previous design and fill in the gap. We're really happy with her ideas and expertise, very efficient and she helped us get the most cost effective design. Would highly recommend!

Had to tick one box before I could even write a review. Had a terrible experience with Wickes and their delivery service City Sprint.
I ordered a fence panel on the 31st October, all good,delivery 2 October, even got a msg from City Sprint saying the delivery will be 11am -3pm.3.30 came,looked on my original order to track it and it said ,order returned to depot,rang Wickes,after a long time waiting on the phone,it turned out there were no fence panels in stock !!!! Just received an email refunding my £30 but what about the delivery charge of £5 ?? Wouldn't use them again

Aylesbury store: Purchased radiator valves, Drayton trv 4, turns out they were incompatible with my system. Returns were very efficient. Neve helped to select replacement by going above and beyond by allowing me to check for the correct fit. Great service

Diane at the Leamington store gave us the most unbelievable customer service, checking that a product was discontinued, helping us calculate what we needed and then reserving the stock from another branch and collecting it for us a she lived in that town. Great customer service
I went into the Cardiff Store looking for new kitchen tiles. I'm so useless with DIY being new to house renovation! The store manager showed me to the variety of tiles I could use and recommended what additional materials I would need for what type of tile I chose and I'm so happy with the ones I've chosen! I've actually come under budget too!

Amazing in-store customer service
Unfortunately we had a couple of damaged doors on the delivery of our new kitchen. David Boarders in our Stockport store was a fantastic help, we had not had help from customer services, over the phone, but he sorted replacements with customer services on our behalf.
