I met sat in the store really helpful and very positive attitude towards customers recommended 100%

I was looking for something with my son Guyo stopped what he was doing and actively asked if we needed help, we just asked about stock of an item and he instantly went to work being proactive and finding alternatives for the out of stock item with his colleague Jack. They instantly sorted something. I’m genuinely so impressed as was my son, which is why I’m writing this review straight away. Everyone in the store was polite and helpful, parking is great outside and stock seemed neat and well placed. I’ll definitely revisit.

I recently had two orders from wickes.Great quality the two drivers were great ,they carried my orders into the garage for me.
Extremely polite and saved me from struggling .

Wickes in Chesham is always able to please. Orders are prepared quickly. Staff are great, esp Emily as she will always find time to say hello and ask if you need any help. But Wickes sort out some more loading bays for trade people please! That is all.

I bought a plastic shed...it was sent terribly, but there were no screws or brackets in the kit...the quality is disgusting...thin as a sheet...I'm asking for this item to be returned within a week Nobody took THIS item back... I've been waiting for a week... I'll be filing a complaint with the Discussant

I was helped by Evie as I entered the store (re needing a trolley), who then kindly guided me to exactly where I needed to go in store, and then she served me as I left. Amazing service, a great ambassador for Wickes.

Very poor service. I needed three bi fold door, only 2 on the rack but the third was in the warehouse, they could not give me a time span to get the third door out of the warehouse.and to the till. As a contractor I don't have time to stand around and wait for an unspecified time. You lose the sale to B&Q next door, there is another £300 you have lost. If they had said can you come back in 15 minutes that would have been fine, but we don't know how long doesn't work.

After making a huge mess of an online order, I came in and Sam was incredibly helpful! Super patient despite it being a busy Saturday she completely fixed my mess, knew the system entirely and handed me everything I needed to make a quick call. Sam saved me well over £300 (My error) and I am incredibly grateful! Absolutely top marks customer service, thank you Sam!!

Tom was able to help me with the choice of timber. He was thorough and clear on giving his information on the different timber also using websites to show me the extra info.

We have been impressed with the time Emily spent with us to ensure we got the bathroom design just right. Very knowledgeable about the products and a helpful manner to make sure we felt at ease to explore different ideas. The time spent meant we ended up with a parking ticket and she even managed to sort that out to. Would recommend her to anyone.

Steve was simply brilliant. He spent time understanding what we were looking for and suggesting improvements based on his years of experience designing kitchens. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and works really well - thanks Steve.

We had great service from start to finish by Andy at Wickes. We were greated warmly when we entered the bathroom showroom. Then Andy hepled us throughout the process. He came to measure and design and then we went back to finalise our bathroom.
Our fitter was excellent - professional, on time, and finished the bathroom to the highest standard.
Andy came back to check everything was finished as promised before signing everything off.

As part of my major home renovations, I visited Wickes Stafford on Sunday 1st Nov with a list of 13 items I needed.

Unfortunately, most of the items weren't on display shelves, largely due to the ongoing issue of theft. However, this didn't faze one of your assistants, Dylan.

I explained what I was looking for, and Dylan not only took all the stock codes but went out of his way to locate every single item for me.

What a credit to your team! Dylan was friendly, polite, enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help. It was also clear that he enjoys his job, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

To top it all off, Dylan also signed me up to the TradePro app.

Well done, Wickes Stafford! Employees like Dylan are a real asset to your business. It's this level of customer service that makes Wickes stand out and keeps it my first choice.

MR SPENCER HORNER.

I would like to say a big thank you to Spencer for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through the different options and provided excellent advice to help me make the right decisions.

His approach was very reassuring, and he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

I have been using Wickes as a tradesman for many years but today was the first time I met a member of staff who was a beautiful soul, helpful, confident and felt like manager material so thank you Emily at Chesham branch for looking after me and making my day she is a real asset to the team.

We had such a lovely experience with Robbie, a kitchen designer. He came out to our home to take measurements and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and full of useful advice, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we felt comfortable with the whole process.

What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was. He was so easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and made us feel at ease straight away. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely seems to care about helping you get things right.

Robbie is a real credit to Wickes, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our new kitchen. Thank you, Robbie, for making the experience so positive and enjoyable. We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen designed!

Design consultant Paul Potter has been excellent in advising us on our new kitchen. He listened to our requirement's and did not push us into making any decisions at all.
Paul was very patient and re-quoted after some changes to our initial plan.
A lovely gentleman, an asset to Wickes.
