I absolutely love shopping at Wickes Cirencester. It’s always a pleasure to walk through the doors. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and always go above and beyond to help.

A special mention to Marie on the till, who always greets you with a cheerful “Good morning” or “Good afternoon” whenever you walk into the store. She’s always smiling and happy, whatever the day, and that genuinely makes my day.

All the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always seem to know exactly where everything is, and if they don’t, they’ll happily look into it for you and let you know whether it’s something that can be ordered or when it might be coming back into stock.

It’s the little things that make such a difference, and the team really do make shopping there a pleasure. Excellent customer service all round. Keep up the good work!

Went to Wickes to buy fencing, approached Mark who was really helpful. Mark found a trolley and helped me lift panels onto the trolley, Mark is a true gentleman and deserves recognition.

For us, we were looking for more advice on colours and design including wall and floor tiles. We were expected to choose these ourselves which probably suits most people but not what we really felt we needed

I was not sure what I wanted with my kitchen and bathroom design, especially the colour palette but considering it was late in the evening Ben was very helpful and patient. I would like to thank Ben for his time, I did not feel rushed and Ben did his best to fit with my budget. I am so looking forward to next year when the kitchen and bathroom are fitted, new home, new kitchen and bathroom, a new start on life

I recently purchased my new kitchen from Wickes and Chris Gent- Newbould was the man I dealt with. I’ve been putting off sorting my kitchen out for so long now believing it was too daunting. However, Chris came out, measured up and advised on everything. I found him extremely helpful, patient and courteous. Thank you so much Chris and Wickes, highly recommended.

Our designer, Carl Price, was outstanding from the start. We had very little idea what we wanted or what was out there so we needed lot's of help. Welcoming with a personable approach, Carl took our ideas and designed our dream kitchen which is not only practical but amazing for family time and entertaining as well. At no stage was there any pressure and we were told there was no limit on appointments or adjustments to the design. Carl took time to get to know us and built the design around us. He paired us with an outstanding installer to get the perfect finish. Our installer David, listened to concerns throughout and put us at ease. The support from Wickes was outstanding and we were approached a number of times to make sure everything was going as planned. Even down to the 2 young lads delivering the kitchen, pleasant and helpful.

If you are even considering a new kitchen I highly recommend Wickes. If you are lucky enough to be in the Lincolnshire area, Carl Price is a must.

I wanted to thank Kenny at Wickes,he was very profesdional,kind and allowed us time to pick our dream kitchen.He was very understanding of my situation.My husband is very immosupressed after going through a stem cell transplant.He made to experience comfortable for us.I also liked how Kenny explaned our options and showed us designs on the computer.Thankyou again Kenny will highly recommend you to family friends and colleagues in the NHS Cheers Mr and Mrs Berry

He made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

I really enjoy shopping in Wickes. Their products are good and competitively priced. Stock holding info pretty reliable too, especially if you looked on website before visiting store. I easily found what I was looking for.
Staff are always friendly and cheerful. Would be a good place to work in.
Was served by a lovely lady called Kayleigh who, as always, was a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge is good and she is always extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble to sort out, should the need arise. A credit to the Company too. Well done.

Choose Wickes products for our Kitchen as they appeared to be well built, the design and the colours we wanted at a reasonable price. Used one of their kitchen design planners called Bally Aulak and she was brilliant. She has the patience of a saint when we made changes to what we wanted and design, nothing was to much trouble including finding us another kitchen fitter. We now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Bally Aulak and Wickes

Ashley the design consultant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and suggested many options to satisfy our requirements. She explained every step of the process in a very clear and concise way. When we left the showroom we were completely satisfied that we had received the best service possible and if all other parties concerned are to the same high standard as Ashley no doubt will be more than satisfied with our new en-suite

I've just bought a kitchen from Wickes and am delighted with the result. I received much help and expert advice from Saf who gave me plenty of time to discuss all the details and who has quickly answered my queries during the whole process of its fitting. He also visited my house and gave excellent advice on, for instance, the location of the central heating boiler. The quality of both goods and Wickes personnel has been outstanding - what can be a complicated and daunting process proved to be pretty well trouble-free! Many thanks. Peter.

Craig! Craig helped me carry stuff i brought to my car as i was on my own and he could see i was struggling. He is always so helpful when i see him in the store always going above and beyond!

Had excellent advice from floor staff member Michael about the right tap bits to buy. Really helpful.

Richard was extremely knowledgable and helpful with our bathroom refurbishment. He helped us pick the best products for the size, even though some were cheaper than the standard products. He gave us all of the information required and made us feel confident that our renovations are in good hands. If you’re planning a refurb, ask for Richard.

Had the gutter downpipe I needed and Zac signed me up for TradePro to save 10% every visit. Great service, great shop. Glad to have in Harrogate. Will

Awful experience. Purchased kitchen in June and still trying to get all the damaged and wrongly delivered items sorted out. Do not buy a wickes kitchen.

*update - I am trying to give wickes more information but it isn't letting me. I have lots of pictures of damages etc to add also.
