The wait for the call was too long. I pressed ‘1’ as asked but the system didn’t acknowledge this and put me in a queue. The cancellation is difficult because, even although it’s easy to sign up online, online cancellation is disabled.

The whisky is too expensive - I originally thought I was paying £35 per bottle, but it turned out to be half bottles, and it’s not always Scottish single malt that comes. I’ve had French & Australian amongst others. The last French half bottle was not even a single malt - it was blended from 3 whiskies (tasted lovely but not what I thought I was paying premium amounts for). I object to paying £70 a bottle for a blended whisky, or foreign whiskies.

Reza was very helpful, informative and friendly when discussing upcoming whiskys and subscription alternatives (eg reduced frequency) to cancellation, allowing me to make an informed decision. Have been subscribed for over a year and have never had any issues with any part of the process; quality of products is always excellent, delivered with care, kept informed on every step of the way, and overall a very reliable service. Thanks!

Great customer service, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and efficient and very helpful.

No way to cancel subscription without calling a 9-5 number. Makes you jump through hoops on the website only to be given a number to call.
That's not helpful, that's obstructive.

Make cancellation easier

The company took time to understand why I was cancelling my order and helped me with finding out if there was any other merchandise I might have been interested in purchasing. Overall the cancelling process was very easy and was don’t with no problems.

I wanted to cancel my membership because I can't afford it, and they offered me a month at half price.

I spoke to a very helpful person. They cancelled my account and went up and beyond their job! They were very helpful!

Called this morning to cancel my subscription to whisky52 for personal reasons and nothing to do the club. The guy on the phone was very understanding of my situation and reasoning. I cannot fault the handling of the cancellation process.

Great offering and products, and very friendly and easily managed customer interactions (thanks, Fraser!).

I had a whisky subscription and I was surprised at how good the whisky was. Delivery was no problem and the customer service is always super friendly and helpful. Glenn, who I dealt with today, was great! Thanks Glenn for all your help today

I purchased some boxer shorts from Bio Fit. On completion I was offered a free bottle of whiskey, just pay postage. Excellent I thought so I paid postage. Received whiskey no problems. A month later I get an email stating my next bottle is being delivered at full cost as part of a subscription package they had very sneakily signed me up to. I immediately tried to cancel this subscription and wasn’t able to online and had to phone them. I’m now in contact with trading standards. This company are sneaky, underhanded and deserve to go out of business rapidly. Avoid at all costs.

Reza was good to chat to despite wanting to leave my subscription. He helped me understand the flexibility of the contract which I hope will suit my circumstances better. Cheers.
