I sincerely wish I had read the most recent reviews before trusting WES with my documents, money, and educational future.

I submitted all the required documentation, paid the fees, and followed the entire process as instructed. The estimated processing times have already passed, yet my portal has not been updated, and my documents have not even moved to the evaluation stage.

I have contacted customer service agents multiple times, and the response is always the same: *“We are processing your information.”* No explanation, no actual progress, no estimated resolution, and absolutely no accountability.

I have sent several emails requesting clear answers, alternative solutions, escalation to a supervisor, or at least instructions on how to recover my documents. Instead, I receive generic, scripted responses, and eventually they simply stop replying. There seems to be no effective way to file a formal complaint or speak with someone who can actually resolve the situation.

What makes this especially frustrating is that WES deals with international applicants. Even when original documents are not required, obtaining official academic records from our home countries involves complicated procedures, significant expenses, and considerable time. Having those documents physically mailed internationally is not a simple or inexpensive process.

I have now seen reviews from people reporting delays of up to TWO YEARS. How is this acceptable? WES may have an overall rating of around 4 out of 5 stars, but many of the recent reviews are filled with one-star ratings and complaints describing experiences remarkably similar to mine. I deeply regret not reading those reviews before paying for this service.

I feel scammed, ignored, and completely powerless. My academic plans are now at serious risk because the application period for my intended program is approaching, and WES has failed to provide either the service within the expected timeframe or a meaningful explanation for the delay.

This is not simply an inconvenience. People are losing time, money, educational opportunities, and potentially entire academic years because of these delays.

WES needs to understand that behind every application is a real person with deadlines, financial sacrifices, and plans for the future.

*My advice to anyone considering WES: READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING OR SENDING YOUR DOCUMENTS. Do not rely solely on the overall star rating.

I am extremely disappointed, and based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MINE. My university sent WES my files via email in September 2026 and I uploaded my documents early in the same month. My status didn't change. Still at 'pending documents'. I will update my review once it has become successful.

Excellent service! The application process was very smooth, clear, and easy to complete. I had a great experience overall and highly recommend them.

I paid World Education Services for an electronic duplicate certificate over 10 days ago, expecting a fast, digital transmission. Instead, the recipient has received absolutely nothing, and my critical deadlines are now severely jeopardized.
What makes this experience truly awful is that WES customer support is completely nonexistent. I have tried reaching out multiple times to fix this error, but their support is entirely unresponsive. It feels like they gladly take your money and then completely abandon you.
If you have strict deadlines, beware. Their system fails, and there is no one available to help you when it does. I need a supervisor to look into my case immediately and ensure my paid electronic order is actually sent.

Nice experience

I just don't know where to start. Before I write any further, let me tell you - if you wondering whether to use WES or not - don't do it!! I uploaded all my documents exactly 1 month ago. They were supposed to be reviewed in about 2 weeks. I tried contacting them and kept getting canned responses to please wait. Today I finally received a response - they have requested some documents which they say are missing. Well, the additional documents they are requesting were already submitted a month ago. I just tried to call them. There is a message saying that the wait time is between 25 and 30 minutes. I feel frustrated and unable to do anything. Of course, they did take my money at the first step.

Fast and reliable...perhaps you could put a visible update on the account. I did payment and school sent documents which were accepted but my account kept showing documents pending and I was freaking out not knowing what to do. But good news...it got my equivalence and report.
