Unacceptable negligence! Misspelled my legal name on a critical USCIS document.
I am incredibly frustrated with WES (Reference #: A261YMD3CQ). I paid for a professional credential evaluation for a highly time-sensitive U.S. immigration petition. After already enduring significant processing delays, they finally completed the evaluation but made a careless typographical error on my legal name, duplicating my first name as "CHOU, Huang-Cheng Cheng".
All my official university documents clearly show my correct name. This level of negligence on an official document meant for the US government is completely unacceptable and puts my visa timeline at severe risk. I urgently need someone from the escalation team to correct this error immediately at no extra charge.

The top most worst service that i had seen in my life time is customer support team of WES , the WES is the worst and i request not anyone apply for WES for their credential evaluations ... My first evaluation for college credits to enroll at US university was spotless. About a month ago, I just needed to validate my High School Diploma for work purposes and is been a nightmare. I contact the customer center and they keep repeating the same robotic answers that we, already stressed out about it, love to hear. So far a dreadful experience as the system says I have not sent the documents. I have asked my school to send my records any possible way and still past 14 days, no update. If you need something urgent, dont use them as it seems they became a big corporation and customer care needs real improvements
Poor database design
Poor database design, when I tried to access my account after a while, it forced me to use the link to create a new account and when I entered my old email, it surprisingly created a new account ignoring all my old history, and Now I should pay again for a CxC despite having one already, I might be able to fix this by contacting the support, but It's so irritating spending a lot of time doing something trivial.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with WES. It has been over two months with zero meaningful response despite repeated attempts to contact them. The complete lack of communication and accountability is shocking. This kind of delay is not just frustrating—it is damaging my career and causing unnecessary stress. Warning to WES Applicants: 6 Months and still waiting lol. If you are considering WES for your credential evaluation, proceed with extreme caution. what stated as a 2-4 weeks process has turned into a 6-month for me and still waiting. My case should have been simple and direct: I requested a file transfer from WES Canada to WES US for an ASCP evaluation. Instead this incompetence has led to the cancellation of my ASCP application because WES failed to send my documents in time. Despite raising multiple tickets and speaking with agents, I have received nothing but robotic automated email responses. it is unacceptable that candidates must suffer the professional and financial consequences of WES inefficiency when organizations like the ASCP specifically recommend them. Avoid if you have a deadline, and if you do not have a deadline still avoid WES

I received an email that my ECA report is prepared it has been approved everything is good.
on my WES account I see a huge green tick on my application card.
When I tried to download my ECA report it said oops something went wrong.
After which I called customer service they said nothing has been approved yet mail was sent by mistake and the green tick on my WES account should be ignored.
they asked me to wait for 1 week.
after 1 week when I raised a ticket. I received another email that my ECA report has been generated and sent to IRCC and my residential address as well and I will be able to see tracking number and download my unofficial copy from WES website in next 24 to 48 hours.
when I am checking my account today, It is still same .
I still get same oops something went wrong message and still there is no update on the tracking number.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service. Over 6 months of dealing with them I've sent my transcripts numerous times they say they haven't received them which is BS I've called and sent tickets via email which takes them weeks to reply. I have never been so frustrated. I WANT A REFUND.

I submitted my application over six weeks ago. All my documents were sent promptly through their Qualification Check services, which feels like an unnecessary step that exploits applicants. My university sent the remaining document on March 26th, but it still hasn't been linked to my account. I've called multiple times and submitted an online form, which they said was forwarded to the appropriate department. However, my application has remained untouched for six weeks, with no progress. Their customer service is extremely poor—completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I requested to speak with someone to file a complaint, but only received an email saying they are reviewing my application. Overall, their service is terrible. I do not recommend this company- unsure why they’re still in existence, they need a total rebranding or another company to take them out completely.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with WES.
I requested on February 2 that my evaluation be sent to the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). It has now been over three months, and despite multiple follow-ups through forms and phone calls, the organization still has not received my evaluation. This delay has put my application at serious risk and forced me to pay again to reorder the report, which is completely unacceptable.
The lack of response, accountability, and resolution is very frustrating. For such an important and time-sensitive service, this level of inefficiency is simply not acceptable. I sincerely hope someone from WES will finally address this issue and take responsibility.

I received the "evaluation complete" email 2 days ago. Since then I cannot access my report.
I get two errors:
1. "oups something went wrong!" when clicking download
2. "Error Page - Page not found! Please contact your administrator" when accessing my account
I tried Firefox and Chrome on PC, incognito mode, cleared cache. The issue persists.
Could you please check my account and re-generate my Applicant Copy PDF? I need it urgently for my immigration application.

Do not use WES
If you have a deadline, do not use WES.
They say it takes about 10 business days just to confirm they received documents, but mine took longer. After I followed their checklist (it said Graduation certificate and graduation certificate translated) and submitted everything, I waited 20 days only to be told I need additional documents that were never listed. And to mention - i needed ONLY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA EVALUATED, ONE PAPER. I Sent everything as it says on their website- their requirements.
If it was clear from the start, I would have sent everything at once. Instead, I am now dealing with delays, extra costs, and the risk of losing an entire academic year. Customer service offers no real help or urgency.
Please consider using other agencies, it is much easier!! People I know completed their evaluations with other services in less than a month. I made a HUGE MISTAKE with WES - do not risk going through the same experience!!

I had a very disappointing experience with World Education Services (WES).
I submitted my documents nearly a year ago, and they were marked as accepted on my profile. However, after all this time, I was suddenly informed that there is an issue with my documents. This makes absolutely no sense — if something was incomplete, it should have been identified and communicated at the time of submission, not almost a year later.
This situation shows a clear lack of organization and responsibility.
To make matters worse, I have made several attempts to contact their support team, but I am consistently redirected to automated recordings with no real assistance. There is no proper customer support available to resolve issues like this, which is extremely frustrating.
As a result of this negligence, I have lost both time and money — and they are now refusing to issue a refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend WES.
Delayed evaluation results and frustrating follow up.
So I made a submission a month ago and I haven't received my evaluation score. Efforts to reach them has been met with frustrating statement each day “We’ve escalated the matter to our internal team and they will reach out to you.” On asking when should I expect that feedback, I am told they can't give me that kind of information. Everything is frustrating about them.

I sent in my application for review weeks ago and paid the fees. I have still not received my review. There is no easy way to contact them. I have sent an email several times, the last one was ten days ago - no reply, no help, no way to figure out what the hold up is. I'm going to miss out on my fall application to university. SUCH a lot of money for the worst possible serice
