The overall experience was ok, however, a few things I would improve:
1. Detail the asks, specifically the fact that the course by course document is treated separately from the education certification. One would think that if they are both related to the same achievement, they would be treated as “one” document
2. Improve the clarity on when should the person see an update on their application, after the corresponding authority in their country of study send the authorization over. I had to check a few times with a WED agent only to be told that it takes up to 10 working days to update when a document was received to when the application is updated.
3. Improve wait time for the WES customer service agents. I was on hold for 45 min at times to talk to someone, only to tell me that they can not check if a document was received, even though I got the confirmation from the corresponding authority that the documents were sent
4. Overall, I would improve the layout of the application dashboard. It looks too crowded and some parts are not intuitive.

I need cxc no credential x course and know i will go to buy more money

Overall, a very good experience. Once all the required conditions were met, my credential evaluation was completed quickly and efficiently. My only drawbacks are that the prices are a bit high, and the features/details of the services could be explained more thoroughly to applicants. Nonetheless, it is a reliable service and I would recommend it.

My experience with WES was excellent
Wes excelled in completing my credentials way ahead of the expected date of completion. However I am still awaiting a response about an enquiry I made more than five days now. But overall I would recommend ERS to anyone who is would like have their credentials evaluated.

Speed, accuracy, and confidence.

The speed of delivery was great. I was expecting a much longer delivery time, but it came in surprisingly early.

Short time for evaluation process.

Le point négatif serait la difficulté d’accéder au service client et aussi j’aimerais que vous donnez la possibilité aux gens de pouvoir modifier ou supprimer certaines informations. Et donnez toutes les informations avant l’envoie des documents. Souvent c’est après l’envoie que vous dites la méthode ou la manière qu’on aurait dû utiliser ou faire pour tel ou tel document ( relevé de notes)

It was a swift process and very easy to update.

It was smooth, well detailed and delivered as promised

Platform made easy and navigating your way around the site has been made very easy.

Initially didn't understand why my document bar wasn't moving with speed but after my school sent my transcrip, the document bar move with speed and within 3 days, my evaluation was done, one surprising thing was when i was sent an email that my document has been received and is being evaluated and i should expect it on the 27th October, but 5pm my time zone, an email to indicate evaluation completion. That's was super fast.
