We Buy Any Bike Anmeldelser

Got a valuation for £4,850 online which I accepted and submitted all my bike's details. Nothing had changed from the information the valuation was based on, but I then got a message to say the valuation had dropped to £4,241.
When I called to query this, I was told that they have implemented a new automated valuation system, and it is getting the valuations wrong and so they are manually overriding the original valuations with lower ones.
So please take whatever valuation you are given with a pinch of salt, as once you accept it the amount then falls significantly.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent and I would recommend these or use this in future… the person who collected the bike went above and beyond….cheers

I found Matt very pleasant
Efficient and everything went smoothly
Gave a good fair price
Thank you

Super easy, 10 minute online form, 5 min phone call, everything arranged took an hour tops in person, good reasonable price as well. No complaints.

Tyrone Jones was compassionate and understanding and an awesome individual.

Very easy process throughout. Brilliant and professional service. Highly recommended.

It was easy, from the quote to the collection of my bike

Great Communication, Very Easy Process
Friendly and Helpful Pick-up Driver, Immediate Payment

Gave a price
Honoured that price
Mechanic that collected the bike very professional

I have had several calls (comms were good) and a full honesty chat about the bike and its condition. I was totally honest and when the tech came to pick it up, he was very thorough indeed. The checks felt like an MOT. But as I said, it was a great bike and he agreed. I got what I was promised on the phone which was £250 more than the trade in offer at the dealership so I'm happy. Just awaiting the cash to hit my account which can take up to 4 days...

UPDATE - Money paid into my account at 17:30 on the 4th day as promised.

Selling my bike was very straightforward, Nick who came to collect my bike was very professional and was there when he said he would be. All in all a really good experience

Nick was brilliant. Process was very easy and I got the price I was quoted.

Collection waa on time and driver was very polite abd good.
Money transfered over straight away.
No problems.

Nice guy, straight forward & didnt try to lower the price.Site easy to us & had no issues with the payment.

It's a con. First they reel you in with a high price. Then the day before collection they tell you they have a problem on their system preventing same day payments. That old chestnut. So they think its OK to drive off with your bike, Keys and logbook and not pay for atleast 4 days. If I buy a bike from a shop, I have to pay in full before I can leave with it. I'm sure once they have got my bike that's when the revaluation drop in price takes place.
Total con from these muppets.
Trade in, trade safe. Don't use WBAB.
I cancelled the sale once they started these games.

It was quick no fuss and the driver that picked up the bike was extremely helpful
Harley Davidson

An absolute joy to see, no problems at all. The agent arrived on time, kept in contact with me throughout the process, checked the bike, documentation as required.
The value was agreed, done and dusted.

Very nice chatty guy knows his bikes good to deal with and a good price as quoted

Made initial enquiry and was given a price. Filled in more details and sent photos then price was knocked down by £500. Accepted it and an appointment was made over the phone.
Nick text me the night before to say what time he would be arriving. Turned up on time. Very lovely friendly fella. Did his checks and paid the price quoted no problems. Paid for immediate payment and all in the bank before he loaded bike.
I know others have had issues but my experience was spot on
Nick is a very professional guy too
