Purchased an ex-demo bicycle from WeBuyCycle through bike to work so got a double discount. I love the bike and cannot fault the WeBuyCycle service. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. They were also able to sort an issue I had with my wheel with Zipp. Great service - when I am looking for my next bike, I will come here first.

First class experience.
I had to reluctantly sell my Bianchi road bike and contacted the chaps for an initial valuation with a view to a potential sale. A detailed offer was emailed to me with 24 hours (Jono) with full rationale backing up the figure.
After accepting, I decided to drop the bike off myself as I had other business in the area. I agreed the date with Paul.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Paul and can absolute validate that the setup they have is super impressive, utterly professional - solid, honest people you would not hesitate to do business with.
For those interested in the sale process, payment was made direct to my chosen accountant on the spot after a short, but thorough inspection of the bike. After a brief tour of the stock (some fantastic machines) I departed knowing I will be returning one day to purchase my next bike.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with the guys. You will not be disappointed.

I wanted a one bike for gravel, road and light touring, but was also thinking maybe just a new road bike. Living only an hour away, and viewing a good choice of interesting bikes on the website, I decided to pay a visit.
I found many potential bikes, and met four very experienced mechanics along with Paul the owner. Pleased to say that I left with a Giant Revolt adv pro 2024 in excellent condition and saved a good £2k on new.

Thank you to Paul and Darren at Webuycycle. I bought a lovely bike, it turned up as stated. I had a slight issue with the front derailleur not working. I emailed the guys on a Sunday and straightaway they were back in touch, with possible solutions. It turned out to be a flat battery on the left leaver, they posted me new batteries and voila! - problem solved. 100% I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a high end bike.

I appreciate the very good communication pre-sale and willingness to tweak as per my requests. Finally, the upgrade to Vetta Passare Advntr is a dream, they roll really well and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Alps & Pyrenees.

Purchased a stunning new Colnago C68 from Webuycycle back in October 24. Transaction made easier by being able to part ex existing C64.

Communication from outset was always prompt & clear. PX price lower than you could expect if selling privately which was understandable.

Travelled up from London to collect in person from Jono at Webuycycle HQ in Derby. Well worth the visit as place was a treasure trove of all things cycling!

Amazing experience selling my Ribble, from start to finish. The team’s communication was great, extended my offer due to a holiday and gave great advice for shipping to ensure no damage occurred. Once the bike arrived at their warehouse I was paid same day, incredible! Highly recommend.

Brilliant experience buying and selling a bike through We Buy Cycles. Dealing with Jono was a pleasure he was friendly helpful and responded to emails and calls very quickly.
The bike I bought was just as described nearly in brand new condition. It was sent out well packaged and arrived a couple of days later. Sending my bike to them was easy using the packaging from their bike and the money was paid into my account straight away on their receipt of the bike. Thanks would definitely recommend and use We Buy Cycles again.

Just an advise to all of u thinking about dealing with this sharks …

They are taking off at least 30% off from market/retail price !!! I’m talking about brand new 0 miles bike !! U can say it is acceptable because end of the day no obligation to accept any kind of lowballing offer but …. If u see their pricing on the website it is comical comparing to big name retailers ( Sigma Sport , Tredz etc ) so if u do some homework and you are patient enough sell your bike yourself and don’t deal with this guys !! I have to admit they are slightly better than “cycle exchange” but still rip off fellow cyclist 👎
