This company has applied for administration on Friday 17 July 2026
They collected my bike on Monday, promised payment within 4 days, didn’t pay!!!!
Bike now advertised with Superbikes factory donnington which is a sister company
They knew what was happening when they agreed to purchase my bike as this was 4 days before applying for administration, therefore I’ve referred to police as its fraud and theft. I e lost £5k

Very professional, gave a fair trade market appraisal for my bike. The engineer that collected was on time and a very nice chap. My bike was immaculate so refreshing not to be knocked down on price. Had to wait 4 working days for the payment but was received on the day they gave me.

What a waste of time! I entered the required information about my motorcycle onto their web page and received an offer of £3100. Within their time window I completed a much more detailed questionnaire together with photographs in order to arrange an engineer's visit. All my answers were positive and the bike is in very good condition. Literally within seconds of submitting all this, I had a call from the company to say that "the computer sometimes makes pricing mistakes and, unfortunately, this has happened in your case; the new offer is £2695". He also said, in so many words, not to try any other similar sites as they are all owned by the same company. What a con and what a waste of time; has anyone else been caught like this?

Ok, WBAB.com made a reasonable offer for my motorcycle but sent an id##t first of all who was promptly sent away as a time waster.
On the second attempt they sent an impressive, charming fellow who was very thorough and knew his product.
Hence the 4 star rating. Would have been a 5 if you'd sent "Ty" in the first place guys.
The deal was done and you stuck to your no haggle policy.

Call made online, quote received and all questions answered. Nick came round to check bike over and confirmed all was as described and took away. Money transferred 4 days later. Second bike I have sold through these guys.

Was very easy, just give honest condition answers and your original valuation is confirmed by the engineer when they collect it.

Nice and easy to sort with a reasonable price offered, not pushy at all either. Most important thing is to be honest with the description on the condition of the bike. Everything was explained clearly, the check over and processing of all documents is taken care of by them. Many thanks to Nick and Dave for making the process straightforward 👍

Went through the whole process online. Never heard anything not even an email acknowledgement they had received it. I phoned to query this to be told that they don't take that model of bike. Would it no be a good idea to at least email to say that

This was my first time selling with Want your Motorbike, and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Everything was clearly explained to me, so I knew exactly what to expect at each step.

The driver called me an hour before arriving to collect the bike and was very polite and professional. He inspected the bike, made a few calls to the management team, and confirmed that the price was exactly the same as the original offer.

I was given the option to receive the payment either the same day or the following day for a fee, but I chose the free option of 4 working days. The money was transferred within that timeframe as promised.

Overall, a very straightforward and hassle-free experience. I would highly recommend their service.

This has to be one of the easiest ways to sell your motorbike. Simply enter your bike’s details into the website using their questionnaire, receive a quote, and if you’re happy to proceed, they’ll give you a call to confirm everything and arrange a date for inspection and collection.

Goldie was very friendly, organised, and carried out the inspection quickly and without any fuss. Once everything was agreed, the payment was sorted and the deal was done—simple as that.

It was as advertised, was I bit of haggling on the day but we got there.

I think the whole process from start to finish was very easy and professional.
The only drawback was an issue with service so my original quoted price was cut by £150 because they said it would need a service before being sold, (I thought servicing before selling was standard practice but heh ho such is life)
