Produced arrived and wad faulty on arrival (leaking)
Waterpik sent me a new reservoir for my waterpik ultra, still leaking. Agreed that I need a replacement. Item got delivered to them with their own label and then no communication. No emails. Unresponsive despite numerous attempts from me to contact. First time I've had to file a chargeback claim with credit card company. Ridiculous aftersales team, they need to sort this out.

The flossing performance is OK, but the battery life is absolutely useless, and has been from the start. I get only 2-3 flosses out of a single battery charge, rather than the 4 weeks promised on the Waterpik website, and then have to charge for at least 24 hours to get another 2-3 flosses. If I charge less than 24 hours, I get only one floss, or the Waterpik refuses to switch on at all. There is no way of telling when the battery has finished charging, as the charging light stays on for as long as the charger is connected and there is no charge indicator. The first indication that you need to charge is when the red light comes on and the Waterpik refuses to switch on (meaning you cannot floss that day). Terrible battery/charging design.

I ordered a item and needed to return due to the device being to big . I sent the item off evri tracked and signed for . They received it back ( as tracking showed) and didn't refund .
I then contacted them and they said they couldn't refund yet because there's a "cash back charge " ..... Firstly I paid by klarana and they don't do cash back offers .

I rang and emailed multiple times, same rubbish .. there's a cash back charge again ?
After sending a demanding email . I am then told that I've raised a cash back charge with my bank for £74 .
I paid by klarana , not my bank , the item was £66 not £74 so they were making up lies to keep the item and my money !!
Definitely a fraudulent company ! Poor customer service & lies that don't make sense .

Luckily klarana handled this.
Lesson learnt to me - just because you can pay by klarana/clear pay/ or whatever , doesn't mean it's a legit company 😬

Poor quality. The first flosser stopped working so claimed on the warranty. The new one worked for a bit but leaked a lot and stopped charging. Gave up and purchased a Panasonic one which is much better. Do not buy Waterpik they are poor quality!

I placed an order over the weekend but accidentally used the wrong card.
Realising my mistake, I immediately emailed customer services to cancel the order, intending to re-order using the correct card.
Unfortunately, because it was the weekend, their customer service office was closed, while their sutomated warehouse continued processing orders. As a result, the product was dispatched before anyone had even seen my email.
So, despite doing everything I could to cancel the order before dispatch, they are now refusing to waive the return shipping fee, stating that “it was my decision”.
I find it completely unfair to penalise customers for the lack of weekend customer service support while continuing to process orders automatically.
They have refused to compromise and, over a relatively small return fee, have ultimately lost a customer.

I purchased my Water Pik W-P 861UK directly from Water Pik.
Very Happy with the product BUT very disappointed that after only 4 year the Tooth Brush Heads are not available from Waterpik UK. I understand that products do need to be discontinued but I would expect that consumables would be available with in 4 years of purchase
On the plus side the customer service seems very good. They at least respond to the reviews left on Trust Pilot
I left this review but some how I was on the Waterpik Scandinavia review site - they did respond and advised they had the tooth brush heads available. They did at least respond supporting what I wrote about customer service - now I am on the UK site I can see the difference UK site NO response to reviews

My Waterpik stopped working after 8 months so I contacted the company who quickly replaced it, no quibble, no problems at all. I'd say an excellent customer service.

I would give negative review if possible. I bought a device from Christmas,worked fine foe a few months and it stopped charging. Sent the product back for checking, and they said thar never arrived. Now im out of pocket and no device. Shameful

Update: My Waterpik is working fine. 5**** EVERYONE SHOULD WATERFLOSS! Best thing ever

Bought a Cordless Advanced directly from Waterpik. It was dead right out of the box. Brand new product, totally non-functional, never worked.

Messaged customer support and explained that the product didn't work. Waterpik completely ignored the content of my message and said "what you experienced is normal".

Messaged customer support again, explained again that the product was broken. Waterpik replied that "the reason the battery icon is not flashing is because the device is already at 100% battery".

Messaged customer support AGAIN, explained for a THIRD TIME that THE PRODUCT WAS BROKEN, and asked for a refund. It was only at this point that Waterpik asked me to return the broken product to them, at my own expense.

Not only did the device arrive dead, but it took customer support three tries to comprehend that. Total failure.

I bought a mobile waterpik for travel but was very disappointed in the product. It does not clean the teeth and gums as well as the Waterpik 490K which I use at home. The travel model WF16UK does not clean efficiently and it is difficult to control the speed and angle of the waterjet.
I would not recommend the travel model, although I am very pleased with the WP-490K

Product itself is fine — but be aware it comes with a two-pin shaver plug, not a standard UK three-pin plug. This was not disclosed anywhere on the product listing when I purchased.

My property has no shaver socket, so the product was unusable as supplied without buying an additional adaptor — something Waterpik's own customer service confirmed in writing.

I raised a formal complaint citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requested a modest 20% partial refund to reflect the non-disclosure. After six email exchanges, Waterpik refused, incorrectly told me I would need to fund my own return (unlawful under s.20(8) CRA 2015), and falsely claimed that UK regulations require a shaver plug on countertop appliances — no such regulation exists.

Their final response was: "we cannot refund part of this product."

I have since raised a formal chargeback with my card provider, which is now under investigation.

If you have a shaver socket in your bathroom, the product works well. If you don't — or if you expect a standard UK plug on a countertop appliance — be warned before you buy.

Bought a Waterpik for over £70, it was rubbish. Leaked everywhere, heavy, water ran out of reservoir after 20 seconds, so can't even use for a full clean. An absolute waste of money. I bought this as my dentist recommended it. It was crap.

If i could give no stars, I would. First one failed after 3 months (not able to charge) and the replacement didn't even work properly from the start.Lousy product and I am now trying to get a refund from Amazon who should de-stock this item

The biggest issue is the battery – it barely holds a charge anymore and takes ages to recharge fully. Even after leaving it on charge for days, it doesn’t last long enough for regular use, which defeats the point of a cordless device.

On top of that, the reservoir has started leaking, making it messy and inconvenient. From what I’ve found, leaks like this can happen due to worn seals or poor fit, which seems like a design weakness rather than normal wear and tear.

Overall, it feels unreliable and not built to last. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability.

I bought a waterpik pulse water flosser. The tips wouldn't eject properly because they kept getting stuck. I got in touch with waterpik who offered a technical solution. I tried this and the flosser got even worse!! - less water was coming out of the flosser. The person that dealt with me was called Tyler. He was dismissive and didn't believe the flosser was faulty. Avoid buying.

Waterpik uk and the PHL group , what a waste of time , poor product , poor customer service , stay well away from.

Waterpik Cordless Pulse

Really poor design. Too bulky to use easily. And the water reservoir is insufficient to do a clean.

I purchased a new Waterpik Advanced flosser direct from the company to replace an old cordless plus. It broke down after less than THREE WEEKS use! A complete waste of money! And the advanced one is not cheap! Just purchase a different brand - the Phillips is a better option! OK, having complained to customer care they agreed to send a new flosser which arrived today. I have increased my rating from * to ***. It took them about a week to sort out which is very reasonable. If the "new" advanced flosser works properly I shall submit a new review in a few months time. All I can say is the Philips flosser we also have in this household is working very efficiently! hopefully the Waterpik will match or be better.

They doesn't have shaver plug or charger to charge it in bathroom. Too inconvenient to charge every time we have to to take it in room for charges.
And battery drains to fast compare to our oral b
