My car broke down. Lauren the engineer was extremely helpful and professional and answered all the questions I had. Great customer service.

this company is a joke will not pay out on any claim and the reason i got is because im a director of a car servicing company after being told by an adviser (sam) that us servicing it isnt a problem and has been excepted then when they asked for evidence of the issue was having(van is at a workshop i have nothing to do with) they provided evidence they then through said they wont except the fact that we serviced it we are VAT Registered, insured, qualified basiclley everything they wanted DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very professional and helpful people, especially Dane! They will pay 100% if the repair cost.. I will barely pay anything!

Purchased the car 6 months ago with extended warranty. I need a new turbo I have had the vehicle investigated as advised send over the cost of repair and now no one is replying to me as to were the repair will take place and have to keep calling and keep getting told you have to wait 48 to 72 hours for a reply. shambles warranty. they don't reply to emails

I purchased a Skoda Yeti from Car Planet and was sold a warranty that was to cover any mechanical failure on the vehicle for a period of 3 years. I was given the cover without any inspection of the said vehicle. 5 months later an injector failed - after a long delay , the injector was replaced but Warranty Assist refused payment due to an incomplete service book. They provided an "expert" who testified that the injector failed due to wear and tear that was not present at the time of purchase 5 months previous. This is a 2012 model and the cover was given without any perusal of service or condition. The Booklet describing what the warranty covers definitely stipulates that injectors are covered but not even an inspection as to whether it was an electrical or mechanical failure took place. I asked to cancel the policy but was refused-small print gives a 14 day cancellation- one would hope that the vehicle would not require any repairs within that time.
I would also hold Car Planet liable as they should be aware of service data and the requirements of Warranty Assist
I have reported the above to the motor ombutsman as well and I hope this company is prevented from duping any further people.

I have honestly had the most stressful 2 weeks because of warranty assist regarding my gearbox which they took 2 weeks to tell me they are not covering it and they only told me because I had to call them again myself when they had the answer from Friday. This honestly so bad.
Some peoples reviews that I have read on here with less mileage on my car will say the same. My car is at about 95,000. What I do no understand is why offer warranty. They sent the car to there approved workshop and when I said to them that the mechanic even said it’s a gearbox so what is the point of you sending your own private inspector they told me they have to as it’s in there terms and conditions and they have every right to do this. They told me can take up to a week. When I said to them what’s the point of this then even the mechanic that owns the garage has told me and yourself it’s a gearbox issue. In which they told me that they have there own interest but what about your interest warranty assist.

The colleague told me they had an answer for me couple days ago but no one called me even today when I called them that’s when they told me the answer of them decline. otherwise honestly have no clue when they would of told me. They told me because of the inspectors past ‘experiences’ he said it’s ’wear And tear’ and I said to them that he didn’t even take a look that gearbox fully so how would he know and they said to me if you want the car stripped down you have to pay for it so then a inspector can go and then check it. bear in mind I’ve had the car 7 months. Again as many other people have said why offer warranty if your terms and conditions are sooo strict then you have them meeting your criteria at the start of the purchase. Honestly warranty is spouse to make your life easier not harder. This was honestly Sucha a bad experience I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I found it very sad when this happened it’s made it so much harder for me it’s not like it’s an easy and cheap fix.

Do not waste your money to take the warranty. Nothing will be covered by the warranty. With gold warranty they are not able to cover the completely damage cluch and after I sent over the diagnosis, they asked me for the quote of the repairs. After the garage did the quote which took a week, the warranty called me to inform me doesn’t cover any parts of the clutch what is broken .
Waste of time and money! I can’t give you 0 stars

The car was bought in September 2023.
I took warranty in case anything is happening. The most expensive one what you got it.
If you can’t cover the problems what the car got it, then refund me the money back

My wife's ring was stolen out of my car while being repaired, 4 months of messing about and going round and round, they tell me claim on my car insurnace, what an absolute joke

My experience with warranty Assist was OK, but would say Dan is an asset to the company he dealt with my repairs and nothing was too much for him...he kept in contact with me throughout and I was very happy with the final result

Dan Garcia dealt with my claim and couldn’t have made it any easier, money was paid out once the final invoice was received as I chose to use my own garage. Great service and top man would highly recommend!

I spoke with sam today who was very helpful? Explaining the process perfectly and in a way i could understand, answered my questions when quering and also got back to me in a timely fashion regarding my claim. Couldnt have asked for better service

This company make me very happy throughout my claim, staff was very professional, polite, and deal with very perfectly in my claim. Especially Mr Sam was vey nice and helped me a lot in my claim. I will definitely recommend peoples to use Warranty assist company. Its really helpfull.
