Not worth the money absolutely pointless.

Absolutely faultless service from Ryan, great communication, clear information and a genuinely nice person to have look after me.

After initially feeling disappointed with the outcome of my claim, Warranty Assist has since reviewed the matter and the issue has now been resolved.

There was a misunderstanding around the claim, but the issue was resolved after I spoke with the team. I understand that Dan Garcia, the account manager, was involved in resolving this, and I appreciate his help with this.

The complaint was handled professionally and a positive resolution was reached. Based on the support I have now received, I would be happy to recommend Warranty Assist to friends and family.

Thanks to Adam and Dane for sorting my claim quickly. New alternator is in and running, and got my car back! Polite and friendly staff, communication is good throughout the process, cheers guys.

I am happy to admit when I am wrong and my review below was based on the believe that no communication was forth coming from Warranty Assist when in fact they were working with the supplying car dealer unbeknown to me. Following my review an employee of Warranty Assist Dan Garcia contacted me on a number of occasions and was relentless in his quest to have me fully understand that our frustrations were not all of Warranty Assists doing and whilst there were some breakdowns in communications, on the whole responses by and large were forthcoming, so I accept that my initial review was to an extent incorrect.

After writing the review below Warranty Assist quickly reached out for further details so that they apparently could respond to our claims that we have been totally ignored I immediately sent them further information including the policy number and guess what ? we’ve been completely ignored and today the useless policy expires !! Maybe they’re Accepting our review

Warranty Assist is not worth the paper it is written on We bought a used car that developed faults within the first 2 months and whilst they were quick to initially respond instructing us to first have a diagnostic check and report back, we paid for the diagnostic check as every garage we spoke to, wouldn’t entertain dealing with Warranty Assist who then ignored us completely, our emails remained unanswered as they still do nearly 6 months on. Today we have received a reminder that their cover is about to expire which they say will leave us exposed !! This is no more than a dangling carrot offered by motor traders trying to sweeten a deal, it is completely worthless and useless

Had to make a claim and the process was very simple, the company kept me informed every step of the way, very pleased would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding whilst making a claim. The guy I was dealing with initially was called Adam, who did not fill me with confidence and certainly did not have a “ can do” attitude. After reading the reviews the same name kept coming up again and again and this was, Dane. I decided to give him a call and sure enough with a matter of days my “ misunderstanding” was dealt with swiftly and into a good conclusion. Well done Dane you are everything the reviews say. Having recently purchased a vehicle which unfortunately required a new part within a matter of weeks I was worried that the warranty may not cover it but following a few conversations with Ryan and Dane who were both very helpful and courteous I am delighted to say that my claim was settled efficiently and fairly - I would highly recommend Warranty Assist !!

Waste of time and money .. i got my car from car planet and i was tricked in to 5 years. Gold warranty ! They have done noting for me at all.. not even one car service !!

Don't bother wasting your money, the contract may as well be written on toilet paper, so many get out clauses even though they will tell you the coverage is full when they miss sell it to you.

Never Ever Ever go for this warrenty. Useless taking ages to response. Coming back with rejection claim. Save money for you and deal problem your own paid £1800 for warrenty nothing in return.
