I dont nornally dont write reviews but I felt I needed to. I have been dealing with Mike Hall at warranty assist now for over three years the service he and the company provide is 5 star and above. Ive never had an issue claims are always paid out quickly he always calls my customers and responds to me immediately! Thanks Mike for all your help so far making my business run smoothly you should get a pay rise!

This warranty is a sham; sold through the dealer the car was bought from. Had an engine warning light come on telling driver to pull over and take to garage, over the course of 3 weeks. We did this, let warranty assist know this was happening. Had a stretched cam belt and was advised to not drive the car in case it breaks. Warranty assist won’t pay out as they actually need the part to break whilst you are driving. They actually expected us to get back in the car and wait until it broke before taking it back. Any garage will tell you how dangerous that is! And then if we had done that and the car broke, they would no doubt have used the excuse that we knew it was damaged so why keep on driving. Total scam and waste of money. You will see the only good reviews on here are from dealers who have probably been told to leave a good review to push up their star ratings.

It was a great experience with Warranty assist. The engineer was really helpful and sent the revised quote and did his best. The Claim process was so simple and got it processed quickly.

The company called Warranty Assist they are liars and scammers. I had some problems with the car, which were covered by the warranty. Even with the policy in my hand , they lie and tell me that they are not guaranteed. It is written in the policy that the clutch,NSF drive shaft and rack&pinion are warranted but they said that the warranty does not cover those parts which is a big lie. My advice , do not choose this warranty called Warranty Assist,because it will keep your car in the service for months and you will pay pocket money for the inspection and at the end the answer of the warranty will be that ,it does not cover and you will lose time and money plus headaches.

Callum was a real help in what was a difficult situation. Very pleased with how he handled it and highly recommended!

We work with Warranty assist 4 years ago since we set up our Motor Trade company and we are really pleased.

They never let us down or our customers, special mention for Dan Garcia who joined Warranty assist I beleive and I was one of his first client and all I can say is that Dan bent over backwards to help us handle claims and answer all our calls.
He has the best carisma and can do attitude.

Highly recommend this company for consumer or Trade customers.

Absolutely unfit for purpose. Warranty sold with the car by a private dealer. Car has a significant oil leak into the gasket but apparently this is not covered despite the car now being undriveable. Apparently only covered if the leak requires the engine to be lifted out!

I suspect this is a warranty for dealers not for users. Just be very cautious.

Rip off Britain at its best.

I'd love to leave a positive review but sadly am unable to do so. My Audi A3 had a power steering failure whilst driving. Audi diagnosed that the entire steering rack and assosiated systems needs to be replaced. Caused by a loose or worn protective cover to the wiring in the power steering electronics meaning water ingression from driving on wet roads. Seems my Gold Cover covers some steering components but not the whole system that according to Audi needs replacing. So I'm left with a £3200 repair bill.
