Don’t ever ever use this company
Paid a deposit on a apartment before lockdown and were unable to travel due to government ban on travel because of Covid-19. This company would not refund the deposit even given the world not being able to travel. I should have realised this company was a dodgy outfit as we’d used them the year before and they tried to short change us on the security deposit the morning we were leaving.Keep well away from this company they give the Portuguese travel industry a bad reputation so be warned

Booked an apartment and realised days before moving in that I could not stay there because I may lose NHR tax status. Sought an adjustment in duration or refund?

I know there are experiencing hard time but no excuse for awful customer service. They should not be in business

If you ever consider to deal with Warmrental.com, just don’t. The worst rental experience in our life. The company decided to earn some money in times of pandemic and withholds part of our deposit inventing the reasons why.

First they said we broke the air conditioner, which was already broken before our check in. After a discussion they admitted that is was already broken before our stay. Now they withhold 115€ for some little scratches they found on the wall after 4 days after our check out! Having no proof that it was made during our stay, they just decided to stop answering our letters.

Moreover the apartment was in an absolute bad condition. Every day since the beginning we suffered from the awful smell in the apartment. Also the apartment was filled with dosens of flies in every room, after few complaints about that we were provided this a spray that didn't help. Everything was really old - the toilet sit was broken, there was mold in the sink and bath. Most frying pans were impossible to use. We were provided with dirty towels, so we had to ask for new ones. Also the cupboards were dirty and we had to clean them to, otherwise it was impossible to put cloth there. The floors are awfully old, it was impossible to step without making any noise. And unfortunately I can go on and on.

Very good experience. All communication was made in a clear and fast way. I felt support throughout the booking process of the apartment and during the stay.
Only good things to say about their customer support staff.

Han demostrado una vez instalados (ya habian cobrádo TODO más fianza de 300€) ser poco profesionales porque el trato recibido ha sido pésimo respecto al chekin y checkout del apartamento borage en Lisboa, el apartamento estaba con muchos desperfectos, que no se que empleados de revisión tienen para entregar asi un apartamento (persianas rotas, ventanas que no cierran..etc) , y luego al checkout querernos atribuir a nosotros los desperfectos y cobrar una fianza de 85€ INACEPTABLE , ESTAFA e.impotencia por no poder hacer nada a pesar de tener WhatsApp y correos electrónico de pruebas. No nos comunican ni detallan en calidad de que desperfectos nos hacen pagar 85€ aun habiéndolo solicitado por email en repetidas ocasiones, no sabemos que inspección minuciosa han realizado para entregar un apartamento en ese estado y tampoco se tras la inspección que daños quieren que paguemos

En vista de esta nefasta experiencia no volveré a reservar mas con esta empresa de intermediaria

We booked and paid for 20% of a villa for four in August in the Algarve. When we arrived at the property the villa had been double booked by the owner and already had people staying there. We were left without accommodation in high season in an extremely popular area after driving for 600km. Warmrental didn't want to assume its responsibilities. They eventually did a refund but against their wish.
