I had a really negative experience. Firstly, there was no consistency in communication from the customer support team, as I had to speak to a different representative every time I contacted them. You will not have direct communication with the company itself.

Secondly, the apartment that I rented had multiple issues, including a broken AC that took 11 days to fix, a broken toilet upon move-in, and mold all over the walls that was not shown in the listing pictures. There were even cockroaches present in the apartment during the day, which was very concerning.

Lastly, getting my deposit back was a huge hassle. They tried to charge me 120 euros for a single bed sheet, which was already damaged when I moved in. It felt like they were looking for ways to keep my deposit rather than being reasonable and fair. Eventually I got some of my deposit back after almost a month of haggling with them.

Overall, I would not recommend renting from Warmrental. The lack of communication, poor maintenance of their properties, and unreasonable deposit policies make them a company to avoid.

WARMRENTAL ne s’est pas préoccupé de notre arrivée ! Nous avons dû rechercher un hôtel à 22h du soir, pour 8 personnes, dans une ville qu’on ne connait pas. Le lendemain, les clés ont réapparu par magie et WARMRENTAL n’a pas daigné nous rembourser cette nuit passée à l’hôtel. Le voisin de cet appartement, nous a dit que ce n’était pas la première fois que la clé n’était pas dans le boitier et qu’ils laissaient les voyageurs se débrouiller.

Our experience with Warmrental was positive. I was a bit hesitant to book due to reading a few reviews on here but we had absolutely no issue whatsoever. Communication with the company was quick and clear. 5 stars

Ja chegamos como apartamento sem funcionar os estores, tv e internet. Demoraram uns 3 dias para arrumar. Depois estava faltando xícaras, liquidificadora e outras coisas de cozinha, providenciaram após uma semana. Depois várias arrumações de portas , tampo de sanitas e etc que estavam com problemas.
Agora o PIOR aconteceu!!! Mandaram um técnico ver o relógio da luz e depois que ele mexeu estamos SEM eletricidade! Já pagamos a locação até o final e caução e estamos no frio e escuro, sem poder cozinhar, ver tv, ter internet, lavar roupa etc…
Estão de brincadeira né, pagamos o que pagamos e nos fazem isso!!!

Unfortunately all they are in for is the money. Super high monthly rental, no warning that they charge you a full month of rent, even though you are checking in for the last few days of a month. Deposit amount is also huge. When you leave the place, the Deposit is not returned and they try to find a way not to return it

Scammers. First off, their apartments are extremely overpriced. Deposit was 1.5 months worth of rent.

When I had problems with the drainage, they said they couldn’t do anything about it b/c I was there for 12 days… paid €200 in repairs.

Then when I moved out, they didn’t want to return my deposit because of “cleaning issues and stained sheets”.

1.5 months worth of rent!

After insisting and explaining how important it was for me to have that money back, they finally returned it (partially - removing €160)

We rented a short-stay apartment managed by warmrental.com
The apartment had a laundry list of problems; chief among them - a leak the day we check-in, followed by a bigger leak a few days later that then flooded the downstairs bedroom when we used the upstairs shower. Inspite of numerous communications, the warmrental.com team was consistent in their apathy and complete disregard of the situation. The lack of professionalism, or urgency in any type of resolution was outstanding. Our vacation was ruined and I cannot warn other travelers enough not to use this company. This is one of those companies that genuinely has no concern for their clients - if I could give them zero stars, that would still be too kind.

I don't usually write reviews but I think it's important to share positive experiences instead of just the bad ones. Booking my holiday through Warmrental was a great decision. Support was great and the accommodation was exactly as described. My family and I had an amazing time, with no issues with payment or security deposit, which was a relief. Overall, I would recommend and book again. Thanks.

Just got robbed by these scammers. They gonna treat you in an unacceptable way, while trying to cheat you at the same time. And they are very professional in that. If you sign up with them hardly can you avoid losing your funds. I lost mine, please don’t lose yours. Gonna report them to the police.

I am rating Warmrental with 1 star because there is no option for less. This is the absolute worst rental experience ever. The luxury apartment we are renting in Lisbon with Warmrental was not properly clean upon our arrival, we had to clean it ourselves; had a bug infestation that we had to take care of ourselves as they did nothing about it and the apartment is very poorly kept.
They keep making excuses for the lack of maintenance and repair (for over a month) and denying some of our claims (although we have provided them with some photographic proof of said claims). At the same time, they kept pressuring us to keep paying the rents, threatening to kick us out of the apartment and ignoring our countless requests for repair. Among others:

- The blinds in the living room are not functioning, meaning that the living room is kept in the dark;
- We had a bug infestation for weeks;
- Several devices were rusty and un-usable;
- The apartment was not properly clean upon our arrival (we even found some dirty laundry inside one of the drawers);
- There is no television signal;
- The internet signal is very weak and is constantly failing;
- As for the sheets in the main bedroom: the top one is ripped and the bottom one is too small for the mattress;
- The hydro massage tub is not working;
- The outside space is very poorly kept, with damaged furniture;
- The clothing iron is rusty/damaged and damages your clothes when used;

And unfortunately the list could go on. They have replaced some minor items but keep stalling doing the repair works still needed. All we hear from them is "we are sorry you feel that way" as if it is our own fault that they don't maintain the apartment and "we are trying to fix it", although as mentioned this has been going on for weeks.

After reading other reviews and realizing that they do this systematically, we feel even more ripped off and have no hope that they will proceed with the repairs during our stay. We only hope that at least our check-out process goes well and we don't get ripped-off in our deposit fee, as some other users claim they were...

In short: costumer service is poor and you don't always get what you pay for and they don't seem to care. We will not rent with them again and do not recommend their services to anyone.

Absolute scum of a company, they stole from us, ripped us off and all the while just denied everything. They charged us for ridiculous things, kept the deposit, refused to fix plumbing issues with the whole apartment.

Lisbon is a lovely city, don't let your landlord/rental company be Warmrental because they will ruin your stay guaranteed.

I've reached warmrental due a reservation for a short business trip in Lisbon after a problem in our initial reservation with other website. Everything went as smooth as we wished. The apartment was in a great location. I can honestly say that the communication went quite well and no issues with security deposit refund (I've read some comments in other reviews related to this). Thank you guys!

This was the worst rental experience ever. We had a 3 month rental. They did absolutely nothing to maintain the apartment while we were there and kept most of our security deposit for an item that was broken (and that we had complained about) when we arrived. Go with Airbnb or any other rental company you can find.

Unos ladrones sin vergüenza.

Mucho cuidado, también se hacen llamar PT Keys y Warmrental. Ya escribí una reseña cuando se llamaban sólo Warmrental, se ve que cuando reciben muchas reseñas negativas se cambian de nombre para que la gente no lo pueda ver.

Estuvimos viviendo 4 meses en una casa donde no se podía vivir:
No se podía ni cocinar, ni mucho menos encender calefactores porque la luz se iba con lo mínimo. El baño olía a putrefacción apestando toda la casa. No funcionaba el telefonillo.Las ventanas no cerraban bien... Entre muchas otras.

Su solución era engañarnos diciendo que lo iban a solucionar con tal de que seguisemos pagando. Todo ello con una comunicación nefasta con la agencia, a través de email sin la posibilidad de llamar a ningún número de teléfono.

No contentos con esto nos cortaron la luz durante 4 días sin dar ningún tipo de explicación ni solución al respecto, desentendiendose del tema.

Después de un sinfín de emails con la agencia conseguimos salir de esa casa antes de lo previsto. Pero nos quitaron 400€ de la fianza inventándose imperfectos y cobrando casi la mitad de ésta en "servicios de limpieza" cuando la casa se dejó limpia y ya nos obligaron a pagar al principio por este servicio.

En fin, no cometais el error de reservar ninguna casa con estos sinvergüenzas. En cuanto paguéis estaréis condenados a una pesadilla.

Hemos alquilado a mi hijo un apartamento de esta agencia en Lisboa. Lleva dos meses y medio y no puede cocinar nada por la noche, en cuanto enciende el fuego, saltan los plomos y se queda sin luz. Ha avisado, ha protestado, ha reclamado miles de veces y no resuelven el problema. ¡¡Es una vergüenza de agencia, es una estafa!! Que nadie alquile nada de Warmrental

I want to warn everyone who wants to use the services of this company, keep in mind that most likely you will spend a lot of time, effort and nerves to get back the deposit for accommodation. Today is the 11th day they have been feeding me promises.

We retried our booking this year after our last visit had to be canceled due to the covid outbreak. After our good experience with the refund we booked the same house with warmrental this year again. Everything worked perfectly and we will use warmrental again for future bookings. Thank you!

A nightmare to deal with. Avoid this company at all costs. We checked in to find BLACK MOLD on the ceiling of our bedroom. We had breathing issues right away along with allergic reactions. We had to rebook elsewhere the next day at twice the cost for the month and the company is still withholding funds. We have since taken the claim to PayPal.

Excelente alojamento, tanto para lazer como para estadia durante trabalho. Espaço amplo e confortável. Comunicar com a anfitriã foi extremamente fácil - sempre disponível para qualquer assunto.

Usualy I do not write this type of reviews. But after this experience, I feel I needed to. I've rented an apartment that had some condition issues. Warmrental helped me to deal with the situation in such a human way! They helped me all the way long. Thank you for your amazing support. To be in a different country is always a challenge, but having to support me trough the way was really a luck. Thank you warmrental team!!
