Minha experiência com a Warmrental foi extremamente negativa. Houve muita demora, respostas vagas e falta de solução para problemas básicos. No histórico de e-mails, a empresa informou que faria o reembolso pelo mesmo método de pagamento, mas depois o valor via PayPal apareceu como cancelado, sem que a situação fosse resolvida de forma clara. Além disso, mesmo após vários contatos, continuei sem resposta objetiva sobre o reembolso e sobre o valor pago por transferência bancária.

Também houve problemas no apartamento relatados desde a entrada, como sofá em mau estado e erro na máquina de lavar louça, sem resolução adequada dentro de prazo razoável. Posteriormente, a Warmrental reteve o depósito de segurança alegando análise sobre o sofá e ainda mencionou cobranças adicionais, mesmo após eu contestar essas alegações e informar que já havia enviado provas sobre o estado anterior do imóvel.

O atendimento passou a sensação de desorganização, contradição nas informações e pouca transparência. Não recomendo a empresa para quem procura um processo sério, claro e eficiente no arrendamento de imóvel.

The worst scam I’ve ever experienced.
They ripped us off in every way possible.
The apartment was terrible. Nothing worked and it’s was worn down.
We tried contacting them but they were rude and laughed at us.
We had to fix stuff ourselves, with money out of our pocket.
They even kept the security deposit with no explanation why.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. They hid the company identity using some employee’ name on HousingAnywhere platform. We stayed in their apartment in Lisbon Centro and had an extremely unacceptable situation regarding our security deposit. Despite returning the property in unchanged condition, our deposit was not returned on time or in full.
Furthermore, the company attempts to charge us for damages that were already present when we moved in. Even after providing clear photographic proof that these issues were pre-existing, management refused to acknowledge the evidence and continued to withhold our funds. We have been forced to initiate legal action with the support of our employer to recover our money. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Be really careful as it is not even inconvienience but already a fraud that needed to be reported.

They're scammers. We stayed in Portugal for three months, and the apartment was really expensive. When we arrived, we found the apartment dirty, and when we left, they took our deposit because they claimed we'd taken some vacuum cleaner parts, even though we didn't use the vacuum cleaner during our stay, and a brand new one costs between €60 and €80. Completely unprofessional, I don't recommend them.

Son unos estafadores, estuvimos durante tres meses en Portugal, el apartamento fue realmente caro. Al llegar encontramos el piso sucio y para la salida nos quitan la fianza por supuestamente habernos llevado unas piezas de la aspiradora, la cual no utilizamos durante la estancia y además cuesta entre 60-80€ totalmente nueva. Nada profesionales, no lo recomiendo.

Un desastre todo. El apartamento estaba destrozado por falta de mantenimiento, ninguna persiana se podía bajar, la campana de extracción de cocina no funcionaba, lavavajillas no cogía la pastilla, cepillo de barrer sin palo, mesillas con patas rotas, cocina con útiles rotos, falta de menaje, duchas se sale el agua por falta de reparación de mamparas... La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, enormes telarañas en las ventanas y mucha suciedad en general.
La atención nefasta, no contestan hasta el dia siguiente a las 20h en cosas urgentes como no poder acceder al portal al llegar y acabar por dejarnos una llave un vecino.
La información de los detalles de las condiciones hubo que pedirlas varias veces y la fianza de 150 euros tardaron 3 semanas en devolverla tras hacerles varias reclamaciones.
Si página de Warmrental.com no deja poner opiniones (te pide ser miembro pero no te puedes hacer para opinar) y tiene 5 puestas con la máxima nota (obviamente falsas).
Tengo fotos y vídeos documentando todas estas opiniones a disposición de quien los necesite.

I’m beyond pissed. We did everything right. Paid on time, took care of the flat, left it in perfect condition. And they still stole our full deposit. Not a cent back. From October to January we were model tenants and they just spat in our faces. Total scam.

If you enjoy getting robbed and disrespected, go ahead and rent from these clowns. We lived in their apartment from October 2024 to January 2025, treated it like gold, fixed stuff, cleaned everything. Then they just kept €1500 like it was theirs. We asked why, they insulted us. Real professionals, huh. Avoid them like the plague.

Après une location à travers ce site à Lisbonne nous sommes tombé sur un appartement insalubre, rien à voir avec les photos présentées sur leur site.Nous avons du quitter celui ci et prendre 2 chambres d’hôtel. Ayant signalé le problème ils bottent en touche, en gros débrouillez vous avec le proprio🤦‍♂️. Aucun remboursement, impossible de laisser un avis sur l’annonce car leur site est inaccessible pour les nouveaux inscrits.
Plainte déposée auprès de l’office portugais de défense des touristes ASAE

C'est une escroquerie ils ne restituent pas les cautions et modifient le règlement de manière unilatérale.
Service lamentable.

We booked an apartment from warmrental.com through Airbnb. The apartment itself was spacious and located in a good area of Lisbon. After the trip, the host started accusing us of burning holes in the sofa with cigarettes, which is absurd since none of us smoke, and we didn't have any means of making fire with us. As you can read from other reviews, they systematically scam their customers. We filed a police report and recommend others do the same.

Myself and my family stayed at an apartment booked by warmrental for the week and it was such a great experience! I looked at trustpilot previously and got uncertain, but the price for a direct booking paid the risk I must say. Either way, it was a great decision. Everything went well with the stay. Communication os fast and friendly. No bad surprises with anything. I enjoyed completely. I can honestly trust them for a future stay with no worries at all.

Do not book with this company! We were unable to stay in the apartment we reserved because it was not clean and filled with a rancid, nauseating smell. We had to leave and book a nearby hotel after waiting an hour for cleaners.

The host has not been truthful with Warm Rental about the experience, saying we checked in and stayed. We have provided pictures and screenshots of our text exchange with the host and they are refusing to refund our money.

Please save yourself from this disappointment and frustration. Avoid this company at all costs!

Choosing Warmrental to book my family's vacation was the right choice.
The reservation process was straightforward and quick and the staff were very helpful.
We had a fantastic vacation and at the end, we felt worried about whether they had met our expectations.

A horrible company to deal with. The villa we rented in Cascais was misadvertised. Not only was it worn and not adequately maintained, every time we used the air conditioning the electrics would go. There was a smell of sewage in the drains and the customer support received from warm rental was all smoke screens. When we got a partial refund from AirBnb, as we paid almost €5000 for 5 nights, they tried to claim €300 in damages for dirty towels and sheets! Avoid at all costs

Beautiful flat in the centre of Faro. Had a good stay. However high deposit amount still not refunded. These are thieves! Do not book with this organisation. Once they have their money, they do not respond to any further contact. Shady practices. Do not book!

Avoid, or proceed with great caution (document everything!). They are a legitimate business, but with shady practices. Apartments are overpriced (even for the area), and are nice enough on the surface but with plenty of underlying issues such as mould and damaged furniture. Support response was reasonably fast when booking and when issues popped up during the stay, but the check-out procedure revealed the true face of the company. We had notified about water damage to cabinetry during winter rains, and were assured that this would not be an issue. On checkout our security deposit was withheld for a month while this was "investigated". In the end they relented (after much back and forth) and instead tried to charge us for a pre-damaged table and missing crockery (it was all there, and I had taken photos of everything). Anything to skim a few extra bucks. During this time they also started blocking and screening my calls - extremely unprofessional behaviour. They are the same company as PT Keys but each will tell you the other is responsible. Feedback from the apartment owner was disappointment at the state of maintenance. A lot of the 5-star reviews online are from employee accounts. Proceed with great caution - take plenty of photos and get everything in writing.
