This is the second time I’ve bought from Warm4less and find them fast, no fuss, good products.

Had a problem with the item and no reply from 3 emails.
It turns out on hindsite it was my fault sending my emails to no reply emails. Since the mishap the company have been brilliant.

We have been buying heaters from W4less for a number of years. Their service is incredible and we would not buy any new infrared heaters from any other company.

They answered my queries before I purchased, the price was good & delivery excellent.

I am really delighted with my infra-red bathroom heater from Warm4less. The website was very easy to navigate , clear instructions about measuring up and calculating the correct size .

Easy to order, quick to arrive, easy to setup

Excellent product used for garage on low no damp or condensation on my motorcycle

I had lots of queries about which panels to buy for my needs (a log cabin with sloping ceilings with wooden rafters). Ben was super helpful replying to all my queries. I ended up with the Lumina 660W panels which look fantastic and are giving out really lovely warmth. the LED lights are really nice too, once I had worked out how to get more than one panel responding in sync with just one remote controller unit. Pretty easy to install as well with a template that comes with them which we stuck to the ceiling with masking tape to keep in place while holes were drilled for the brackets.

Great a Service

Just wanted to say what a great company this is. The customer service is outstanding and so refreshing in this day and age. I had order a heater for my conservatory but it wasn’t adequate for the room, customer services arranged collection and a refund quickly, no quibbles. Should I need additional heaters for bedrooms etc in the future this company is the first I would buy from. Highly recommend.

As an owner of a block of five flats I decided to do the ecologically right thing and remove the gas from the flats as they come up for a re-furb, and we have so far done two of them, and the stairwell.
The customer service was faultless and the panels perform exactly as promised. We have to date purchased 14 panels over a couple of years and are completely satisfied.
As a landlord I no longer have boiler breakdowns or annual boiler certificates to worry about and the tenants are very happy with the system.
Only one heads up to landlords the EPC system has not yet caught up with the world of IR and the panels are not as favourably viewed as other forms of less efficient heating.
that aside, would I continue to install these units from this company, absolutely yes, go for if guys.

Warm4less were attentive and responded promptly to all my questions when I was considering buying a heater and were really helpful in helping me find the right picture for my panel heater. Nice and easy website with useful advice to size the heater. very reasonably prices products, simply ordering and delivery, with simple to use products.

Going back for another panel for bedroom next.

Nice company to deal with though you do need to do your homework before choosing an IR heater - they will not heat your room (or do so very expensively) as they are designed to heat YOU instead, when they can be more energy-efficient as the room can then be otherwise cooler. The item itself is very good, taking about 5 minutes to get warm, hot after 10 minutes, and very hot after 20 minutes. In order to use any IR heater properly you need to be sure that you will be the right distance away - it's nice after 10 minutes but uncomfortable after 20 to stand a couple of feet from. Much further than 2-3 feet though and you won't feel any effect... so basically don't use this to heat a room - use it to supplement a radiator for a short time when you're having a shave, shower or getting ready in the morning. We turn it on automatically about 20 minutes before showering and then it's perfect.
Don't buy one of these to save money, and don't bother with the thermostat option - it's pointless as IR heaters don't heat rooms, they heat you (as a person), so the thermostat is pointless.
Having said all that, it's well made, with the print quality being excellent, although it's tricky to hang (it's heavy and unwieldy to sit on the screwheads), and everything works well. You just need to go into IR heating with your eyes open! One negative (the reason for dropping a star) is that when I dropped them a line pointing out that the warranty card (yes, they ask you to still write and post a warranty card in 2026!) requested the same information that they already had from my order, I had a slightly shirty answer from Shannon who said that "as a gesture of goodwill she had actioned this on your behalf" - how kind, copying and pasting directly in their system rather than having to manually enter it from a card! I actually saved her/them time and effort (as well as myself) but not to worry, Princess Shannon did it for me as a gesture of goodwill... Still, that aside, the team there are great and I appreciated the order updates and I'm happy to recommend Warm4less.
