Hired a car for a week - booking, collection and the vehicle itself was all great. Unfortunately let down by the vehicle return. They weren’t set up for me delivering the car back half an hour before the 4pm I was allowed to keep it until, this combined with the fact that the original paperwork couldn’t be located meant I was left standing around for over 20 minutes.

Really great service - Sarah was absolutely fab, totally hassle free and down to earth but explained everything really well at the same time. Hired a T-Roc for 12 days to travel to and around Devon. Car was a dream, sad to hand it back. Security deposit was returned to the bank next day. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

We hired a Skoda Karoq for 10 days for a trip away. The car was exactly what we needed. Dominic was friendly and great to deal with, made the booking, collection and drop off seamless. Very reasonably priced beating the other big named rental companies. We will definitely use VWFS rent-a-car again.

Very quick and easy to reserve a car (a good selection and at very reasonable prices). Minimum time spent on admin during collection and drop off. Overall and excellent service from start to finish.

Very easy to book online. Service at the Nottingham, West Bridgeford dealership was excellent. The vehicle was well presented. I have no hesitation in recommending this VW car hire service.

As always, I’ve rented a few times now rent a car at Skoda, and even booked in another car for August, the team are great, exceptional service as always to the team and David especially, making the process so seamless. Brand New Car, we travelled all the way from the Toon to Cornwall, then to Norfolk and back to Newcastle, and we only used 2 tanks of fuel in full AC and 6 people on board! Skoda Kodiaq, what a car, wonderful service by the company as well.

We rented 3 camper vans and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The vans were in spotless condition and the team at Citygate made sure the pickup and dropoffs were smooth despite us being a large group.

Everything was so easy and straightforward compared to the mainstream car rental companies.
The car was clean and in great condition.
The staff in the office and in the parking area were really helpful.
Great value.
