VWFS Rent-a-Car - Huddersfield Anmeldelser

So glad VWFS Huddersfield is back and running with Peter, who has always looked after me, the service is flawless here.. the cars are always brand new and come with so many features as standard, i wouldn’t go anywhere else, Peter is the go to man.

This was my first hire from VWFS and I can’t now imagine why I’d ever go anywhere else. I initially chose VWFS because they seemed straightforward and trustworthy—the website was detailed and clear, everything was included, unlimited mileage, no hidden costs, and easy to book. Most others would charge a premium for this level of service, but no, VWFS were actually one of the cheapest.
I then met Peter when collecting the car and he was friendly, professional and super easy to deal with. I immediately felt in safe hands and he ensured all went smoothly from start to finish. Also, the car itself was virtually new, a great spec, and was spotless—which was the icing on the cake!
I certainly won’t need to Google car hire the next time I’m in the UK, VWFS are now my go-to :)

Another fantastic experience with VWFS Rent-a-Car Huddersfield.

Peter once again made everything incredibly easy from the moment I arrived. The service was quick, organised and completely hassle-free, while still feeling personal rather than rushed. He is genuinely welcoming, attentive and always willing to help with anything you need.

Having used this branch more than once now, the consistently high level of service really stands out. It is reassuring knowing that everything will be handled properly and professionally each time.

A big thank you to Peter for looking after me again. Excellent customer service and definitely deserving of five stars.

Competitive prices and a good, clean, practically new car. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Also very accommodating when I wanted to change arrangements slightly. Would definitely recommend. Only way service could be improved would be a home drop off/collection service. Will personally definitely be using again.

Due to a car accident, I needed a rental, and after weeks of poor service from Enterprise, I came across VW. What a refreshing change! The quality of service was significantly better, and the lower cost was an added bonus. I highly recommend them — thank you!

First class once again, would highly recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car Huddersfield. Peter and Andrew are very professional and accommodating.

Made the whole hire process easy and whilst most other car rental companies would not authorise the vehicle to be taken into Europe Vertu Huddersfield were very helpful accommodating.

Excellent as always. The price is unbeatable the staff are great and the cars are always of a high standard amd very clean... Will be back

Excellent service once again thank you Andrew

I always go to Peter & Andrew, just had a Golf MK 8.5 love how their fleet are always new vehicles with great spec, these guys are like family now best service & always go out their way to make sure your happy. Legends! VWFS you have some gems running it for you, more than the car the service has to be good & Peter & Andrew are too good at that. See you soon lads!

I dealt with Peter from the start and he absolutely made my experience, so kind and professional, I had some issues with bringing the car back on time and he was amazing at sorting it out and went above and beyond to help me out as well which he did out of the goodness of his heart. The car was spotless as well and handover was smooth and easy! Won’t go anywhere else now if I need a hire car again!

Peter was quick bring the car ready for me. Gave me a good look around the car and showed me how to use all the new features. Pretty straight forward to deal with and all round great experience

PETER was absolutely amazing throughout!!
Excellent communication and outstanding service as always!! Strongly recommend.

The hiring experience for the 7 seater was really amazing with very professional service from pete who has been very helpful throughout the process of hiring and returning the vehicle back and the the vehicle condition was excellent too.

A great experience all round from a trusted dealer based VW rental service. The car was excellent and had a full charge with it being an ID5. Very friendly and professional on pick up and return, and they even dropped me back round at the local Audi garage to pick my own car back up...Will definitely use again.

2nd time hire. Another excellent service provided. Peter is so professional and the kids like talking to him. He goes above and beyond to help out, including fitting car seats and putting your belongings in the car for you. I phoned up and asked for Peter. I requested a last minute booking of the car i wanted to hire and Peter did all he could to help me out.

Definitely recommend hiring if your wanting an excellent stress free booking.

This review is long overdue, but renting the T-Roc here was an excellent experience. The process was quick and smooth, and I was greeted by a friendly, professional gentleman who handled everything efficiently. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Rented an Arteon from Pete at vwfs Huddersfield. Best experience Iv had compared to any other company Iv rented from. Service was brilliant highly recommended

Rented a car for the first time and staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, will 100% be a returning customer

Went there for the second time to hire a car for an event. Peter was really welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Perfect service overall and will be going there again for the future if needing to hire a car.
