**Excellent service from Peter**

I have hired a car from VWFS Rent-a-Car Huddersfield twice within the same week, and the experience has been excellent both times. There is great flexibility, the cars are brand new, very clean, presentable, and always ready when needed.

Peter provides outstanding customer service. He is extremely hospitable, friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car Huddersfield, especially Peter, and I would definitely use them again.

Competitive prices and a good, clean, practically new car. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Also very accommodating when I wanted to change arrangements slightly. Would definitely recommend. Only way service could be improved would be a home drop off/collection service. Will personally definitely be using again.

Due to a car accident, I needed a rental, and after weeks of poor service from Enterprise, I came across VW. What a refreshing change! The quality of service was significantly better, and the lower cost was an added bonus. I highly recommend them — thank you!

I always go to Peter & Andrew, just had a Golf MK 8.5 love how their fleet are always new vehicles with great spec, these guys are like family now best service & always go out their way to make sure your happy. Legends! VWFS you have some gems running it for you, more than the car the service has to be good & Peter & Andrew are too good at that. See you soon lads!

I dealt with Peter from the start and he absolutely made my experience, so kind and professional, I had some issues with bringing the car back on time and he was amazing at sorting it out and went above and beyond to help me out as well which he did out of the goodness of his heart. The car was spotless as well and handover was smooth and easy! Won’t go anywhere else now if I need a hire car again!

Peter was quick bring the car ready for me. Gave me a good look around the car and showed me how to use all the new features. Pretty straight forward to deal with and all round great experience

The hiring experience for the 7 seater was really amazing with very professional service from pete who has been very helpful throughout the process of hiring and returning the vehicle back and the the vehicle condition was excellent too.

A great experience all round from a trusted dealer based VW rental service. The car was excellent and had a full charge with it being an ID5. Very friendly and professional on pick up and return, and they even dropped me back round at the local Audi garage to pick my own car back up...Will definitely use again.

2nd time hire. Another excellent service provided. Peter is so professional and the kids like talking to him. He goes above and beyond to help out, including fitting car seats and putting your belongings in the car for you. I phoned up and asked for Peter. I requested a last minute booking of the car i wanted to hire and Peter did all he could to help me out.

Definitely recommend hiring if your wanting an excellent stress free booking.

This review is long overdue, but renting the T-Roc here was an excellent experience. The process was quick and smooth, and I was greeted by a friendly, professional gentleman who handled everything efficiently. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Went there for the second time to hire a car for an event. Peter was really welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Perfect service overall and will be going there again for the future if needing to hire a car.

Can’t say a bad thing about the service from beginning to end it was a breeze, after a chat on the phone to discuss options about rentals I was warmly welcomed by Peter Gallagher at the dealership who offers a brilliant service will definitely use again!

Agent took time to thoroughly explain the hire vehicle features prior to leaving, kept me informed at all times, process was smooth and efficient, much better than other leading rental companies I’ve used previously
