VWFS Rent-a-Car - Bristol (Vans) Anmeldelser

We hired a passenger ID Buzz for the weekend. Easy booking process with clear upfront pricing. The Buzz was nearly new and nicely spec'd. Friendly and helpful service from John. Top stuff.

Excellent service, John is very friendly and helpful. Just what we needed

By far the best car (actually van) hire experience I've had. Really friendly staff, brand new van, easy check out and return and £100s cheaper than other companies if you need to take a vehicle to Europe because they don't stick on a massive extra charge. Even got some really good advice on transporting a motorbike abroad. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

Excellent service. Almost new vehicle in great condition at very good price and excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. John was the perfect host.

The booking process, price, and over all service was just right. 6 Stars!

Gets my Recommendation 👌

Great experience with VWFS in Bristol. The team were knowledgeable, breezy and happy to help. The van was clean, new and a dream to drive. Easy to collect and drop off the van. Way better than my experiences with Enterprise!

Fantastic service; the van was in very good condition and pleasure to drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the booking process very smooth. The price was very reasonable.
Will definitely be using again!

Fabulous customer service. Easy to book online, clear options, good value. ID Buzz Cargo - what a superb vehicle, just what we needed and an absolute joy to drive! John at Mon Motors really professional and helpful. Thank you, very much appreciated. Would be very happy to use again.

The VW van was simply amazing. All features worked, and staff took the time to explain exactly how to use them. Mon Motors facility was easy to find, clean, and I could enjoy a complimentary beverage.

I had initially hired a larger van, but I contacted the staff to request a one that would be easier to drive on small streets. My request was fulfilled.

The service was excellent, very helpful staff and easy handover and return of the van, good price as well.

Such an easy experience from booking online to collection and return. I hired an ID Buzz as I really wanted to see if it would work for us as a family before I look to buy one. Service was great, I ended up extending my booking for a week. Buzz was shiny on collection and fully charged. John was helpful with all I needed to know, would recommend!

Treat customers with respect also so easy process

Easy online booking.
Quick I house pickup.
Good service from team.
New and ideal size van, big enough for kitchen units.

Hired an ID Buzz and could not fault John and Jenny. Very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking to hire a vehicle these guys are a must.
