Brought the lullaby lamb mobile for my son and he is only 4 months and we are currently on our second mobile!! It stopped working after having it not even a month and got the new one and was working fine until now it has done the same as the first, tried new batteries and everything and it has completely stopped working. It’s a waste of money when it doesn’t even soothe the child. Very disappointing and won’t be buying another one!

Wij hebben een vtech kidizoom in het bezit dewelke niet meer opstart. De batterij is volledig opgeladen, geeft hij ook aan, maar het toestel is gewoon niet op te starten. Tweemaal vriendelijk gemaild naar hun klantenservice voor een mogelijke oorzaak of oplossing maar helemaal geen reactie ontvangen.
Voor een toestel met deze kostprijs is de levensduur en kwaliteit gewoon uitermate ondermaats, dit trekt zich blijkbaar ook volledig door in hun klantenservice. Absoluut niet klantvriendelijk en zeker geen aanrader wat mij betreft.

The products are great (when they are not faulty) but the customer service is awful. Not supportive, no care for their little clients. We requested replacement parts for a recently bought 70 euro toy, cause they got lost during a move. My son was very upset.
They replied that that was not covered by warranty and they didn't send us any replacement. A little eleffort can really make the difference and make a 3 years old happy. I won't buy vtech again.

The quality of the product is good, but when my 89 yr old Mother called with a question about setting up her new senior phones, she was switched to a service that was going to charge her $5 for the answer. That is not good service, especially when this phone is specifically for seniors, who might need some technical support. You can do better than that.

I bought for my baby a VTech Lullaby Lambs Mobile and within 2 months was broke.
I did get in contact with Vtech company to see if there is a way of fixing it but obviously no luck even i gave them a video to show them the fault.

I’d say don’t spend your money on the item thinking more expensive is more durable as is not.

They should take responsibility on faulty items as they are the brand who produce them.

My son has the Vtech toot toot garage which I bought for him from Smyths toy store last year (2019). It is one of his favourite toys and he also has many of the toot toot vehicles. I have always considered v tech to be a good quality and safe brand, so I am dismayed to report that whilst playing with his toot toot garage my son got his finger trapped in the gap where the green car wash roller sits. I could not get his finger loose for several minutes. When I managed to free it his finger was cut really bad causing bleeding. I immediately contacted the company to report this issue. I would have thought that an issue with a product that could cause harm to children would be top of their priorities, but no I had to wait several days for a reply. To add insult to injury the reply did not address me by my name nor was it sent from a specific person showing a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. Rather than an apology and asking if my son was well, they were more interested in me proving I had bought the product by showing them a receipt. I bought the product over a year ago so of course I don't have a receipt. The disrespect this company has shown me has been deplorable and as a children's toy manufacture their lack of empathy for my child is disgusting. Suffice to say I will not be purchasing any more V tech products.

I ordered a karaoke machine for my young daughter who was very excited to play with her only toy on Christmas morning. Much to my disappointment the toy was missing what I would expect to be an important component. The response that I received was what really angered me. When I contacted VTech, all I received was confirmation that the parts were not available, no apology or understanding how this impacted my daughters Christmas. Only when I complained and demanded either a refund or a brand new karaoke machine did VTech actually act, still not with a final solution! Terrible customer service and no desire to resolve the issue. Would never recommend VTech and if not resolved I will escalate this further. Ticket ID QJM-364063 and DBZ-564508
Updated status: have given it 2 extra stars as Daisy was very helpful after all the problems and I had a new machine and a bonus gift from them. My daughter is so happy now so thank you Daisy for finally sorting it out!

Never buy Vtech products in Europe. they don't have any kind of support if need a spare parts or maintenance.
I have contacted many different places which sell Vtech products in Denmark to repair the broken screen of baby camera but couldn't help me.
I have contacted Vtech (US & Canada) directly but they said also they cannot do anything for me.
So my expensive baby camera is out of use now :(

Had a very friendly and helpful lady who dealt with my problem without hesitation.
The car in the race car track set wasn't working properly. They sent a replacement car and rc within 10 days. Not even had to return old one
Brilliant.

Bought a inno tv which as never worked with games messaged Vtech uk on Facebook to be blocked . so contacted though Email web page still no help as console as been removed from sale because there site was hacked so no one can use it. they will not help so down £200 if they had made so you could just play the games with internet would of been great but you cant you need internet to run it .
waste of money and terrible service please stay away from this company i had a disappointed 6 year old .on xmas day and now its sept they still dont want to know.......
