Not very good customer services.my sons remote for his dino car has broken and I want to buy a new remote.. no parts department or returned mails.. my son is very upset he loves that Dino.

Ongelofelijk slechte service! Kan me niet herinneren ooit zo'n slechte service meegemaakt te hebben.

Mijn zoontje van 3 heeft voor zijn verjaardag een marble rush knikkerbaan gekregen. Bij het opzetten van de knikkerbaan kwamen we erachter dat we een onderdeel van het rad miste.
Contact opgenomen met vtech (begin april) waarbij we aangegeven hebben het onderdeel te missen. Ze gingen uitzoeken of dat onderdeel los opgestuurd kon worden. Meermaals achteraan gebeld omdat we vanuit vtech geen reactie kregen. Uiteindelijk bleek dat het onderdeel niet los opgestuurd kon worden en dat we de hele knikkerbaan terug moesten sturen. Daar ben ik absoluut niet blij mee omdat ik dan weer die 100 stickers op moet plakken!

We hebben de knikkerbaan netjes opgestuurd en konden ook zien dat deze aangekomen was bij vtech maar meer dan een week later was er nog geen contact opgenomen met ons. Dus maar weer zelf achteraan gebeld. Toen werd ons verteld dat we de dag erna een reactie kregen maar weer is er geen contact opgenomen en konden we weer zelf bellen.

Nu wachten we meer dan 2 maanden later nog steeds op een oplossing! Mijn zoontje harstikke verdrietig omdat hij nu al weken de knikkerbaan mist. Echt schandalig service vtech! Heb dit nog nooit ergens meegemaakt. Jullie product is niet in orde en dan laat je de klant compleet in de kou staan. We moeten harstikke veel moeite doen om überhaupt een reactie te krijgen!

Well, I get it’s frustrating when you buy a tacky plastic toy and something doesn’t work. I get you buy a ‘learning’ tacky plastic toy and it’s annoying when something doesn’t work. But they are toys.
When you buy a baby monitor, you are buying it because you want to ….. um….. monitor your baby? You know that small burbling thing that you kinda care about and want to keep safe. So I guess I’m being really unreasonable and properly entitled that I expect it to work properly?
According to their customer service dept who work at a glacial pace, they made a batch that needs a software update that’s supposed to fix the fact that my base unit does not connect to the camera, and also loses connection with the camera.

I’m on a plane tomorrow - let’s hope Airbus didn’t make a batch of 380’s and figure they’d wing it afterwards.

Sarcasm aside - for £160 there’s no second chance. Either make baby monitors that work or stick to tacky plastic battery munching toys.

Their baby monitor was not inexpensive at £50, but it broke within a month. The result is a frequent, really loud beeping sound in the middle of the night, again and again. Not what you’re after when you just got your baby to sleep and you’re just drifting off for your much needed 3 hours’ sleep…!
The charger stopped working consistently so we have to spend ages taping the charger to the screen and making sure the red light is on. Even when we do this, the charger still stops every now and then and the beeping sound happens.
We contacted Vtech and because we bought it, organised as new parents often are, much before our baby was born, we are outside the 12 month warranty; so they said they won’t do anything! They have, eventually, now said we have to post the monitor to them, at our expense, and they will send a new one. A) why should we pay for postage? B) this means we’d be without a monitor for a few weeks and obviously we can’t be so we’d have to buy another one anyway. C) I don’t want a replacement product of the same because Vtech products don’t seem to work…!
My issue is that we’re not claiming it under a warranty - it is a fault product that does not do what it says it does so should be replaced or refunded.
I guess Vtech is so big that it makes products that won’t work, slightly cheaper than other companies, and hopes they don’t break before 12 months… disappointing and won’t be using them again.

Na 2 jaar deed het schep en leer ijsco kar het niet meer. Mijn kleinzoon heeft er zeggen en schrijven 5 keer mee gespeeld omdat hij aan de andere kant van Nederland woont. Batterijen verwisseld, niets meer. Dus contact gehad met de leverancier en met V tech, maar het was na de garantietermijn van 2 jaar en dan heb je gewoon pech gehad. Voor speelgoed van 50 euro had ik toch wel wat meer service verwacht. Er is nu echt niets meer te leren met de kar.

We bought a Christmas present for our granddaughter before Christmas to keep by for her. On Christmas Day when opened the product didn’t work. The item was purchased on the Amazon website. However because we bought it more than 30 days before Christmas, Amazon were unable to refund and advised us to contact the seller. I contacted The entertainer via the Amazon order link. I received an email. They said no problem, just take it to your local Entertainer (Colchester) and they’ll give you a refund. We took it in to the local store. No they weren’t aware they could refund an Amazon order. The manager said he would contact customer services. (We waited for almost half an hour). He said their customer services couldn’t help as they couldn’t find the order made through Amazon! So a complete waste of time. Terrible service and returns policy and frankly I don’t feel they have tried hard enough to rectify the problem. The product clearly doesn’t work and we should be entitled to a refund. We have wasted several hours travelling into Colchester waiting for the manager to say sorry but can’t refund it. Clearly from the other reviews VTech products are complete rubbish.

Your toy killed my 17 month old son he swollowed a button battery which the back of the toy had fallen off his heart had a huge hole burned into it his stomach was damaged beyond repair and he had open heart surgery your toys are extremely dangerous and with all the power in me I'm going to take v tech toys and fully hold the company responsible my son didn't stand a chance I won't give up until I get these toys banned and everyone needs to know the extreme dangers of these toys

I have noticed that all toys from Vtech have this specific pedophilia simbol🍥🍥🍥. I warn you parents to learn more about pedophilia simbolism, do not buy toys with pedo simbols!!! This company is not trusteful!

We hebben een kidizoom action cam die net buiten garantie is. Batterij geeft aan dat deze vol is, maar de kidizoom is niet op te starten en doet niets. Is niet meer bruikbaar. Blijkbaar is dit een probleem dat vaker voorkomt zoals ik het zie op internet. Netjes via klantenservice Vtech gevraagd om advies te vragen wat we kunnen doen. Nergens heb ik aangegeven dat ik me wil beroepen op de garantie, want daar valt hij buiten. Maar het lijkt me wel wat vroeg deze action cam nu al naar de prullen bak te sturen. Reactie die ik kreeg was geen antwoord op de vraag en ging alleen maar over garantie. Inmiddels twee keer terug contact genomen met dezelfde vraag , maar geen enkele respons. Van een echte klantenservice lijkt hier geen sprake te zijn. Zal twee keer nadenken voordat we nog vtech kopen in de toekomst. Heel erg jammer.

Baby monitor adapter cable broke. Vtech customer services sent a replacement out. Arrived very quickly and at no charge. Very helpful lady on switchboard who arranged replacement.

Bought Action Cam in September for my sons birthday. It stopped working in March so I checked the website for warranty details and sent the product back to the address clearly stated on their website. The product arrived and was signed for 18th March 2021. I haven't heard anything so I contacted customer services yesterday who said the address on their website is wrong and I have to contact the logistics company to get the camera back which is great except they're not answering the phone or responding to emails. So now I have an upset child and no camera due to them having incorrect information on the website and customer services couldn't care less. I will never buy Vtech products again.

Leuk, degelijk speelgoed.
Digiart tekenbord is niet meer te koop en kleurplaten voor het apparaat zijn nu ook niet meer te downloaden waardoor het apparaat niet meer te gebruiken is. Klantenservice doet geen enkele moeite om onze vraag om het bestand fatsoenlijk te beantwoorden. Heel jammer.

I had reason to contact Customer Service as the product had stopped working. They were fantastic, I returned the product and they replaced it all within a week. So impressed.

my vtech toy lil cogsley's tummy dial wont work, it only jumps back and fourth when you turn it. i know this is an older toy (2013 to be exact) but i want to know if there is anyway ican fix this...

Bought a discovery tree. On opening there were no instructions and the 16 screws were missing. We contacted VTech and they emailed back asking if we had a receipt. We replied that we could not find the find it. They have since ignored us.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. Purchased a kidicom advance for my daughter for Christmas and its worked for all of 3 days and has been under maintenance since. Cant reach customer services at all and the product is now useless. Disgraceful product and company. Will be getting a full refund.

We bought our grandson Finn a Christmas present from Asda toys department when it was opened on Christmas day it had no stickers or instructions inside the box. I contacted the company that make the item VTEC is the name of the company to ask if they could please send me the missing parts. First they said we don't have any, then send item back to them for replacement but they refused to pay postage probablyabout £10. Then the best bit of all they want me to smash up a perfectly good item and send them pictures and video of me smashing it up. Please, what the hell is going on in this country. There are kids out their that probably got nothing for Christmas and VTEC want me to smash this item up. Please leave your comments so I can send to them.

We hebben veel speelgoed van vtech, allemaal leuk, degelijk en educatief. Nu misten we een onderdeel, dit is gratis door vtech opgestuurd, super service dus. Mensen komen hier hun ongenoegen uiten als eens iets misloopt, tevreden klanten laten zich niet horen maar bij deze dus een positieve ervaring die het vermelden waard is.

Extremely disappointed my son received one of their toys for Christmas which was faulty due to manufacturers fault and they expect me to pay for the whole toy to be shipped back and wait how long to receive a new one on something that’s faulty due to their poor quality control

Chased an order 8 days old only to be told cancelled

No email or anything to confirm now I have no time to find replacement Christmas items for 2 new borns
