Viva Lagoon Anmeldelser

Easy ordering, regular contact about pre order.

I received my beautiful Newgarden Lola 110 Lamp and I am really happy with it. It is seating beautifully on my patio.
Thank you Viva Lagoon for the great service.

Great service and product - will definitely use Viva Lagoon again. I would particularly note Emma who was super-helpful and paid attention to the entire process through to delivery

One of the very few companies with such an incredible customer service thanks to Emma. Her caring and attentive approach deserves 5☆ and more! I have no doubt we will be purchasing from them again, as well as, recommending the company to friends and family. Massive thank you for all your help Emma!

I was so pleased with my first swimsuit in pink that I ordered a second in coral. Gt cut, good fit and flattering. I hate padding and there was none, the only slight criticism is that the back could plunge more. They both arrived promptly. Thank you.

I've been looking for this wirework utensil pot for AGES, to complete my kitchen, so was delighted to find it here. It arrived quickly, carefully packaged. Very happy customer, I will be back to your site!

I recently purchased two Margot Selby bath sheets ....they are stunning ...the design is Tankerton , the colours are vibrant and they are lovely and thick ,very good quality....I can't wait until my bathroom has been decorated as they're going to look amazing

We are very pleased with our purchase. Excellent and efficient contact with staff who made the purchase easy.

Fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend more!

Really good service from start to finish, very happy with our new furniture

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I managed to create a bit of a problem in the way I put my order through and it was dealt with extremely well. Having had a bad experience recently with a company purporting to sell something they didn't have and trying to get me to buy their own preferred brand I was relieved to be dealing with people that really cared about their customers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really great service and regular contact on details of my order and when I should expect its delivery. I'm really happy with the sideboard, it looks great

Excellent product at a great price. It was delivered on a pallet in order to protect the glass. This was very difficult to remove which is why it was given 4 stars and not 5.

Great, quality product, great price, really well packaged and seamlessly delivered to my home in Switzerland. The communication was great too. Highly recommend!

I ordered 4 sets of cutlery and only 3 turned up and I'm still waiting for the other set to arrive. Communication with customers is not very proactive.
Since my review all has been resolved

Bought 2 beautiful sunloungers. As with many things these days they where not instock and on their way from italy but i was kept informed at all times and the 2 people i delt with where both brilliant. Very personal service. I will shop here again. Many outlets could learn a lot from Lagoon.
Oh the loungers are amazing

Great service. Ordering was easy. Free delivery and came really quickly! Will definitely use again.

Lovely item, well wrapped and delivered promptly.

Great service! I ordered lovely dining plates and although one of them arrived broken due to courier not handling it properly, I received a replacement the next day!
