I really recommend to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I received an item that was almost impossible to install, and the delivery company damaged my walls/entrance while delivering the item.
A&T were not helpful, they said we told the company to contact you, I have been chasing both the delivery company and them and the delivery company has never replied. In that situation A&T should take responsibility to indemnify the customer themselves and deal with the delivery company as THEY are their customer, I am not the customer of the delivery company so they have no reason to help me nor indemnify me.

In addition the shelving unit arrived very dusty, the marble plates were almost impossible to install, I still wonder if one is fully in but would need a hammer to get it in. One of the marble plate also seems damaged slightly, not sure if it is the stone or damage, but customer service was such a nightmare that I gave up.

I really recommend to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Customer Service was very good. There had been issues with incorrect parts having been supplied for a hanging egg chair which we had received some considerable time previously. Even though this chair was no longer available, Peter Helliwell managed to source spares from the supplier for us. Very patient and helpful advice and support which was much appreciated.

Excellent! Although I had some issues, the company rectified them instantly. The courier delivered the wrong marble top to begin with but their customer service was straight on it and got it sorted within the day!
Then we had a quality issue with the table and customer services arranged for a replacement within 15 minutes! Great purchase too, the Rondo collection is fab!

The Zenith Chest of Drawers at £849 (#1000153581),arrived today only to discovered that the unit had either been previously heavily used then subject to water damage and returned. The quality control is zero. The drawers where cover in signifcant marks and damage and heavy dust as if the item had been standing for many months, the inside and base of the drawer unit were covered in thick oil and black stones and the base of each drawer was heavily marked and damaged. The unit smelled of heavy engineering oil from a Tanker and clothes could never be put it the drawers. I contact the Company immediatly, and issued 23 photos, shared the folder of all images to then be informed that only when the goods have been collected will they issue a refund. The damage was so extensive that no quality control had been carried out on what is supposed to be a high end product.The goods are made in India and then shipped and remarked in the UK on a glossy website so do not be fooled. I am issue a CCS to get my money back.

Beautiful light fitting and very good price for the quality. The original one we ordered was sadly damaged in delivery. They arranged to have the damaged one collected and a new one shipped out the same day at no cost-incredible customer service.

Ive bought five items in the last year and all the products are excellent. They look even better than the photos.
I had a fitting missing from my last order which we may of even lost in the rubbish.Their customer service is excellent. They spoke to me twice sent three emails and posted a new part to me. (Free of charge) Tracy especially was very helpful. This is a proper old school company whose staff are excellent. Totally recommended.

Beautiful items to look at - however…….. When you place an order with a reputable supplier, you naturally expect to receive high-quality products. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Atkin and Thyme fell far short of this expectation. Initially, my interaction with their customer service team seemed positive, as they promptly apologised for the poor quality of the product. However, it was clear that the chest of drawers had been severely damaged, likely during shipment to the UK, and the two bedside cabinets had improperly coated legs, with all eight legs exhibiting defects.

The drawers of the faulty cabinet fell out, causing damage to my newly varnished oak parquet floor, which I had just refinished before Christmas. As a goodwill gesture, Atkin and Thyme offered a discount on the chest of drawers to help cover the repair costs. Nevertheless, the offered discount was insufficient to cover the actual expenses of repairing the floor, which was damaged due to their defective goods.

Additionally, I had to wait two weeks for a replacement unit, which arrived with missing screws, one damaged leg, and was in an unacceptable, filthy condition. The response from their customer service team was disappointing, offering a half-hearted apology and stating they would notify their manufacturer of the issues.

When a customer reports receiving defective goods, the minimum response should be a genuine effort to rectify the situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend or purchase from Atkin and Thyme again.
