My family bought this experience as a birthday gift 12 months ago. Due to my own availability and having the correct flying conditions I finally achieved ‘lift off’ on my fourth attempt of booking. It was worth the wait. An amazing experience being involved in getting the ballon ready and inflated right through to the flight itself and helping to pack it all away. The views were worth the very early start to the day - and so peaceful. The ‘pilot’ Chris, and Rachel (his #2) were excellent and so was the banter and commentary.
I was a little disappointed when the venue was moved slightly further away as this added to extra driving time etc but it wasn’t an issue in the end and the ‘country driving’ (being a Londoner) was really enjoyable.

The pilot and his team were a great combination of instructive and entertaining, so we felt confident about safety and very relaxed. It was great to be involved in the set up and deflation/dismantling of the balloon. The information provided beforehand was clear and concise. The whole experience was fabulous

Absolutely wonderful experience on the flight today. Pete (pilot), Keith & Steve (ground crew) were very welcoming and personable. Getting involved in the preparations and packing up either end of a wonderful flight added greatly to an all encompassing experience.
The flight was amazing, early morning over the fields and villages of Northamptonshire; sun low in the sky.

I'm glad the flight was not cancelled but instead moved to the back up location in Bath, due to wind conditions. Although it was not ideal so early in the morning to travel a longer way to the starting point, the instructions given were clear. A fellow passenger said their flight had been cancelled 10 times over the past 3 years due to weather conditions, so I'm just glad we made it to this flight. It was fun experience to help with inflating and deflating the balloon.

Our pilot Mike and the crew were friendly and engaging. The flight from lift off to landing was smooth and we got to enjoy spectacular views over Bath and Bristol. The prosecco after the flight was a plus.

What an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. The hot air balloon ride itself was breathtaking—the views were absolutely stunning, and the peacefulness of floating through the sky is something I'll never forget.

The pilot Chris was knowledgeable, entertaining, and clearly very experienced, making the journey both safe and enjoyable. Everything was well organised, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

If you're thinking about booking a hot air balloon ride, don't hesitate—it's truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely do it again!

it took over 6 years to get a flight- with many cancelled flights. Best to do when retired otherwise lots of wasted days booked off work. An enjoyable experience but they need to be more up front before you pay about the difficulties you will face in actually getting a flight. I believe in some parts of the country flights more likely to go ahead- but this was certainly not true of the Nort West.

The pilot was perfect combination of friendly and confident ( but not at all cocky or complacent). All of the staff were friendly. Putting up and taking down the balloon gave real insight into ballooning.
While we were cancelled 4 times it was very simple to rebook. The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been to have got to fly up and over the Dovedale valley. Unfortunately that depends on luck giving the right flight conditions on the day.

Aside from waiting nearly 2 years and 7 cancellations, our Balloon experience was well worth the wait.
From start to finish the day was great, Adrian and his team were professional, friendly and made the whole experience seamless.

Right from the start, it was amazing.Really welcoming. Helped set up the balloon. Made to feel at ease especially as fear of heights. Everything explained throughout. Weather was amazing, perfect views. The whole team made it an experience to remember !

It was an awesome experience, and very peaceful in the air when the burners were off. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The pilot was very knowledgeable putting a lot of emphasis on safety. It was frustrating having 4 flights cancelled last minute due to Cumbrian weather conditions, but worth the wait in the end.

Absolutely breathtaking experience! Would definitely do it all again if possible! Friendly and professional team made the day one to remember! One for the bucket list!!!

Excellent briefing friendly atmosphere, great service. We were kept informed all the time. We felt part of the team. The booking and confirmation process was easy.

Well organised, great experience, Gavin Gareth and the team were fantastic, shame it only lasted about 40 minutes but that as down to the weather !

I completed a customer service request about some vouchers I'd had trouble booking. Lynne was very helpful both in dealing with my issue and in being pleasant.

After waiting after waiting 3 1/2 years to get airborne, the flight with David Stagg's team was superb. The pilot, Gary, was very calm and explain everything as he went along. He pointed out all the landmarks in the area, explained our flight path, and went through the complications related to where on earth you can land without upsetting the farmers! The weather was good, the visibility was great, and helping to get blown up in the 1st place and packed away the end all added to the fun of the trip. The ground crew really helped with all that. And of course, David producing the bubbly at the end, type the whole thing up with a nice bow. Thanks for a great adventure

A really uplifting experience in every sense. Booking was quick and easy with excellent instructions and directions to the launch site. Well organised and I really felt part of the ‘team’ as we all helped to get things ready before the flight. Ben and his team were incredibly reassuring and helpful and the briefing allayed any concerns we may have had. The actual flight was calm and serene. A short time in cloud was a bit ‘other worldly’. I totally recommend this experience.

It was a well organised balloon flight. Loved the venue 😁 and the sights were spectacular 😀
