It was quick and straightforward to buy the skip the line tickets for St Mark's Basilica.

We were unable to find the meeting place and therefore completely wasted N Z $150 . The writing and map location are rediculasly small when you print out the voucher. These are tiny insignificant locations in a maze.

Booking the "Skip the Line" voucher was simple and straightforward. I must also thank the concierge of the Bauer Palazzo Hotel in Venice for directing me to the site to effect the purchase, and to think it was all done in minutes while I am half way around the world from Venice. Congratulations!

There's a particular level of confidence I felt, especially with the system's payment authorisation process which involved a combination of txt and email communications to me.

The Doge's Palace in Venice would not accept the voucher I purchased online and displayed on my Smartphone, which cost 40 Euros.

The tickets cost 40 euro and the Dodge's Palace refused to let us in. Your web site clearly states,"The voucher is the only valid document and you can present it to our staff either on a paper copy or on a MOBILE DEVICE (smartphones, tablets or other devices) according to instructions specified on it."
But the voucher states, "The VOUCHER proves that the booking has been made successfully and it must be PRINTED ON A PAPER COPY AND SHOW AT THE TICKET OFFICE of the Doge's Palace or at the Correr Museum in order to convert it into the ticket valid for the admission.

During our stay in Venice I wanted to skip the long waiting lines and purchased tickets online. The payment went through however I have never received the vouchers.
Stating this to the personal at the Campanile and showing them the confirmation that payment went through they didn't care and told me to leave and call the hotline. Nice catch since you couldn't reach anyone on a weekend. Also the didn't speak any english. For tourists this is such a bad experience.
In the meantime I have contacted Venetoinside via e-mail. More than one week I didn't get a feedback.
The next time I will wait in line to save money!

Super quick and efficient. I booked 10 mins before entering St Marks bascillica and the voucher was sent immediately. Skipped the queue.felt too good to be true but wasn't!

Ottimo servizio, ingresso principale con fila lunghissima, ingresso saltacoda vuoto, entrati subito. Le spiegazioni su dove trovare il deposito zaini e l'ingresso da cui entrare sono perfette, trovato subito tutto quanto. 3 euro spesi benissimo. Peccato per l'interno che in effetti è stato un po deludente, a maggior ragione molto meglio saltare almeno un'ora di fila.

Comodo il servizio salta code e il deposito bagagli vicino. Però dovete specificare quando una borsa o zainetto sono piccoli e possono essere portata con se è quando non lo sono richiedendone il deposito. Un addetto ci ha fatto depositare il nostro e un altro ne ha lasciato passare uno uguale. Difficile da capire e da spiegare ai più piccoli.
