As an young student, I really appreciate and would definitely recommend this Survey site, that is legit and is also an excellent way to make extra income while studying, or on summer breaks.

Please, keep in mind it does take time and patience to redeem your reward.

Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this website to others well, friendly and satisfying customer service as well.

I have been with VO for many years and never had any disappointing encounters with them. If you need to contact them it's easy and they listen. You can make your own choices of surveys you want to participate in. Rewards are easy to claim and offer different options.

This is a scam. They steal your time. The system has been down for a month. Don’t waste your time here or on any dynata site.

I do enjoy doing the surveys and appreciate the points which go toward the gift card. Certainly helps with our low budget and rising costs. The only reason I have scored a 4 is at times it is difficult to log in and when I do manage the survey disappears

I am having trouble getting new surveys they offered information that might help but hasn’t so far but they were good to deal with

I had the frustration of completing a long survey & was about to Submit when a notice came up saying I didn't qualify. Of course this should have appeared at the start. I was very annoyed & told them so. However, after a few days I received an apology & the associated reward was credited to my account.

I have been with valued opinions for many years and had no problems but just recently they have change there log in and now you have to sign in a new system this is where the problems starts , i can not get the money out that i have earnt unless i sign up to there new system. Be very careful if you sign up to this you have to give them a copy of your prassport or your drivers licene which has your photograph on and your signature and once you give this out they have this forever, and this leaves you open to scams. no other survey companys have ask me for this. so be very careful to who you give that information out to.

Been completing surveys for years and is a fun way to earn pocket money. Had an issue recently where survey crashed on completion. Resolved to great satisfaction in very timely manner.

Lately I completed 5 surveys and they don't put the reward through

This used to be the best site. But for the past year ,payouts seen to be less for time taken.
Worse it is regularly allowing you to do the full survey and on the finish saying you don't qualify.And so don't pay the survey,although they have got full questions answered and as so all data. Happened 3 times in a week so stopped using them.

This survey site is a scam! I know I can’t qualify for some surveys but they deliberately take your data and don’t reward , with some lame excuse!
Say, for example, it is a 10 minute survey. You enter data for 15-20 minutes, carefully, accurately, then Bingo, it wipes you out at the end.

Sometimes you don’t even get 2 cents a survey!!!

Mostly they are interesting surveys but rarely do they pay out. They were a bit better but now, 2025 Valued Opinions is an outrageous ripoff, a scam.

Avoid at all costs. There are more honest surveys out there.

Have been happily answering surveys and building up cash to redeem. Having trying to redeem however a standard error of having to wait 72 hours for my account to be reviewed persists even after a week of trying.
Help pages suggested standard troubleshooting; all of which I tried and included screenshots of the errors as suggested.
When I filled out their contact us online form, I received an automated response suggesting the same troubleshooting. There's no way to answer this and resubmitting the same response gets the same automated response.
What a waste of time. Avoid!

I've used them for years but I'm going to stop because 9 out of 10 are coming up as "We've had to close this survey early" when I finish the survey and no credit to my account. I don't get this using any of my other survey sites

I already verified using my driver liscense but it still says that it will take upto 72 hours but its more than 4 weeks and have emailed them multiple times but they just have automated reply which is not useful at all

I have been with them for a few years now and they are one of the best and most reliable survey sites on the market. They have clear and concise surveys and easy to get vouchers as a reward. It is a pity however that they do not offer or have a cash bases reward scheme) All good though and onward and upward.

Definitely a scam! I wasted a lot of time doing these surveys and when it came time to collect an reward, they have you go through a verification process that involves showing your personal ID and face into a camera. I didn't like it but did it, and was then told that the verification was unsuccessful and a later email said they had now permanently suspended my account. Don't waste your time on this site!
