One of the most fraudulent site, as they send survey which are worst quality, too low payout and when we redeem initially they paid then they suspension of account and won't pay any reward. It's scam, energy lost, so I suggest all please stay away from these fraud survey company.

Valued Opinion has to be one of the Best survey survey sites as it always has a great offering of surveys an very easy to accumulate enough $$$$ to redeem for Gift vouchers ect an if you have any queries the Valued opinion staff are always keen to help

This is a legit site which I've made a decent amount via over the last couple of years, if you are happy with e giftcards for your opinions then it's a great site until you get the surveys where you complete 60/70/80/90% and get screened out, I had one the other day that I got to the very last question before it decided I was a better fit elsewhere in which case you don't get the reward I think you get 5c on those occasions, that screams of scam to me yet I know the site isn't a scam at least not in general.i messaged help about this and got no reply so again not the best but in general. Good site just letting themselves down in a major way with the number of late screen outs where you get next to nothing for your time and the surveyor gets a free set of answers

Timely answer to my query for help, and the problem was rectified.

Excellent customer service, always quick to respond and resolve any issues.

As is always the case, whenever I contact the Valued Opinions team for support, they meticulously investigate my reason for contacting them, and deal with it quickly, efficiently, and to my full satisfaction.

Im enjoying the surveys and getting a little extra income is a bonus. The only issue I've had so far was with one egift card it wasn't set up correctly so I couldn't open it. I contacted Valued Opinions and they sorted it out very quickly and efficiently, I was quite impressed with the speed my problem was sorted. I dont have any suggestions at this stage, keep the surveys coming through.

After many years of using Valued Opinions, there seems to be a change in their support when issues with surveys happen. My recent experience was to complete a survey, over 20 minutes and not be rewarded. I was amazed when I was told you can actually complete a survey and not be rewarded. This in my view is unacceptable and I have posted this review to make others aware of this change. See below for the Valued Opinions response.

“We understand how disappointing it can be to spend time on a survey only to be disqualified. Some surveys have their own qualifying or quality check questions, which may not refer to your profile data. Because of this, you might be disqualified at the start, somewhere in the middle, or even near the end of a survey. In some cases, a survey may allow you to complete it without awarding points”

I cannot recommend this service, as my experience, similar to that of other users, involved an unexpected account suspension after years of participation, which prevented me from accessing my accumulated rewards.

It appears they have been kicking long term members out for no reason

i have been using valued opinions since 2008 and never had any issues until last week when i was unable to log in to my account, i sent numerous emails and got no reply, i then conatcted through facebook and got the reply that my account has been banned due to incorrect answers to surveys which is absolutely rubbish ive been doing surveys for years and never once had any issues then all of a sudden their system has flagged something up, they will not listen to me and told me that not their problem, i wouldnt recommend using their platform as they seem to lie and scam people for information then not pay. will never use them again... stay clear !!!!

the survey did not work at first but contacted valued opinions and the got back to me with in the houe and all was fixed

Been doing surveys for years. Just been suspended for violation. Lol
What violation? They hate when users make money off their site. You start doing good, you will be removed. And they don't reward you most times for surveys. Waste of time

They continually have surveys available at what would appear to be at a reasonable/better reward rate compared to other sites/programs and are one of the fastest, if not the fastest to pay when a redemption is requested. I just had a problem with the Flexi e-gift site they use but they had it sorted within a couple of days of being notified. This was not a problem caused by them and congratulations to them for sorting it so quickly, great customer support!

One of the better survey sites I have used. In the event of errors, customer service is quick to get back to you and resolve your issues.

I am really enjoying doing these surveys and getting paid for it. I like that when I contact Valued Opinions they reply and sort out in a timely manner

After many years with valued opinions they introduced a new verification system and then told me I am suspended from my account due to their system detecting ' account violations'. No further explanation and don't seem to care.
Looks like other people having same problem.

I JUST LOVE SURVEYS THE REWARDS ARE VERY SATISFYING. IVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW AND WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCES

Don't take surveys - NO rewards!!!!
I haven't been able to redeem my reward for several days!!! I wrote to the help desk and did everything I could, but still nothing!!! I replied saying it wasn't working, and I got a message again telling me to do the same thing as before - clear my history, cache, and cookies!!! Treat survey takers NOT SERIOUSLY!!!! Ignoring their messages and not reading them!!!! And after a few days, my gift card icons still don't work!!!!

I have been a user of Valued Opinions for a number of years and I am very pleased with them. I have encountered occasional problems but the customer service team has always sorted this out quickly for me or on occasion explained to me what I was doing wrong (in most cases completing surveys too quickly or answering too repetitively). Overall I am 100% satisfied with Valued Opinions and the vouchers I have earned have helped me by adding to my income.

After spending time completing surveys in good faith and earning over £10, my account was suddenly blocked following a so-called “identity verification” process. All the documents I provided are completely genuine, yet I was told I “failed” verification with no meaningful explanation.
No transparency, no proper review, no support, just a generic rejection and locked earnings.
This feels extremely unfair and disrespectful towards users who invest their time on your platform. If there are issues with verification, at the very least there should be a clear explanation and a proper manual review process. Instead, everything is handled in a vague and dismissive way.
At this point, it’s hard not to question the legitimacy of the process when users are denied access to earnings without proper justification.
I will be escalating this issue further, as this is not an acceptable way to treat users.
Avoid if you value your time.
