Redeeming my rewards is very long drawn process and very frustrating as have to go back and forth doing the same thing over and over again. Please simlify. I have outstanding $20 Coles & Myer voucher to print so I can use instore.

Surveys are easy to understand and plentiful and the $$ add up a lot quicker here than anywhere else ive been so far .. experience has been smooth and enjoyable

Gift card actually arrived

I have been a loyal member of Valued Opinions for over 15 years. Unfortunately, over the past year or two, things have taken a concerning turn. Reward point values have been steadily lowered, a few completed surveys and offers have gone unpaid, and tracking issues on multi-level tasks happen far too frequently. When you contact support, you often get generic template replies instead of actual help. It is disappointing to see a platform I've trusted for nearly two decades drift this way

This survey company has seriously gone downhill. I have been a member for many years and they were really good with providing surveys and giving rewards. In the last year though, they have been quite bad. I will spend 15 - 20 minutes doing a survey, completing it properly with thought and then be told I didn’t qualify or rushed my answers. It seems they have figured out a way to get the responses but then not not pay. I would not recommend now.

I have been a participating member of Valued Opinions for a very long time. I find being a part of Valued Opinions very rewarding in many ways.
They communicate on a regular basis and if I encounter issues they are only too willing to assist.
By being an active member I receive rewards which come in the form of various vouchers.

If you have time to waste and lots of patience you can earn $20 gift cards quite easily.
I've spend around 8 hours in 2 weeks doing surveys and have made $80 in Coles gift cards (in this economy, it's a lot of money to me). I just log in when I'm watching YouTube and do an hour at a time. I am quick at doing them, so it all depends on your speed.
If you keep with honest consistent answers you'll get a never ending stream of surveys. You'll get screened for most surveys because you need to fit the criteria. I suspect if you fudge the answers to try and qualify for more surveys they may flag you.
Some are legitimately interesting and enjoyable. Some make me want to beat my head on the desk but I persevere haha
You will need to verify your ID to redeem your Gift Cards.
You will need to complete your profile which is lengthy to get surveys.
I see this as a perfect little "job" for the unemployed, retired on a pension or anyone struggling to make ends meet.
Every penny counts when the cost of living is so high.

For the past few months, it has been incredibly difficult to access surveys , furthermore, one has to login and logout a few times to access the rewards . The choose your option via email or sms to get a pin access code is often not working. This takes a long time to recover my rewards.
Lately I cannot even access a survey , even after I notified the office with the issue.
So, I’ll see what happens after i submit this review.

I find Valued Options to be one of the best survey sites. Easy to earn, reliable and lots of different surveys. I've already claimed a $20 voucher in my first week.

Ridiculous website. It keeps asking me to reset my password when I log in. I now have doubts with the website.

I am new to doing surveys and started doing them with 4 different operators. By far and away Valued Opinions is my favourite. When it is time to redeem they provide your gift voucher straight away and the surveys are good.

One operator I have done survey's with made me get PayPal just so I could get a voucher and then was out of the voucher - they also take 5 days to process. Another one said I had to have been with them for a week before I can redeem. Another one looks really good rewards wise but they rarely have surveys to do so will take a long time to get to the redeem stage.

Keep up the good work Valued Opinions, you clearly value your survey participants.

Been using this for about 4 months now and I redeem my points as soon as it hits the $20 mark. I dont let it accumulate. It's been okay so far. It takes time and patience, but you get there at some point.

Extremely disappointing!!!! The account suspended after I earned my rewards

I was actively using Valued Opinions and completing surveys when I suddenly had an issue accessing my account and redeeming my rewards. I had earned approximately $23 from completing surveys, so this wasn’t money that was simply sitting there from an inactive account like they assumed.

I contacted support expecting help, but instead I was told by Rue that I had supposedly failed their verification process and that my account had been permanently suspended. No meaningful explanation was provided as to why I failed verification or what I could do to resolve it.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had literally been completing surveys and earning money on the account shortly beforehand. I am perfectly willing to provide information to verify my identity, but instead I’ve essentially been told that my account is permanently gone.

I’ve now had to contact them again asking for the decision to be manually reviewed by another member of the support team and asking what happens to the rewards I had already legitimately earned.

Very disappointing experience. You spend your time answering their surveys, build up your reward balance, and then can apparently have your account suspended without a proper explanation. I would think twice before putting hours into this platform if there’s a risk of losing your earned rewards.

Its easy to do, keeps me busy while sitting at home

First time I have actually made money on one of these kinds of survey sites.

I completed a survey after 20 minutes and was advised that I "did not qualify." I complained to the website and they responded that I didn't satisfy the "screening questions." DO NOT TRUST VALUED OPINIONS!

I’ve only been doing these surveys for 2 days, so I’m still getting used to them. However, the money is slowly increasing, and even though the payments are very small, for the time spent, at the end of the day, I’m retired, and it helps stop me from eating snacks after dinner. Plus the money will increase over time, which helps.

I used to like Valued Opinions but recently they introduced the harsh and intrusive verification using selfie photo and ID card (e.g. driver license / passport). This is overkill for just $20 rewards from time to time. My worry is cybersecurity risk and no guarantee that their system could secure our personal and sensitive information like ID card and selfie picture. Really bad move from my point of view.
