I purchased UltFone iOS Data Manager…
I purchased UltFone iOS Data Manager and installed it on my previous computer.
When I bought a new computer, I encountered some issues with the registration.
Fortunately, they addressed and resolved the issue efficiently.
I thank them for their courtesy.

I purchased the wrong product by…
I purchased the wrong product by mistake and it was advertised that they could change it without hassle which they did without problems . They asked me if it didn’t work to send them screen shot and it didn’t so I did and from then on it’s an absolute nightmare to get them to reply . I opened another ticket asking for refund but they said they couldnt refund me but would offer me a lifetime code ? Not sure what that is but I would sooner they have helped me get the software that would fix or remove the apple lock to previous user , so be wary the activation lock I used said it was not compatible with my device which was an old iPhone 8 . They don’t seem to want to help me get the product that works and won’t give me refund either so if I would have known this in advance I wouldn’t have bought the product or used their services . Money wasted

I really love the IOS Data manager…
I really love the IOS Data manager tool. I have been using it for the 3 or 4 years and realized that it has completely replaced my dependency on itunes. I used to hate copying Photos from my IOS device since it was randomly segregated into multiple folders. The data manager makes this whole process of transfer so easy just like you are copying it from one windows machine to another.
