Their software did not work, I contacted several times and each time took one or 2 days to response by emailing to do this do that for 20 days and did not work, now they are saying they want to issue 30% refund. They wasted lots of my time with no benefit, they advertise full refund guaranteed, why are they refunding 30% of my money as their system is not working? I am charging back my credit card.

I was updating my iPhone SE for iTunes. After a short while, my phone was stuck on the start screen. I googled on my laptop on how to fix this. I watched a video, and toward the end, Ultfone was mentioned as able to fix this issue.
I went to the Ultfone website. I purchased a 30-day system repair, downloaded, and installed the software. I sat back and let the software do its thing, and within 20 minutes, my phone was back to normal. I had no idea software like this even existed. It was easy to use, and even a novice like me could use it confidently.

Provato e riprovato a fare il backup delle chat di whatsapp anche tramite account drive per più di 12 ore ma si blocca in continuazione e all'ultimo file da scaricare non và più avati. Fosse stato gratis avrei potuto capire, ma il fatto che sia a pagamento sinceramente mi sento preso in giro e chiedo la restituzione dei soldi. Provato anche a lasciare un feedback dal programma e mi dà anche errore.
