Concerns About Billing Practices I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your firm. The practice I encountered appears to be rather questionable, and I am left wondering how many other customers have been affected by similar tactics. I must state clearly that this will be both the first and last occasion I will engage with your company.

Details of Billing Issue
The payment for your service was withdrawn from our bank account on 03/11/2025, and then, to my surprise, the same amount was rebilled on 06/11/2025. This sequence of events has caused considerable frustration.

Impact and Concerns Regarding Auto-Renewal
As a result of this process, I am now out of pocket for a service that I no longer require. I am deeply frustrated with this outcome. The use of automatic renewal seems to be employed primarily by firms aiming to catch out customers who, like myself, did not notice your notification.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 26.0.1. While browsing Facebook, my screen suddenly turned green. I forcefully restarted my phone, and it worked briefly, but the green screen appeared again. I searched online, found others with the same issue, and saw many recommending UltFone iOS Recovery as a solution.

I went to their website, purchased the lifetime package, installed it on my PC, and followed every step. I first tried Standard Repair, which downloaded the firmware and completed successfully, but the problem remained. Then I tried Deep Repair, which erased everything on my phone, completed the process, but again did not fix the issue.

I later brought my phone to a technician who confirmed it was an LCD hardware problem, something software could never fix.

Here’s the frustrating part, I used the software for less than one hour and requested a refund immediately, but their team refused to issue one. I wasn’t able to use or benefit from the product at all. For a company selling “recovery” software, I expected more fairness and understanding, especially when it’s clear the issue was beyond what the software could fix.

It honestly left a bitter taste in my mouth. I understand having refund policies, but there should always be room for common sense and customer goodwill, especially when someone acts in good faith and requests a refund almost instantly after realizing the product can’t help.

It never worked for me, even after several attempts.
However, they offered me a refund if I revised my review. I am happy to do this if I can get a refund.

I have a boot loop issue with my iphone so i looked up on internet on what are the best tools (software) to debug it so i found this guys and they offered me a (free of charge) code to do so (not knowing that i had to pay for that specific diagnostic operation). Anyway great customer support.
