SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COST
Update:
I want to make it clear that I received my refund only after threatening to involve EU consumer protection authorities. Before that, my requests were repeatedly ignored. I don’t see this as a "dispute," but as a denial of my consumer rights, which made it feel like a scam. Not to mention that I had to block my credit card to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
If anyone is considering purchasing from UltFone, feel free to reach out to me for a copy of the emails or more details – I’m happy to provide them to anyone who’s having doubts or thinking about making a purchase.
UltFone responded to my review, but they are now requesting further details such as order number and personal information. I am unwilling to provide those details, as I believe they already have this information on record, and the matter has already been resolved. I do not wish to engage with them further, and I do not need to re-enter their system.
UltFone might appear polite in public replies, but this is merely damage control after the pressure mounted. This is not true customer support, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.

Tried UltFone iOS System Repair. Paid $48.34 expecting a 7-day trial with refund option. App didn’t work, and their support keeps dodging refund requests. Total scam behavior. I blocked my card and reported it. Avoid UltFone at all costs.

They gathered all the essential elements to fix my iPad 1st Gen together so that I will only use this software to do all the chores. Comparing to other ways to fix my iPad 1st Gen, this is way more convenient. Besides that, this year is already 2025, and this software still works on my iPad 1st Gen!
