Great product with great customer service. Ultfone has always been there for me when i need them and I've used several of their products.

Ult Fone is so unreliable. It takes up to 20 minutes just to load the software sometimes, it often crashes or reverts back to your original location. Sometimes it doesn’t find your phone so you have to reboot the computer and device several times. Even though I’m always logged in, sometimes it will lose all your saved locations when you are finally connected. It might also randomly stop moving if you minimize the window. Not close it, but just minimize it!
It’s frustrating.

Always work. No issues, and the support is always there when you need it.

È uni scam. Ho acquistato il loro prodotto per trasferimento di dati che non funziona. Ma anzi solo dopo scopri che devi acquistare altri prodotti. Inoltre obbligano a fare un abbonamento a cui è impossibile cancellarlo. È una truffa. Ho contattato la mia banca per il cambio di carata di credito

When all else failed and the phone shop 'expert' said i'd have to do a factory reset, Ultphone's iOS systems repair did the trick! Well worth the money to not lose 5 years of memories and passwords.

I have been using UltFone iOS Data Manager to move photos and other data from my phone to my computer. It is the easiest software tool I have found to transfer photos from my iPhone to my computer in a few easy steps. There is no need to use cloud storage or any other tool to accomplish this task. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. If you have a similar need to manage data on your smartphone you will not be disappointed. I recommend it highly.

Terrible customer service, I was unhappy with the product as they advertised they could unlock phones without data loss. That was not the case at least not for all phones but they didn't clearly state that in their advertising. They refuse to issue a refund if you're unhappy with the product, definitely steer clear.

Update: They offered me a 40% refund and claimed they wouldn't offer me a full return because I misunderstood the program details.

So far I had no issues. I used the tool a couple of years ago and now I'm using it again because it's the best option. No data loss, quick and safe, three essential things. I'd recommend ultfone transfer to anyone reading this.
