The booking process was seamless and…
The booking process was seamless and without problems. The team who provided the removal service communicated about the timing of their arrival. They worked efficiently to complete the uplift and set down. Care was taken throughout the process to remove fragile items and wrap these before stowing in the vehicle. Similar care was taken when unwrapping the fragile items and re place them. The team worked well together to ensure the move was seamless.

Hardworking guys.
Very friendly guys. They listened well and worked hard carrying furniture on a steep slope. They were on time, and always courteous.
I’d have no trouble employing them again- but it was super tricky on the incline- three men would have been fairer. Can that be done?

Very helpful and careful
The guys were very helpful - even had the right sized Allan key to help us out. They were very careful with our items and conscientious about not bumping walls and doorways on their way through. Would definitely use again.

Didn't take note of instructions eg use…
Didn't take note of instructions eg use back door as only had 3 steps and no railing but used front door 10 steps and narrow so ended up takinga lot longerand costinga lot more. Put item/s that weren't supposed to go on to the truck and other items that were supposed to be put on truck weren't eg paintings/art work because ran out of room.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Highly recommend. We had another removals cancel on us last minute and the team at two men and a truck couldn’t have been more helpful! Within 2 hours of my call they had a team turn up and do an excellent job. Will definitely be using again.
