I hired Two Men and a Truck for a move from a 2BHK unit in Rhodes to Castle Hill. The booking process was smooth, and the move started well, with the team arriving at 9:43 AM. The items moved included a queen bed frame, three queen mattresses, a work desk and table, fridge, washing machine, small dining table with two chairs, three-seater sofa, 10 large boxes, and five small boxes.
While the team managed most of the move, they struggled badly with dismantling and reassembling the bed frame. They appeared to lack the necessary skills and did not use proper tools, instead attempting to do the job manually. As a result, the bed frame was reassembled poorly and was unusable for sleeping. The job that should have taken around five hours ended up taking nearly ten hours, finishing at 7:30 PM.
Overall, I felt the service was extremely poor and that I was charged for substandard work. The bed frame job was a complete failure, and I later had to hire an Airtasker to fix it, which took only about an hour. This caused significant stress for my family and affected our mental well-being, as we were left with a broken bed and had to spend a sleepless night because of the poor workmanship.
During the inspection and insurance report process, I tried to record the damage properly, but the details were incorrectly entered under the fridge section instead of the relevant item. I have already replied to the email containing the insurance report to correct this.

The removalists introduced themselves to me which I was impressed by. They came in and reviewed the items they had to move and made a plan and were very careful but also had excellent time management and did not waste time.They also happily helped when we arrived at my new home to put sliders under the bigger items to make it easier for me to rearrange if needed.

The guys were very professional. Being an older person, I could not do too much.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy we received from the men that facilitated our move.We could not fault any aspect and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a removalist.

Both of our removalists were very friendly and did a great job packing up our house.

They were awesome, on-time, thoughtful, great communication, nothing was an issue, looked after everything really well. Worked like dogs.. If you have a big move, I would definitely recommend using 3 men!

Easily the least stressful experience of our simultaneous settlement day. Kept us updated before and during the move, on time, super affordable and just so easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't believe two men and 1 truck (exactly what it says on the tin) were able to move our whole house and garden. Thank you!!

TMAAT service was excellent. The guys that showed up powered through the move and showcased some excellent truck manoeuvring to get down our narrow driveway. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

The movers were really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a skip blocking the driveway but they handled it well and we are very thankful for their help.
