Slow and expensive
The truck arrived on time, one mover was professional and polite, one didnt talk or contribute. The truck was clean and all items arrived in good condition.
However, it took over 4 hours and the total cost was over $1200.
I have a lot of experience moving house. This was the slowest and most expensive move with the least amount of furniture I have ever done. This was just a one bed apartment and only furniture. I moved some furniture myself because it was taking too long.
A truck rental for one day is about $300-500. I could have done this move on my own for half the price and the same length of time and stress, which is not the experience that is advertised.

One of the best decisions we have made…
One of the best decisions we have made when moving house. The 2 guys were incredible they packed the truck like a tetris game and were so careful and precise with every item they picked up and placed.

The men were really friendly and eager…
The men were really friendly and eager to do the work, but they did cause direct damage to both the properties we were moving between, as well as several breakages to furniture. These things happen, but trying to hide it or willfully not mention it to us and let us find it in the weeks to come is a little childish.

Completely unprofessional team
Completely unprofessional team. Went overtime (was charged for this) simply because they were messing around. Did not attempt to move bed base upstairs claiming it would scratch the wall, however this was done by us ourselves later that day with no issue...

I can’t fault the whole team
I can’t fault the whole team. Everyone I spoke with were helpful and there were no surprises. The delivery guys were efficient and really nice and helpful. It came in slightly under what I estimated so that was a pleasant outcome. My daughter and her husband used and recommended you and I wasn’t disappointed. Would definitely recommend again.

All staff were polite and booking was simple. However, movers were slow in my opinion for 4 people, damaged corner of marble table and knocked a light fitting on the ceiling.
