The removal men themselves were very pleasant and efficient, and did a good job. However, they arrived three and a half hours later than agreed, due to their truck breaking down. These things happen — but as I had to leave for work, a time constraint they were aware of in advance (which is why an early start had been arranged), they were unable to finish the job and had to return the following day to complete it. The remaining work required around three hours, which would have been completed on the day had they arrived on time.

I made it very clear, the day before they returned, that I would not be paying overtime, and that management should contact me directly if this was a problem. I also declined to sign the overtime agreement they presented on the morning of the second day. Despite this, the company is now hounding us to pay overtime for a return visit made necessary by their own vehicle breaking down. They even had the audacity to compare this to a scenario where I, as a doctor, would charge a patient extra for being late to their consultation — as if that would ever happen, or were even an equivalent situation.

This is disgraceful behaviour from the company's aftercare team. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

This is long overdue rating for Gabriel and Matt that did my removal back in March this year in Canberra.
They were on time were very professional and friendly.
If I was to move again in Canberra I would request Gariel and Matt again.

Excellent service and really good blokes!!!

I was nervous as my move wasn't an ordinary move. I needed 20 sculptures made of marble and bronze,
some of which took a year to create, wrapped and moved to a gallery 20 mins away. Some sculptures were very fragile and they were all too heavy for me to lift. Two men and a truck arrived early to start the job which was fantastic as it did take longer than we thought. The guys (Hans and Raphael) wrapped each piece very carefully and drove them to the gallery and unpacked them there.
Ill be asking them to do the same to return them when the exhibition finishes.

Overall service was fantastic. The only reason I’m giving four is one of the movers was new and he left his trash on my table and he broke (easy fix) my screen door and didn’t do anything to fix it. Otherwise was a stellar job. Would highly recommend. Hugo was very professional.

The 2 Brazilian gentlemen were not only incredibly professional and caring of the piece of furniture they were transporting , I had a great chat with them .

Amazing service

Offer was not clear structured and did mislead me in my decision.

Chose to ignore building manager's request to park in designated area. Walked through apartment complex with portable speaker playing loudly. Damaged furniture and then claimed it was already damaged. Didn't use any blankets in truck. Damaged freshly polished hardwood floor but then said it was impossible to move the fridge without scratching the floor. Took 30 mins to drive 1km and claimed that was because they were driving slowly to avoid damaging furniture. Was just glad to see them go.

I am really grateful for the service I received. Moving can be stressful but the guys who moved me were a little early, no fuss and efficient despite a nightmare of a driveway.

Our move was not simple: a fully laden truck onto a barge, which was then parked up on a beach, and all of the furniture was taken out over the sand and up a goat truck up a hillside. As the tide came in, the water got knee high and yet nothing got wet, nothing got damaged, and nothing went wrong.

The team from TwoMen (Gabriel, Lucas V, Guilherme, Allan) could not have handled it better. Despite the challenges, they were laughing and having a great time. We're not sure if they love their job or because it was so different and more difficult than a normal move, they couldn't help but laugh at the crazyness of it all.

The service from TwoMen was phenomenal too. We had people video calling us to make sure they could do the move, they turned up early and finished with a smile on their faces.

We couldn't be happier.

I was charged 3hrs instead of 2 which is how long they took so paid an extra $240 for nothing, the movers couldn’t follow instructions and they also lost small prices of my bed so we couldn’t put it back together. I have sent emails and tried to call and still haven’t received a response back. Not happy and will not be using this business again!

Ran a little later than the window - it ended up working fine though. I had told the organiser that it was a queen mattress only and it needed to be lifted a few flights of stairs. It was a bit too heavy for the two guys who came (who also seemed a bit surprised about the task) - it was dragged (albeit in a protective case I provided) a little, so we had to help them carry it up the stairs. They were otherwise super nice!

The guys did an amazing job and they were absolutely very careful with all our stuff. Higly recommended!
